Whatever you do, do NOT eat the Luther burger.

It used to be sold up in St. Louis MO at the old Busch Stadium.  It was named after singer, Luther Vandross.  He was a native of St. Louis and the Luther Burger was his signature creation.   As the story goes, he was making cheeseburgers at his home and realized that he was out of buns.   So he just used regular glazed donuts for the burger instead of buns.

Yes, they used to sell that at games at Busch stadium.   I think it should have come with a free stress test.  I don't know if they are still selling them at the stadium or not.

Just stopped at Perkins and they have three burger sliders on glazed donuts. Didn't try that.

The Gateway Grizzlies, of the Frontier League, just outside of St Louis sells a burger that uses two Krispy Kremes as the buns!  It is Amazing!

Sounds good!

I may have to visit your side of town just to try it.

You should but it's not on my side of Houston, it's north in Montgomery county.  It's local compared to where most Worthyites are though, except you.  :P

Australian hamburger with bacon, egg , beetroot, tomato, lettuce, beef patty and a pineapple ring. It should have tomato sauce and onions to make it a true blue Aussie burger!!
