A "full Christian".. I can see that. Saved ..yeah has nothing to do with this.  To make it simple.. one has life overflowing everyone can witness and power as Christ said. The "looking drunk" anyone baptized in the spirit knows exactly what that is  they also know about that BOLDNESS our bother Peter showed.

ONE  SPIRIT 

JOHN 6:63  it is the spirit that quickeneth --the flesh-- profiteth nothing the words that --I speak-- unto you they are spirit and they are life

PSALM 119:50  this is ---my comfort--- in my affliction for thy word hath quickened me

JOHN 3:34  for  HE  whom  GOD  hath sent speaketh the words of  GOD  for  GOD  giveth not the spirit by measure unto  HIM 

HEBREWS 7:25  wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto  GOD  by  HIM  seeing  HE  ever liveth to make intercession for them

ROMANS 8:26  likewise the spirit helpeth our infirmities for we know not what we should pray for as we ought but the spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered 

--8:27-- and  HE  that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the spirit because  HE  maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of  GOD

 

1 JOHN 5:14  and this is the confidence that we have in  HIM  that if we ask anything according to  HIS  will he heareth us 

--5:15-- and if we know that he hear us whatsoever we ask we know that we have the petitions that we desired of  HIM

 

EPHESIANS 6:18  praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints 

1 CORINTHIANS 12:13  for by one spirit are we all baptized into one body whether we be jews or gentiles whether we be bond or free and have been all made to ---drink into one spirit---

EPHESIANS 4:4  there is one body and one spirit even as you are called in one hope of your calling 

1 CORINTHIANS 10:4  and did all drink the same spiritual drink for they drank of that spiritual rock that followed them and that rock was  CHRIST 

 

EPHESIANS 2:18  for through  HIM  we both have access by ---one spirit--- unto  THE  FATHER

 

 

PSALM 30:10  hear  O LORD  and have mercy upon me --- LORD  be thou my helper 

HEBREWS 13:6  so that we may boldly say  THE  LORD  is my helper and I will not fear what man shall do unto me 

 

ISAIAH 45:11  thus saith  THE  LORD  ---the holy one of israel--- and  HIS  MAKER --- ask me of things to come concerning my sons and concerning the work of  MY  hands command you  ME
