Ok, thanks.  I really don't have too much more to say about this.  I stick by what I've said and I'm sure you do too, so let's just agree to disagree.

I understand, but consider how I disagree with most people, being a born again believer, but you disagree with over 99% of born agains! Based on what you've written to me today, you think most people who name the name of Christ, acknowledge Him as Christ in the flesh and Lord, who pray to Him, etc. -- all the markers in the Bible of a saved person, are actually lost people. Your life will be very lonely if you persist with this doctrine. Please get help and counseling.

I think there's more that agree with me then you might think.  I'd be surprised if it were 99% but maybe you're right.

One comment? Going forward in your Bible study, let the Bible speak to you. Saying things like "what incentive is there for righteousness if we have security?" is a question, but not a Bible question.

One thing you might think about, and I don't say this to start an argument but, if what you've said is right, then you and I don't have anything to worry about because whether we sin or not we're ok as long as we know we're saved.  If I'm right a lot of people believing they're ok in their sins might actually not be ok and won't make it to Heaven.  I don't say this to judge but because I'm concerned for their spiritual well being.

Brother, I understand, but right now your ministry is to tell the saved they're lost, and mine is to bring many lost people to be saved! Again, the Bible says "trust Jesus for salvation" and not "after you trust Jesus, spend time worrying that Jesus cannot save you from your sin."

Understand I get where you're coming from, and have many times prayed, "Lord, give me the right gospel, to do your work, rather than destroy souls."

I pray often about my doctrine. If you do also, you will be fine!

no, I'm telling the lost to get saved.  Sin and salvation, in my view, don't mix.  You're either a sinner committing sin or you're saved and not committing sin.

Respectfully, that's not true. You already said, "I sin, but then I repent." By your own definition above, you are a lost sinner, which is why it's called sinless perfectionism.

It would be harder to talk to you if you were one of those who claims he never sins.

The problem is you feel you lose salvation, and repent to be saved again, which means many verses of the Bible are untrue. For example, "impossible for them to be renewed into repentance" either means once saved always saved or once lost after Christ ALWAYS lost, a horrid thought!

Here’s your incentive for trying to live a God-Pleasing life “IF” you are saved. It’s human nature to want to repay somebody who has done you a good deed. Some guy up the road from me carried my daughter home after she had been in a horrendous bike wreck. That was twenty years ago and to this day I never fail to wave to him as I go by his home.I would do anything for him to this day.If I can be that grateful to one who did such a simple thing, imagine the gratitude Incould conjure up for the very one who saved me from an eternity in Hell! If one lacks the class to respond to love with love, there exists other ways.If you believe the Gospel of 1cor15:1-4 God is obligated to get you Home.If you enjoy getting your rear-end kicked between the day you first believed until the day you died( which may be much sooner than would be normal), have at it.God will acquiesce.Personally, I am a free man in Christ and I do what I want .The only reason that works is because God has given me a heart transplant and my wants have been changed by an indwelling Holy Spirit.I do the same thing with my sin that God does—— I put it on the Cross and leave it there. If I am fool enough to take advantage of the Freedom that Christ’s death payed for , I can assure you God knows how to chastise his children .Resting, not working ,in the finished work of the Cross and HIS imputed righteousness leads to a joyful, glorious life. Why not give it a try? Faith plus nothing.God bless.

A good point, along with that, I find that "faith saves" people, due to gratitude (and actual salvation) do many more works than "works/prayer/repentance saves" people, for example, the average born again gives at least 10% of their income, the average Catholic is closer to 2% of income. How many lay Catholics live overseas to bring hope and the gospel to foreigners? How many evangelical lay people do the same?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
