The Word of God did say these times would come to pass. Perfect health, including psychological health, is one of many blessings the enemy targets, and that's when and where we consult God's Word and ask The Good Shepherd to protect and defend His sheep. This is both physical and spiritual, hence it is metaphysical. You need healing and it starts with fervent prayer to The Lord. As you aforementioned, Jesus healed the afflicted.
