Shabbat shalom, ohso.

I'm just another voice to hear (read), but it's been my experience that you just need to focus on your relationship with God your Heavenly Father. When you feel like you can't take it anymore, whether that be from unbelievers or from those who claim to be Christian believers, just curl up in your Father's lap and relax in His love. Let Him embrace you and go to sleep in His arms. ....

When you wake up, you'll be more ready to face the challenges of the day as you rest in the memory of His love for you. Work relaxed, and pray constantly (and, I don't mean close your eyes to pray); you can talk to God ANYTIME with eyes wide open. Just keep Him included in all you do throughout the day. (He already is, but it helps YOU to see that He's still there, RIGHT THERE, when you need Him most.) When you meet with challenges (not "problems"), ask Him for His wisdom and use what you have been reading in the Scriptures for His answers. You may be a bit surprised by how well they fit with your daily dilemmas.

You've heard this before, but God's laws are simple:

Luke 10: (KJV)

25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him ("Jesus" or Yeshua`), saying,

"Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?"

26 He said unto him,

"What is written in the law? how readest thou?"

27 And he answering said,

"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself."

28 And he said unto him,

"Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live."

The thing to realize, however, is that one must first "love himself " before he can adequately "love his neighbor." This is not hard initially, because we all initially love ourselves and live for ourselves as self-preserving created beings, but then life kicks in and we soon grow to see ourselves as others might impose upon us. Go curl up in your Father's lap again, and learn to see yourself as GOD sees you: a worthy child of His for whom He was willing to send His Son, Yeshua` His Messiah, to die in your place. For whatever His reasons may be, GOD LOVES YOU and believes you to be worth His Son's death to preserve you alive forever. And, whatever God says is true, is the absolute truth! Keep it simple, and don't blow it out of proportion.

As you learn to love yourself as God loves you, then you'll be ready to "love your neighbor AS yourself." Again, trust God for His timing. We all have different levels of hurt and wounding in our lives, and it will take as long as GOD says it will take for those wounds to be healed.

Excellent truth! Thank you. Shalom.

Relationship is the key to all understanding truth.

I am pretty much new believer in Jesus and I've tried to talk to God about this and look into the Bible, but I'm still left very confused and don't know what's the best way to act.

Majority of new people I meet in my life seem like nice and moral, but when I get to know them better, I find out they do not follow Jesus and to be worse, are involved in some sort of witchcraft. It can be that they are in some new age practices, or they listen to Satanic music and so on.

I feel horrible that our differences in faith are the only reason I feel like I might need to remove myself from such acquaintances. I try to evangelize to them politely and respectfully. That always gets me in trouble. Either an argument will start, or I will have demonic dreams and so on.

When I first got saved I really wanted to be used by God and do something for His Kingdom. Now when it seems it's starting to finally happen, I feel like I don't want it anymore, because it makes me feel bad. I see no positive results neither in others, nor myself.

So I prayed differently, for God to bring me Christians in my life, because I don't want to deal with darkness anymore, it's just too hard for me. But then I realized I got involved in religion and find myself in the middle of arguments between denominations, which I didn't like and decided to leave that too.

How do you balance these things? I don't want to isolate myself as a Christian from the world. On the other hand, it really brings me down when I deal with the people who are not saved. I really don't know what is the right thing to do? Thank you. God bless.

Work on spiritual growth, as you spiritually grow you will be able to stand in the presence of evildoers, but remember that you need to be the light in the darkness.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
