Sort of, but scientific theories are about the how or why things happen. Scientific laws to borrow from wikipedia "summarize the results of experiments or observations, usually within a certain range of application". For example, gravity behaves a certain way in our macro scale, but does not at the atomic scale.

With the example you gave of Gravity, you can experiment with Gravity.  You cannot experiment with Pangea, and worse, you have never observed Pangea in the first place, because it's not observable.  It's like saying there was a BP gas station in Eden, the problem being Eden is gone and you have no evidence of a BP being there, but you claim it as a theory because it's at least slightly possible.

You ignore the fact they had to shrink Africa about 40%, and that Central America and Mexico had to be done away with to make your puzzle-map theory plausible (a priori fallacy).  I notice you never address that.

Only in recent years do people think the theory of Darwinian Evolution is fact.  It's not.   It's still safely a theory.  People who claim it's fact have stepped outside of science and into a religion.

Where are you getting this from? You must have some source for this claim. Let's see it and then we can assess it. Are you sure you are up-to-date with the research? Right now it seems to be a claim made up out of thin air.

The claim of Pangaea is what's made up from thin air. 

As you must know, Alfred Wegener proposed the Pangaea Theory in 1912.  Proponents of the theory like to present puzzle-maps, like this one:

Good grief, it's in the map I just posted.  You can see it with your own eyes, and yes, Mexico is missing as is Central America, just as I claimed.    The proponents of this theory drew this map up.   It's their teaching tool.

The source says Wikipedia.

Even on this crude map, the land mass that would contain Mexico and Central America is clearly there - even though they aren't labeled. Additionally, the reduced African continent seems to be something you made up entirely. If you have some evidence to support this claim, I would also like to see it. For the purpose of accuracy, this map is not on the Pangaea Wikipedia page, but I did find it on a teaching website designed for 4th graders, so you may want to consider the source.

@teddyv knows this stuff much better than I, but the evidence for Pangaea is much more than a hypothetical puzzle, but based on actual geological similarities shared by different continents.

That is simply an illustration of the general idea. There is no way you can use that to support a specific claim. They are not intending to make that an exhaustive replication of what the world looked like. It more likely represents the central cratonic elements of the continents

For example, it ignores things like island arcs that were added onto North America over the years. 

ETA: since I can't post a video here, search up "Plate Movement: 200 Million Years Ago to Present Day | California Academy of Sciences" on Youtube to show the reconstruction of history from 200Ma to present.
