Excuse me but you all seem to be reading the OP's original post as if he is talking about a country. And I think he is talking about Worthy. It is this site that he thinks is trying to silence his free speech.

Here you are all going off accusing liberals  of taking away your freedom.

No I am not talking about a country, I am talking about some forums I have been involved with. I am definitely not talking about Worthy though.

I don't think it matters what forums I have been talking about, One for example was a forum for expats. It used to be a place for interesting exchanges, and strong opinions now it is a progressive echo chamber.

The point is that i have noticed a marked intolerance of conservative opinions, and especially in the last 3 months.

How? you say...

Through the media, education system, political party, political correctness, the systematic removal of God, prayer, the Bible from not only public education but from the public square over several generations time.

As traditional American doctrine was neglected, the competing ideology of socialism had taken off. Karl Marx’s book, which was written in 1844, never had much influence in American society. That was until we had backslid from Christian principles of economics and dabbled in greed. Thus, monopolies would form and grow. Wealth was accumulated, instead of employing the extra wealth to meet the needs of the poor and society itself. Self-culture (or individual interest) began to replace the common good of the community.

Historian Marshall Foster writes that “in the loft restaurant above Peck’s restaurant at 140 Fulton Street in lower Manhattan, a group of young men met to plan the overthrow of the predominately Christian world-view that still pervaded America. At this first meeting five men were present: Upton Sinclair, 27, a writer and a socialist; Jack London, writer; Thomas Wentworth Higginson, a Unitarian minister; J.G. Phelps Stokes, husband of a socialist leader; and Clarence Darrow, a lawyer."

"Their organization was called the Intercollegiate Socialist Society. Their purpose was to ‘promote an intelligent interest in socialism among college men and women.’ These men were ready to become the exponents of an idea passed on to them by an obscure writer named Karl Marx—a man who never tried to be self-supporting but was supported by a wealthy industrialist who, inexplicably, believed in his theory of ‘the dictatorship of the proletariat.’ Although a small group in the beginning, these adherents of socialism more than succeeded in their task.”

“By using the proven method of gradualism, taken from the Roman general, Quintus Fabius Maximus, these men and others who joined with them slowly infiltrated” the public schools of our nation. By 1912 there were chapters in 44 colleges. By 1917 there were 61 chapters of student study groups of the League of Industrial Democracy. “At that time John Dewey, the godfather of progressive education, was the vice-president of the league. By 1941 Dewey had become president and Reinhold Niebuhr, the liberal socialist theologian, was the treasurer.”[1]

The beginning of the end of traditional America had become entrenched. Dr. Stephen K. McDowell mentions that “the loss Christian tradition, character, and responsibility led to the failure of many banks in the early 1900’s. To remedy this situation, power was granted to a centralized Federal Reserve Board in 1913. But this unbiblical economic structure and lack of character produced many more problems. Within 20 years, the Stock Market had crashed, and America was in the midst of the Great Depression.”[2] With the propagation of socialism, people were ready for Roosevelt's “New Deal,” such as Social Security and other welfare agencies, which ultimately set up the State as provider rather than God.

Daniel L. Smith,

I am one of those who were silenced before the election.

It is happening and we should always expect this to happen. In particular, my business account was restricted from communicating advertisements and messages to any audience outside of my current network. I'm still restricted as of today, however, there are lawyers fighting California State right now.

We have had it pretty good here in America as Christian's. And as such, the Lord has patiently given us time to allow for us to further spread His Gospel, that is, the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

If you are interested in how I was censored, you can check it out here: https://www.complexamerica.org/censoredin2020.html

I donate to the ACLJ (aclj.org) - they are always fighting for religious rights on behalf of Christians everywhere. They are a God-send for those out there that do not have the resources to fight on their own behalf.

I went to the site mentioned. I agree with what you posted. Censorship in Facebook is primarily for those who express Christian and conservative views, sad but true and getting worse. A group of my friends have gone over to Parler as an alternative.

Maybe you should take this up with them. Different fourm sites have rules and terms of services to follow. Even this one.  But this is not a violation of free speech. You don't really have free speech when it comes to posting on a site that is run by someone else. You are force to follow the term of service rules of the site. Just like we have here at Worthy.

False. Not when you are clearly choosing one political idea over another. Especially since Zuckerburg created FB to be a "free speech platform." But isn't censoring one idea and not the other a violation of your constitutional right to free speech? Ponder this...

If FB all of a sudden decided to stop hiring whites and hire purely by the tone of your skin (much like how liberal universities hand out their grant awards today), wouldn't that be a violation of their constitutional right to stop them from running their business in the way they seem fit? Or is it racism?

OR, are social media companies just wiping their rear ends with the constitution and being sided-with by their friendly, "locker-room buddy", liberal-leaning politicians and judges (to prop them up) because they have comfortably gotten away with it for so long?

Yeah right.

Facebook in particular shut my business account down within hours after I posted historically factual information that proves Christianity was the makeup of the United States Founding Documents. I was shut down for two reasons: Being a Christian and for being... uh oh... a Conservative. :P

Blessings,

Daniel L. Smith

If FB is violating free speech by deleting post. Than so is Worthy. I  explain these things before. About terms of service rules on sites. No one seems to understand it. Without knowing just what the OP posted that was deleted. It is hard to say if he is a victum of discrimination,or if he did indeed violate a site's Terms of service policy.

I don't know how you all manage to get deleted from FB. My post on there goes through just fine. All the Bible verse I post. All the testimonies I post about how God has worked in my life. All my conservative friends  share their conservative view post with me. My church post their sermons every Sunday without issue. Many prayer request are posted as well.

I use facebook mainly to post photos, watch sermons and get a few laughs. I never post any opinions if I can help it and I refuse to read negative posts or posts that have turned heated. These days I find myself blocking and snoozing people a lot more. But there is enough good news and funny stories to make it worth keeping.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
