Problems with Worthy

I am the type of person who if I find an interest I'll dig and dig on it until I am satisfied with what I think I like. So it has been with both coffee and teas. Coffee was first. After home roasting many various varieties of coffee and reading up on all of the origins and varietals along with the way the coffee is processed, different roasting temperatures and curves etc. I finally arrived at what I like best in coffee.My favorite coffee is Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, home roasted medium roast curve to just past 2nd crack. Makes a light brown bean that still has all of the oils in it.

Then it was on to tea. My experience with tea was very limited. I began with loose leaf tea .vs bags and self bagging my own tea. I tried the basics- oolong, black and green teas of different varieties. Went to trying blends and mixes some of which looked like they put chopped grasses in them, lavender, and various things more associated with flowers such as hibiscus. I like mints and peppermints or a blend for a bedtime tea. I like cinnamon and orange peel as additives for a mid day tea. I add a touch of honey most of the time. I mainly drink coffee in the morning or late morning only. Strong espresso makes me a little "snappy" sometimes and I've come to realize it was the amount of caffeine so I started to weaken that mix.

As of now I probably have more tea than I'll drink in a long time, but I'm enjoying the investigation so I just ordered more to try different things. A friend recommended Lapsang souchong since it is his favorite tea. I liked his when I tried it so I ordered some of it. It's a black tea from a certain region of China that is smoked over a fire. Not available in the UK since it is regulated as possibly a carcinogen. It's no different than eating smoked meat. Maybe safer. I ordered Taylor's of Harrogate Apples and Cinnamon and Harney and Sons tea mint verbena. I won't go into all of the varieties I already have. I like to keep plenty on hand for company.

Yes, I've had an acid stomach after drinking coffee as well. 

There is no chance of me becoming addicted to coffee!

P.S. I know you weren't implying that I would.

Apple cider vinegar, not distilled vinegar. Vinegar helps to disintegrate any uric acid crystals which might accumulate in the renal system. Fresh cherries also have that effect.

I've not drunk Redbull (I prefer to have my limbs tremor-free).
