After God gave me the Holy Spirit, I found proof that TV, movies, novels, music, video games and computer games are all sins, except Christian stuff that don’t have sins like sermons and Christian music words that gives messages. Now I will be preaching about how to receive the Holy Spirit and be 100% going to Heaven.

After God has destroyed all your evil desires of watching TV and if you are one of God’s elects, you receive the joy of the Holy Spirit for about 40 minutes. After the joy wears off, all existence of boredom no longer exists and you no longer burn out (psychology) anymore. That is when you have received the Holy Spirit.

Then it’s by the grace of God that he forgives you of your sins, as you confess and repent of your sins throughout your life which is called sanctification. How is it 'shortly' is to be STRICKLY followed and '1000' years is NOT, even to the point of being doubly wrong by now?  

How is it a prophecy is counted as 'fulfilled' when only parts of 'what is written' to be fulfilled took place? 

Who is it the whole world worshipped after in 70AD?  Does Josehpus give the names of the two witnesses who were killed?  Does Josephus' tell of anyone seeing them come back alive and be taken to heaven?  Does he tell what it was like to BE CHANGED when Christ returned?  Or what it was like to see  Christ coming as Lord of lords and King of kings? 


WHAT all does he tell of the Lords return?  DID every knee bow?  Did His feet touch the mount of Olives?  Did the landscape completely change?  Have the nations been going to WORSHIP HIM ever since then?  

Or was just the temple destroyed? Like Christ told us would happen BEFORE the end times?

No matter what THEY believe God knew it wasn't the END and wouldn't be for at least 2000 or so years that we know of RIGHT?  Did ANYTHING change in the rest of the world when the temple was destroyed?  Did all the 'nations' start worshipping God as GOD and leave their gods behind?  

Who was 'taken' and who was 'left' and WHO TOOK THEM?  and what happen to those who were 'left'?  

Were the 'elect' gathered by the angels?

What did Josephus say about JESUS coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory?   

AND THEN WHERE DID HE GO?  Why isn't He still here?

SURELY THIS IS going to be/or was   A BIG DEAL

Does Josephus tell anything about the HOLY SPIRIT speaking through people ?  How many does he speak about?  Does he tell who turned in family members to have them put to death?
 

Mark 13:12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Does Josephus tell who ENDURED TO THE END AND WAS SAVED?

Mark 13:14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

Does Josephus tell EXACTLY where he stood?  (so curious to know)  And what it must have been like to see Christ returning in the clouds with an army with Him and to see Satan put down.  

 

Mark 13:15 And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:

Mark 13:16 And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

Mark 13:17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

Josephus MUST TELL exactly how the 'days were shortened'.  WHAT did that look like?

Does Josephus tell HOW MANY people claiming to be 'CHRIST' were walking around at the time?  Were they doing miracles?

Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

How does Josephus DESCRIBE the 'SIGNS AND WONDERS' that took place?  Did he say that he himself WAS SEDUCED and now believed the one who was claiming to be Christ WAS?
 

Mark 13:23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.
 

Mark 13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

WHY did NOT Jesus have any ANGELS or MESSENGERS write anything to have put in the WORD OF GOD?  WEIRD
 

Mark 13:25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

Does Josephus tell what it was like to SEE the stars of heaven fall?  Do he compare it to Sodom at all?  

Mark 13:26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

Mark 13:27 And then shall He send his angels, and shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

NOW this is an event that must have been AWESOME to behold.  How does he describe it?
 

Mark 13:28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:

Mark 13:29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.

Mark 13:30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

SO obviously you believe that ALL THOSE THINGS TOOK PLACE, correct?  

WHAT is left to come?  Just the dumping out of the bowls?  

 

Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Mark 13:32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

Mark 13:33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

Mark 13:34 For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

So I take it that the 'FAR JOURNEY' wasn't really that far.  Were there any commandments given on how to get us from then to now?  


 

Mark 13:35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:

Mark 13:36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

Jesus comes IN AN HOUR THAT YOU THINK NOT, there are two raptures and one of them is a secret pretribulation rapture = Stop telling half the truth.

The Word of God says: Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

And Jesus gives this warning shortly after He tells us He is coming IMMEDIATLEY after the tribulation. Do the math!

 Jesus Christ says Only God the Father knows when the Bridegroom will retrieve the  Bride. Jesus is the Word,  He is Scripture. He does not know. No where to be found.

I'm wondering here.  Since I scanned the thread and had not seen the following verse, someone tell me how this fits into their theology?

Revelation 20:4

And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.  But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.  Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

When were they brought up to be with the Lord in heaven, and if there is no 1000 year reign, why would God show John there is?  Maybe it's time to take all of scripture into the theology you hold to.

First, it’s only by the grace of God that he gives you faith in Jesus Christ in order to give up your sins. It’s only by the grace of God that he leads you to pray to him to destroy all your evil desires of watching TV or any sinful desires. When you pray to God to destroy all your evil desires of watching TV or sinful desires (Romans 6:6-7 and Galatians 5:24), Satan will intervene and extremely tempt you in watching the TV. But if it’s God’s will and if you are one of God’s elects, you will overcome it and God will destroy all your evil desires of watching TV. After God has destroyed all your evil desires of watching TV and if you are one of God’s elects, you receive the joy of the Holy Spirit for about 40 minutes. After the joy wears off, all existence of boredom no longer exists and you no longer burn out (psychology) anymore. That is when you have received the Holy Spirit.

Then it’s by the grace of God that he forgives you of your sins, as you confess and repent of your sins throughout your life which is called sanctification. Scripture teaches that there has been one rapture already and will be four more raptures in the first resurrection?

