Before I jump into the fray to comment, I'd like to get a consensus on when the Ezekiel 38: - 39: war occurs? Just prior to the tribulation or during the first 3-1/2 years, or when. Because this has everything to do with who will not be the 'people of the prince'. I might throw in Psalm 83:, Isiah 17 and Jeremiah 49: to boot.

According to the revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave to him to show his servants the things which shall come to pass ,Gog invades Israel 1000 years after Armageddon.

It is at Armageddon that the prince of Persia and others unite against a common foe.

This is another verse concerning the people of the prince raping the Israeli women.

Keeping this in context, you will notice our Lord and saints show up at jerusalem, the same time this is going on and coresponds to

Mathew 8:11-12 when the occupants of Israel are cast out .

Yet another reference to The countries bound in the eurprates is

http://biblehub.com/revelation/16-12.htm

Only four verses after this verse these kings arrive in israel to destroy it.For those of you who have read of the great drought in revelations,i would like to let you know the three year drought in revelations would be a sign to the muslims who believe the hadith. It is the time they are called to jihad against Israel and it's occupying forces.

This is a reference to the drought that causes the Euphrates to dry up.

http://biblehub.com/revelation/11-6.htm

And yet again just before the kings arrive in,israel in revelation 16:16 Jesus says he is coming in 16:15

http://biblehub.com/revelation/16-15.htm

Same as in zech, when the people of the prince have taken Jerusalem ,that is when Jesus comes with the saints.

All these correspond.

I interpret "the people of the prince" as being the people of Gog, with Gog being their "chief prince". Ezekiel identified those people as being Persians, Ethiopians, and Libyans.

I think this is much closer to the reality than other things I have heard. The prophecy in Dan must center around the time of the end, not ancient history.

"The people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary" (Daniel 9:26).

Above is a line from the verse in Daniel 9:26. Below is a link to a VERY long article. My question is If anyone knows of anything to refute the information on the page in the link. I have always believed that the verse above ( that line especially ) is talking about those who are the Anti-Christs people and therefore an indication of where the Anti-Christ will rise up from. I was hoping someone could take the time to read the article in full ( it's very long I know, sorry) and discuss anything to confirm or deny this position and the " facts " that they put forth. I can find nothing to refute what they are saying. Looking for someone to see if there is something wrong with the facts they present about the makeup of the people who destroyed the temple in 70 AD that I missed. I invite any and all discussion on this ( Anti-Christ and his people) just please read the article at the link first.

Thank you and God bless

It's not only the article that will survive refutation but many scriptures lead us to the truth of the beast origins as Islamic, Middle Eastern, probably of Iraqi birth, and some affiliation with previous Islamic rulers.

It's not Rome.

I didn't need all the interesting history of the article to support this fact, but the article certainly does.
