Deuteronomy 8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

If you wish to remain behind and be "tested," go for it. But WHY  - when God has an escape plan?

By the way, we are saved, not by testing, but by Grace through faith. It is dangerous to think WE have something to do with our salvation except be willing. (That is our part of salvation - be willing and believe.)

JESUS WAS TESTED AND PROVED BEFORE THE NEW COVENANT WAS made through HIS BLOOD.

Psalm 11
1 In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
2 For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.
3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
4 The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
5 The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
7 For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.

Psalm 26:1 Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.

Psalm 26:2 Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.

Psalm 26:3 For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.

Isaiah 48:1 Hear ye this, O house of Jacob, which are called by the name of Israel, and are come forth out of the waters of Judah, which swear by the name of the LORD, and make mention of the God of Israel, but not in truth, nor in righteousness.

Isaiah 48:2 For they call themselves of the holy city, and stay themselves upon the God of Israel; The LORD of hosts is his name.

Isaiah 48:3 I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.

Isaiah 48:4 Because I knew that thou art obstinate, and thy neck is an iron sinew, and thy brow brass;

Isaiah 48:5 I have even from the beginning declared it to thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee: lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them.

Isaiah 48:6 Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.

Isaiah 48:7 They are created now, and not from the beginning; even before the day when thou heardest them not; lest thou shouldest say, Behold, I knew them.

Isaiah 48:8 Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.

Isaiah 48:9 For my name's sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.

Isaiah 48:10 Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

Isaiah 48:11 For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.

Many other places GOD has described the who what where when whys of who HE.  The same yesterday and today.

I will agree. Jesus did it all so we could be free. Did you ever here if a substitute?

While we were still helpless [powerless to provide for our salvation], at the right time Christ died [as a substitute] for the ungodly. (Amp)

THERE IS NO REASON FOR A PRE TRIB RAPTURE.  IT SERVES NO PURPOSE.  THE ONLY PURPOSE IT WOULD SERVE WOULD BE IF GOD WERE INCAPABLE OF PROTECTING THOSE WHO LOVE HIM FROM HIS OWN WRATH.  BUT HE GAVE US THE QUESTIONS TO THE TEST.  THEN HE GAVE US THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS AND TOLD US TO LEARN IT AND WE WILL NOT SUFFER ANY OF HIS WRATH.
THERE IS NOT A CHANCE IN ALL CREATION THAT GOD CAN NOT/WILL NOT  DO ALL HE SAYS.
WHEN GOD MAKES A PROMISE, YOU CAN BET IT ALL,  THAT ON GODS END, THAT IS EXACTLY AS IT WILL BE.

THERE IS NO REASON FOR A PRE TRIB RAPTURE.
Of course there is:

1 Thes. 5:For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation [rapture] by our Lord Jesus Christ,

(We are caught up and escorted to heaven to escape His wrath.)

Isa. 26:19 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. [The resurrection  / rapture]

20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. [Chambers WHERE - since the church has been caught up? I submit they are chambers in heaven]

21 For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

IF GOD WERE INCAPABLE OF PROTECTING THOSE WHO LOVE HIM FROM HIS OWN WRATH.

God is incapable of going against His own will! If it was His will to protect, why would He have said the saints would be OVERCOME? When God turns the seas into blood: Is he going to live a few places (where saints are) NOT turned to blood?

When God turns all the fresh water to blood, will he reserve some fresh water for His saints? If so, it is not written.

THEN HE GAVE US THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS AND TOLD US TO LEARN IT AND WE WILL NOT SUFFER ANY OF HIS WRATH.
  This is MYTH! The truth is, He has made an ESCAPE PLAN: Luke 21:36

What He REALLY said was, He would not set any appointments with His wrath. If  no appointment, we won't show up.

THERE IS NOT A CHANCE IN ALL CREATION THAT GOD CAN NOT/WILL NOT  DO ALL HE SAYS.

 Exactly! So when God tells us the saints will be OVERCOME: do you take that to the bank? Or you imagine it will be for another?