First rapture was, the going to Heaven of Christ and the saints who were resurrected after HIS resurrection (Matt. 27:52; Eph. 4:7-11; Acts 1:11).

Second, The rapture of those "that are Christs at His coming" (1 Cor. 15:23; 1 Thess. 4:13-16).

Third, The rapture of the 144,000 Jews in the middle of the Week (Rev. 12:5; 14:1-5; Dan. 12:1; Isa. 66:7-8).

Fourth, The rapture of the tribulation saints (Rev. 7:9-17; 15: 2-4; 20:4-6).

Fifth, The rapture of the two witnesses (Rev. 11:3-12).

That there are two main resurrections from the dead with a thousand years between them. The first is that of the blessed and holy; and this is before the thousand years, for we read "THE REST OF THE DEAD LIVED NOT AGAIN UNTILL THE THOUSAND YEARS WERE FINISHED" (Rev. 20:4-15).

 

 

The Rapture of the Church before the Tribulation.

 

The purpose of the rapture is to resurrect the just from the
dead and take all the saints out of the world before the tribulation comes, in
order that they may have fulfilled in them the purpose for which God has saved
them. Jesus told the disciples that some would escape the terrible things that
were to transpire on the Earth in the last days. He said, “Pray that you may be
accounted worth to escape all these things of, Matt. 24, 25; Luke 21:1-19,
25-28, that shall come to pass, and stand before the Son of man,”  Luke 21:34-36. These two passages in Luke
21:34-36 and John 14:1-3, are the only ones in the Gospels that are clear
concerning the Rapture. Jesus did not reveal this, it was revealed by Paul many
years later in 1 Cor. 15:51. The disciples did not have the slightest idea as
to how they were to escape, unless they thought that Christ would deliver them
from these things through His power. The how was not revealed or even mentioned
before Paul explained how they were to escape.

 

The Rapture of the church should never be confused with the
second coming or second advent  of Christ,
for He does not come to the earth at that time.

 

The Rapture is a distinct coming in itself, not to the
Earth, but in the air where Christ meets the saints and then takes them back to
Heaven to present them blameless before God the Father, John 14:1-3; 1 Thess.
3:13; 4:16, 17.

 

The Rapture takes place several years before the literal
advent of Christ to the Earth, for they, the saints come back with Him at that
time. The saints are in Heaven before God, and not in the air, from the time of
the Rapture to their coming again with Christ to reign as kings and priests,
Jude 14; Rev. 19:14; Zech. 14:5.

 

At the Rapture, the Lord comes from Heaven as far as the
air, or Earthly Heavens and the saints will be caught up to meet Him in the
air.

 

At the second coming, the saints are not raptured, and
neither is Christ, but both will come back to the Earth together. The rapture
takes place before the Tribulation, whereas the second Advent takes place after
the Tribulation. The Rapture could occur at any time, whereas the second Advent
cannot occur until after the tribulation.

 

 

I'm hearing many sermons on the Rapture. Pastors saying it
wont be long, it will happen soon, all signs are pointing to a soon to happen
rapture.

 

Jesus said that the angels don't know when the rapture will
happen, He also said that even He does not know. So if the angels don't know
then Satan also doesn't know when it will happen. Only the Father knows
according to Jesus.

 

Mark 13:4, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what
shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

 

Jesus replied,

 

Mark 13:32, But of that day and that hour knoweth no man,
no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

 

Scripture also states that Satan knows that he has but a
short time.

 

Revelation 12:12,Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that
dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil
is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but
a short time.

 

Taking in the fact that we and Satan live in eternity
future, Satan knew he had but a short time the day he rebelled against the
Father, and the fact the Jesus defeated him by His death and resurrection. Any
length of time cut from a life to be lived in eternity, no matter when this
occurs will be but a short time.

 

The disciples asked Jesus when will this all occur?

 

Mark 13:4, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what
shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

 

5, And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any
man deceive you:

 

6, For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and
shall deceive many.

 

7, And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye
not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.

 

8, For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against
kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be
famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

 

9, But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you
up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be
brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

 

10, And the gospel must first be published among all
nations.

 

All these things so far at one time or another have been
happening since Jesus returned to Heaven and sent the Holy Spirit to keep us
and guide us. The only thing I can see that has not yet occurred is the fact
the gospel has not yet been preached among all nations.

 

There have been tribes found deep in South America, Papua
New Guinea, and other parts of the Earth that have not yet even heard of God,
the gospel, or Jesus.

 

"And the gospel must first be published among all
nations."

 

So when will it be?

 

Mark 13:33, Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not
when the time is.

 

34, For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who
left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work,
and commanded the porter to watch.

 

35, Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of
the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the
morning:

 

36, Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

 

37, And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

 

So when will it be?  Only the Father knows, and Jesus knows this much, Jesus
commands us to be ever ready, for it can happen any time!

And Jesus gives this warning shortly after He tells us He is coming IMMEDIATLEY after the tribulation. Do the math!

That's true, but it's not the whole story. If we are talking about the GT then this has to be part of the conversation:

"For at that time there will be great tribulation, unmatched from the beginning of the world until now, and never to be seen again. If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days WILL BE CUT SHORT." [emphasis added]

Then if Jesus comes immediately after the GT we don't know the day when that happens as Jesus also says about His coming:

"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."

So then Jesus comes after GT in an hour on a day that no one knows, the same day the GT is cut short. 

GT happens. It is cut short and immediately after that Jesus returns. It's not a great leap to see it's the coming of Jesus that stops the GT, and that coming and the end of GT happen at the same time.

This is the one and only coming of Jesus and while the fact of it isn't a secret,  the day and the hour of that coming is.
