Also calls to New York City's Poison Control Center for exposure to certain household chemicals more than doubled after President Donald Trump suggested injecting disinfectant. I for one am sick of this "gaslighting"coming from Trump supporters. Trying to tell me that I did not hear what I clearly heard. I posted the actual transcript @ladykay and why did Lysol hurry and put out a statement?? because they reacted to the media that put out the lie that "donald says disinfectant cures you"......and Lysol realized that many people are controlled by their Television. They actually believe that the TV is "truth"...so, Lysol knew that these people would be deceived by the Media lie, and perhaps out of desperation actually ingest Lysol. Then, if it didn't kill them, they would sue Lysol for "damage" and probably get money for being that stupid. Lysol was just trying to avoid LITIGATION, = "sued". None the less investigating different ways that have been used to treat illness is not a bad thing. It is hard to break through all the seriously restrictive regulations that have built up over the decades. Medical people tend to resist anything new to them, because embracing new stuff, new procedures can get them into liability issues and lawsuits. Plus they have to invest time and money into learning to use new "stuff". In general new stuff has to be introduced vi the great teaching institutions to the students that will become the next generation of medical people.They will then cling to the new stuff even as it too becomes old. They will be very reluctant to later on in their own careers embrace new stuff too. it can take a full twenty years to get new "stuff" embraced and fully accepted as the way to do things. Not many will or can invest twenty years and so not all that much happens that is innovative as there is little way to make a monetary return on it in one's own working lifetime. LOL As I remember the President had said he would indeed try the malaria pills if he got sick, and had said; why not if seriously ill what is there to lose? Do I inhale meds? Yes. Do I have meds injected into me? Yes. Do I use hydrogen peroxide on floors, walls, in my ears, in my mouth? Yes. Might it be possible to add hydrogen peroxide to an albuterol inhaler? Hmm.