1 THESS 4 and 5  YES, the coming of Christ, the return of Christ, our loved ones returning with Christ.

THERE ARE TWO BODIES.  And earthly body, for an earthly age.  THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS COMING.  IT IS A SPIRITUAL KINGDOM.

Ecclesiastes 12:6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern. (dust, clay, flesh, earth bodies - which HOUSE both the good and the wicked souls.  WHEN either ones flesh dies, their soul in their spiritual body goes on to "paradise" to one side or the other.  ALL.  NOT ONE SOUL REMAINS IN THE FLESH.  GOD HAS GIVEN US ALL TWO BODIES.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

THE FLESH BODY GOES INTO A HOLE IN THE GROUND.  THE SPIRITUAL BODY RETURNS TO GOD.

Something about "replenishing the earth" with flesh.

Matthew 22:27 And last of all the woman died also.

Matthew 22:28 Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.

Matthew 22:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.

Matthew 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

God never said that they would be "overcome." But He certainly has said the saints will be overcome in the time of Jacob's trouble.

Quote

ALL.  NOT ONE SOUL REMAINS IN THE FLESH.  GOD HAS GIVEN US ALL TWO BODIES.

All you are showing us is that you take a verse from Eccl, and don't check it with the New Testament.  Revelation is VERY clear on this: the dead in hell are not resurrected until AFTER the 1000 years, while all other resurrections are BEFORE the 1000 years.  yes, finally ALL humans will have a resurrection body: just not all at the same time.

All resurrections are not at the same time. You are simply mistaken again. We are going to be judging humans in their natural bodies during the millennial kingdom.

Quote

Matthew 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

  This is your mistake, not mine: all humans are not resurrected at the same time. OF COURSE those resurrected can't bear children: their new bodies will be as the angel's bodies. But we are going to judge people in NATURAL bodies. All are NOT resurrected at the same time. The resurrection of the church comes pretrib, and is ONLY for those "in Christ." Another resurrection will be for those beheaded, the two witnesses and the OT Saints. Where does this leave "the nations?" They are left OUT of resurrections.  They are still alive (those who survive) so will not be resurrected. (Resurrection by its very definition is for the dead).

  I don't think anyone has ever suggested that there will be people living forever in a flesh and blood body. I think by the time we get to the great, white throne judgment, all humans will have resurrection bodies.

You can write myth all day long: over and over: it won't turn myth into truth.

The truth is, the week begins at the 7th seal and with the first trumpet judgment; the midpoint of the week (time of the abomination) is in chapter 11. The Beast (who causes the days of GT) rises in chapter 13. The warning not to take the mark is in chapter 14. The days of GT FINALLY begin in chapter 15. The week finally ends in chapter 16.

The proof of the midpoint is the five mentions of the last half of the week: in days, in months and in times, all in chapters 11, 12, and 13. These are MIDPOINT chapters.

Prewrath theory is bogus.

Matt 24

29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Rev 6

12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

Be happy to provide all the facts that are necessary for a blind man to see. However, I can't make a blind man see. If you can't see the obvious truth, you'll just have to continue on your journey of imagination.

Okay, this is your chance to prove your point. Please provide the scriptures that show that the abomination of desolation is in Revelation 11. If it is there, it should be easy enough to produce the scriptures. Let's see them?

Great. I agree.

Okay, again you get to prove your point. Post the verses of the Great Tribulation that occur in Revelation 15. Let's see the scriptures that support what you are saying.

The only thing bogus is the your imaginary theory of a rapture at the end of the 5th seal. No evidence, no Biblical support, just a sledge hammer and your imagination.

Psalm 78:1 Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.

Psalm 78:2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:

Psalm 78:3 Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.

Psalm 78:4 We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.

Psalm 78:5 For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:

Psalm 78:6 That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:

Psalm 78:7 That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

Psalm 78:8 And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.

Psalm 78:9 The children of Ephraim, being armed, and carrying bows, turned back in the day of battle.

Psalm 78:10 They kept not the covenant of God, and refused to walk in his law;

Psalm 78:11 And forgat his works, and his wonders that he had shewed them.

