Im not saying this argument should be accepted by you, so I understand if you have no desire to attend a church led by a female pastor. http://www.christianbiblereference.org/faq_women.htm

A minister I knew many years ago gave a sermon on this very subject, how we should treat our women. 12, HE will do HER good and not evil all the days of HIS life. 13, HE seeketh tools, and timber, and worketh willingly with HIS hands. 14, HE is like the merchants' ships; HE bringeth HER food from afar. 15, HE riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to HIS household, and a portion to HIS servants. 16, HE considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of HIS hands HE planteth a vineyard. 17, HE girdeth HIS loins with strength, and strengtheneth HIS arms. 18, HE perceiveth that HIS merchandise is good: HIS candle goeth not out by night. 19, HE layeth HIS hands to the spindle, and HIS hands hold the distaff. 20, HE stretcheth out HIS hand to the poor; yea, HE reacheth forth HIS hands to the needy. 21, HE is not afraid of the snow for HIS household: for all HIS household are clothed with scarlet. Im not a woman but I encourage the women in my life to be all they can be according to their God given abilities, desires, and talents. If God is upset at my wife for leading a Bible discussion in our home with other couples, I will let God deal with that, if He chooses. And, if someone tells me women shouldn't be leading a Bible discussion in our house with other couples pursuant to 1 Tim 2, I will tell them, it's my house, not yours. I will let God do what he so desires with my wife and I both here on Earth and in Heaven on our rewards day of reckoning. Who knows, maybe God will tell us we have no rewards for doing that. I am willing to man up and go to my room empty handed if that be the case. stay tuned...... Edited April 25, 2017 by Spock

But that doesn't make us unequal in God's eyes. We serve each other. But it is my husband who has the beautiful servant's heart. So in that respect he is definitely the greater. Mat 23:11 “But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. Mat 23:12 “And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted. We have had excellent teaching in family relationships. It was women who sent me to 1 Peter 3. It was men who taught my husband to lay down his life for his wife, and it was God who reinforced that he needed to honor and forgive me so his prayers wouldn't be hindered. It took him a week to do so one time and his car wouldn't start till after he did.
