Its usually hamburger and hotdogs and bake beans and chips. You can have either two hotdogs or two hamburgers or one of each. I always take one of each. But prefer hotdogs. Are you a hotdig person or a hamburger. At home I love hotdogs spicy and hot. There was a post not too long ago on how one enjoyed their hamburgers, and what sort of toppings were preferred. It was pretty interesting to see how each person 'relished' them. Then sides came up like fries and so on. It made me hungry! Anyway, given the choice I'll go with burgers. Always. Hotdogs are much easier of course to make at home or elsewhere for that matter. Both are good though. Just don't enjoy it very much anymore. I go straight for the celery. Not really, but I can't find all that much other than fresh produce that I like to consume. I find I am avoiding sugars too. Don't like the flavor of sugared products at all anymore. Going mostly organic too, Haven't a clue why, but I do feel well "better". So hot dogs, beans, and chips, or hamburgers with the same- I'll take a pass on either, but extend a thank you for the kindness boss.

In South Africa we call it a sausage role and generally we use a kind of sausage that is unique. It's really very good. It also is often filled with a kind of tomato and onion relish. It depends what I feel like at the time. But if I must pick I guess I'll still go with hamburgers

Hot dogs mostly have leftovers in them with pork. If you eat kosher it is hard to find a kosher hot dog. On the other hand hamburger is kosher unless you put the cheese on it to make it a cheeseburger. Personally, i have done this my whole life. Every time i go out to eat i always order a cheeseburger with the works. Blessings! I eat angus beef dogs or Hebrew Nationals. No pork or chicken franks for me. Someone once told me they chop up the chicken beaks in hotdogs ?

Traditional hot dogs are made from pork trimmings and a mash of left over after chops, bacon and cut aways from ham, chicken or turkey. The meat is ground into a slimy paste and mixed with water, preservatives, flavouring and colours.
