Their pasotr or chruch often tells them it is okay (not to obey God's Word), rather to obey man's traditions instead and ignore God's Word. Is it not written, that if a man takes a woman, a prostitute, or one out in the field, or in the bedroom, and even coerces her, that the two , the man and the woman, become one flesh ? (same as if after married they do). So the requirements of God are quite different than those of men. His Word won't ever change to accommodate women nor men today. Yes there is grounds for divorce but those grounds do not necessarily give one the right to remarry. Please read what God says about remarriage and don't just gloss over it.
