Hi Little

The only way is for you to go to the schoolmaster.  If you don't do this you will never understand what happened THAT DAY and what we were gifted and how God has TREATED us so much better than we deserve and how much He puts forth for us and how little we return and when a little return is even mentioned, how we try to even get out of that.  Some kind of servants we are.

Surely you must remember how it went before?  things like

Leviticus 4:27 And if any one of the common people sin through ignorance, while he doeth somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and be guilty;

Leviticus 4:28 Or if his sin, which he hath sinned, come to his knowledge: then he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he hath sinned.

Leviticus 4:29 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering in the place of the burnt offering.

Leviticus 4:30 And the priest shall take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar.

Leviticus 4:31 And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savour unto the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.

Leviticus 4:32 And if he bring a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring it a female without blemish.

Leviticus 4:33 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering.

Leviticus 4:34 And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar:

Leviticus 4:35 And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of the peace offerings; and the priest shall burn them upon the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: and the priest shall make an atonement for his sin that he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven him.

Notice the lack of 'talking to God'?   THE WORK that JESUS did for us on that day is to wonderful for words.  OUR LIVES are a billion percent better because of it.

I may not understand in which way you are looking for me to be more specific.  Those verses speak for themselves don't they?  If not I can run through them but I think that Leviticus will clear it up and give a whole new appreciation of the entire subject.

Where does it say that only after we accept Jesus, does God hear our prayers? If so, then a sinner’s prayer would never be heard.

So the story of the crucifixion was that Jesus without sin was likened to a sacrifice from Leviticus that was without blemish

The real point is that in Leviticus you had to go through a High Priest to mediate for you to God

When Yashua died as told in Hebrews he became the High Priest for us in heaven

Hebrews 4:14-16

Therefore, since we have a great high priestwho has ascended into heaven,Jesus the Son of God,let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Thats why the veil was ripped there was no longer a barrier we have Jesus who knows our weaknesses because he lived a life as human , And in heaven he goes to the Father for us sinners, The sinners prayers are heard thanks to our new High Priest

The Lord gave the law to the patriarchs in the form of word of mouth, then he gave the law in the written form of the tablets to Moses, and when that didn’t work he sent a walking talking Law in the flesh as his son Jesus who taught Torah And showed people how to walk in righteousness ?

So he was and is our High Priest Yashua keeper of the Law,

Matthew 6:10

“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”
❤️

When New Jerusalem drops from the heaven we too will be without sin the law will be written on our hearts but until that day we rely on Yashua to intervene in our behalf to the Father

Thats why sinners and saints alike can be heard?

He says

John 14 13:14

Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.

Praise his words

“We all know that God does not listen to sinners, but he will listen to anyone who worships and obeys him.”
‭‭John‬ ‭9:31‬ ‭

Jesus prayed for followers only:

““You gave me some people from the world. I have shown them what you are like. They belonged to you, and you gave them to me. They have obeyed your teaching. Now they know that everything I have came from you. I told them the words you gave me, and they accepted them. They realized the fact that I came from you and believed that you sent me. I pray for them now.

I am not praying for the people in the world. But I am praying for these people you gave me, because they are yours. All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And my glory is seen in them. “Now I am coming to you. I will not stay in the world, but these followers of mine are still in the world. Holy Father, keep them safe by the power of your name—the name you gave me. Then they will be one, just as you and I are one. While I was with them, I kept them safe by the power of your name—the name you gave me. I protected them. And only one of them was lost—the one who was sure to be lost. This was to show the truth of what the Scriptures said would happen.

“I am coming to you now. But I pray these things while I am still in the world. I say all this so that these followers can have the true happiness that I have. I want them to be completely happy. I have given them your teaching. And the world has hated them, because they don’t belong to the world, just as I don’t belong to the world. “I am not asking you to take them out of the world. But I am asking that you keep them safe from the Evil One. They don’t belong to the world, just as I don’t belong to the world. Make them ready for your service through your truth.

Your teaching is truth. I have sent them into the world, just as you sent me into the world. I am making myself completely ready to serve you. I do this for them, so that they also might be fully qualified for your service. “I pray not only for these followers but also for those who will believe in me because of their teaching. Father, I pray that all who believe in me can be one. You are in me and I am in you. I pray that they can also be one in us. Then the world will believe that you sent me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭17:6-21‬ ‭

Believers in Christ are sinners that have a mediator to the father In Christ and our sins are forgiven. God hears our prayers through Christ.

Sinners who don’t believe in Christ have not had their  sins forgiven and Yahweh does not hear the voice of sinners.

Jesus is the ultimate example of what it means to be human. He is the ideal that all strive towards and he prays to the Father in that capacity. However, Jesus is not just the ultimate example of human, he's also God in the flesh and that means we, in following his example, can pray to him just as he, in demonstrating his example, prayed to the Father. In fact, I think that's the entire point of the matter. God the Father is too abstract for us. We can pray to the Father but it's difficult to know what that really means. Jesus, on the other hand, is much easier to understand since he is also human. Thus I say, pray to Jesus.

I don't know if you saw it so I just thought I would give again,

John 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

We think of praying as hearing, but it’s what is coming from the heart ❤️

Whether to God or to Jesus is really semantics, Jesus does mediate on our behalf but the Lord knows words mean nothing if the heart isn’t true

Matthew 6:7

When you pray, don’t babble like the idolaters, since they imagine they’ll be heard for their many words.

We are blessed with the Holy Spirit who reads our hearts and interprets for us our spiritual needs

sometimes you may not even have an idea what to pray for but the Holy Spirit still sends our requests to God

Romans 8:26-27
In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

So our prayers have a first class ticket to the Father

My prayers usually involve acknowledging Jesus died on the cross for our sins and he is our Lord and Savior

and end with I give God the praise and the Glory in Jesus name I pray Amen

But it’s not the words God truly cares about, it’s your hearts ?

Do not emphasize Jesus human nature over His portion in the Godhead. He knew that it was God the Father who was head. In heaven and when Jesus was on earth, there can be only one King. Jesus is Prince. His allegiance is to the Father and His will is subject to the Father. I believe that is why He said, ‘ when you pray, anything you ask the Father , in My Name, He will give it.’ That is why the Lord’s Prayer is so important. It is, Our Father, Who art in Heaven..’ . It is only when Jesus returns, from heaven to earth  that He comes as King of kings and Lord of lords. Until then we pray to the Father, in Jesus name.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