Psalm 78:12 Marvellous things did he in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.

Psalm 78:13 He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.

Psalm 78:14 In the daytime also he led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire.

Psalm 78:15 He clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths.

Psalm 78:16 He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.

Psalm 78:17 And they sinned yet more against him by provoking the most High in the wilderness.

Psalm 78:18 And they tempted God in their heart by asking meat for their lust.

Psalm 78:19 Yea, they spake against God; they said, Can God furnish a table in the wilderness?

Psalm 78:20 Behold, he smote the rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also? can he provide flesh for his people?

Psalm 78:21 Therefore the LORD heard this, and was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel;

Psalm 78:22 Because they believed not in God, and trusted not in his salvation:

Psalm 78:23 Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven,

Psalm 78:24 And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.

Psalm 78:25 Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full.

Psalm 78:26 He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.

Psalm 78:27 He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:

Psalm 78:28 And he let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their habitations.

Psalm 78:29 So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their own desire;

Psalm 78:30 They were not estranged from their lust. But while their meat was yet in their mouths,

Psalm 78:31 The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.

Psalm 78:32 For all this they sinned still, and believed not for his wondrous works.

Psalm 78:33 Therefore their days did he consume in vanity, and their years in trouble.

Psalm 78:34 When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and enquired early after God.

Psalm 78:35 And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer.

Psalm 78:36 Nevertheless they did flatter him with their mouth, and they lied unto him with their tongues.

Psalm 78:37 For their heart was not right with him, neither were they stedfast in his covenant.

Psalm 78:38 But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath.

Psalm 78:39 For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.

Psalm 78:40 How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the desert!

Psalm 78:41 Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.

Psalm 78:42 They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.

Psalm 78:43 How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan.

Psalm 78:44 And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink.

Psalm 78:45 He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.

Psalm 78:46 He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the locust.

Psalm 78:47 He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.

Psalm 78:48 He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.

Psalm 78:49 He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.

Psalm 78:50 He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;

Psalm 78:51 And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:

Psalm 78:52 But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.

Psalm 78:53 And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

Psalm 78:54 And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.

Psalm 78:55 He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.

Psalm 78:56 Yet they tempted and provoked the most high God, and kept not his testimonies:

Psalm 78:57 But turned back, and dealt unfaithfully like their fathers: they were turned aside like a deceitful bow.

Psalm 78:58 For they provoked him to anger with their high places, and moved him to jealousy with their graven images.
Psalm 78:59 When God heard this, he was wroth, and greatly abhorred Israel:

Psalm 78:60 So that he forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent which he placed among men;

Psalm 78:61 And delivered his strength into captivity, and his glory into the enemy's hand.

Psalm 78:62 He gave his people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with his inheritance.

Psalm 78:63 The fire consumed their young men; and their maidens were not given to marriage.

Psalm 78:64 Their priests fell by the sword; and their widows made no lamentation.

Psalm 78:65 Then the LORD awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.

Psalm 78:66 And he smote his enemies in the hinder parts: he put them to a perpetual reproach.

Psalm 78:67 Moreover he refused the tabernacle of Joseph, and chose not the tribe of Ephraim:

Psalm 78:68 But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved.

Psalm 78:69 And he built his sanctuary like high palaces, like the earth which he hath established for ever.

Psalm 78:70 He chose David also his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds:

Psalm 78:71 From following the ewes great with young he brought him to feed Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance.

Psalm 78:72 So he fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and guided them by the skilfulness of his hands.

Psalm 78:10 They kept not the covenant of God, and refused to walk in his law;

Psalm 78:21 Therefore the LORD heard this, and was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel;

Psalm 78:29 So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their own desire;

Psalm 78:50 He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;

Psalm 78:60 So that he forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent which he placed among men;

Exactly. And that is why there will be a pretrib rapture.

Hos 9

10 I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness;I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time: but they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves unto that shame; and their abominations were according as they loved.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

      Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

      This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
