Acts 2:10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

As can be seen in Acts 2:10 there were proselytes, strangers to Israel, Gentiles, who trusted in God and followed the law. Some of the Gentiles may have been proselytes that believed the gospel preached by Peter and the disciples. They were not in the body of Christ since at this time Paul was not saved and given revelation; the body of Christ was not being formed at this time, the believers were in Christ and the Church of God.

You error. Well if all we had was the OT/Torrah.. Israel was to take His word to the world. After He saved them after 400years.. He told them.. if any wanted to join or any strangers among you.. they were to treat them as if they were born of them. John 3:16..where Did Christ tell them to go? To take His word to the world.. again.. something they were always to do.. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."

What I don't understand is.... you just pick some verse and toss out the rest. God even talked to Peter about gentiles. You know the ones that received the Holy Spirit? How we don't tell GOD what HE made is clean or unclean. Yet.. here you are taking His word out of context.

I must agree.  Gentiles CAN NOT make up the body of Christ because a "Gentile" DOES NOT WORSHIP GOD, has not become a Christian.  Once a gentile has "put on" Christ, AT most they are a former gentile, now a Christian.

From the moment Christ began his ministry he began the body of Christ, the Church, the Church of God.  He came to defeat death, to be the Sacrificial Lamb, bring in the New Covenant and proclaim the kingdom of God.

How can God make it any more clear??  Doesn't matter where you came from or who you were, His kingdom is for whomsoever will.  Yes, there are jobs for different people because as God will never give you more than you can handle, some are very weak and God can't count on them for much of anything and there are those who can handle a lot and God will use them all the way to death in the flesh.  Just as those who can't, should be comfortable knowing they wont be asked much, there are those who can and are comfortable with whatever God wants.  The funny thing, to me is those who will be asked nothing seem to be in fear and those who will be asked everything have none.

Galatians 3:25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Galatians 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

Galatians 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Galatians 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

AND IF YE BE CHRISTS, YOU NOT GENTILE ANYMORE.  You can't worship God and be a gentile as gentiles don't worship God.

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Ephesians 2:11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

Ephesians 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

Ephesians 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

ONE.
No longer what one was.
heirs.

Abrahams seed.
born of the Spirit
One new man
one body
one church
one people
all the same. born from above.  born of water.  born of the Spirit.

READ THE WORD AS IF THIS WERE TRUE to help distinguish between Gods Truth and NOT.

GENTILES NOT IN THE BODY OF CHRIST

I don't agree. Since the death of Christ, His body started to be builded up, opened to everyone who believe in Jesus and His Word.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

      Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

      This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
