Of the 71 verses in the NT that refer to Israel, ALL of them are references to ethnic Israelites, not the Church.   There is not one verse in the NT that ever refers to the Church as Israel.

You not listening to me....

you claim the church is separated from Israel.

Where does it state the church is separated from Israel....are the synagogues separated from Israel?

I answered the question.   There are no verses in the NT that link Israel to the Church.    All references to Israel in the NT are ethnic, not spiritual.

So that is the answer.  All of the verses that mention Israel are separate from the Church in the NT.

That didn't answer my question...that actually twisted my question.

The church does not have to be Israel in order to be of Israel.

Please answer; where does it state the church is separated from Israel?

Christ following born again believers do not become "JEWS"-that is really silly and not found anywhere in the Bible scripture. It does explain why some self-proclaimed christians seem to resent the Jews and try to take the promises that belong to Israel.  I guess they want to assume Jewish spiritual identity because they think  that means they are the chosen people.  Better to stick with just what the Bible teaches.

Of course we do not become Jews after the flesh.......yes that sure would be silly.  But Paul is speaking metaphorically about Jews in the sense of being chosen/elect.....unless we really think that there are ethnic Jews outwardly who are not really ethnic Jews....?   so it has to be metaphorical language he is using.

You got the only answer you're going to get. Deal with it.  Shut up and move on.

They are not apostate.

And besides, God is restoring them to their land, whether that fits your racist theology or not.   God's purposes are being done and He is not seeking your approval or consent.

If it doesn't matter then you can stop calling yourself a Jew.  You're not a Jew.

You are definitely led by "A" spirit, but it is not the Holy Spirit.

I am defending Israel against, ignorant, backwards, racist "Christians" who keep trying to hi-jack the blessings of Israel for themselves and who reject the Word of God.

You just got done saying that you are Jew inwardly.  So which is it??

That's because you don't know beans about what replacement theology is.   Replacement theology teaches that the Church is the new Israel, that God has transferred the blessings of biblical Israel to the Church and now the Church is Israel and Christians are the new "Jews."   It is an ignorant, racist brand of theological thought that basically calls into question Gods integrity.  It makes God out to be a liar.

I don't need to think about it at all.  I just reject it for the ungodly pile of racist garbage that it is.

Of course they are apostate, speaking as a nation.......called by God but they rejected the Messiah and now going their own way and living in SIN......what else would you call it.  They are in dire need of the gospel or perish in their sins.

Due respect.....but I'm not the one who excludes Israel from the church by my theology.

They belong to the church which is to the Jew first,  or maybe we could say the church kind of belongs to them, is of them......since the gospel really is theirs, salvation is of the Jews, they brought us the Messiah........and so I welcome them to the church of Christ/Yeshua with open arms......not insisting they stay over there and be called by a separate name, and we gentiles stay over here and have our own separate church.  Hope to be rejoicing and dancing with them on the day their blindness is removed!  Need to examine why some are so hung up on this......flesh is not going to inherit the kingdom of heaven is it, not even jewish flesh, nor gentile.

No it's actually correct teaching; because it fits with spirit of the law

lav 19

But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.

Didn't know I was teaching at all.....just sharing my understanding the same as anyone.  But when our hearts are circumcized in the gospel, and His law is written on our hearts in the new covenant that Jeremiah spoke about, and we're grafted into the same root as the Jews, I guess that's an inward thing.

Sister, there are just things in scripture that we need to have ears to hear it.

And so-called "Christians" like you are the biggest obstacles to them ever hearing the true Gospel.

You are of those who block their entrance into the kingdom with your racist theology.

You don't have a clue about the biblical theology of the Church.

Again, you don't have a very good grasp on the subject matter at hand.  You don't know what you're talking about.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
