The lord leads us by the holy spirit through his word

      I had prayed recently that God would lead me by the holy spirit through his Word. At work I read verses to kill sin because we have died to sin through Christ's death. I felt God's spirit moving my heart in this. Late that night could not sleep and put on a pastors sermon randomly.  And he said we must kill sin because we have died and are alive in christ now. Gods spirit truly leads us if we ask and look to him with our hearts. The holy spirit is God and a person that is in us. Jesus left and ascended into heaven. But promised us we would not be left alone. He the spirit abides with us. Don't forget this.

The spirit guides me everyday I ask for his guidance when I wake I say “ Lord use my body as a Temple for your spirit”

Some say you have to be changed first by God from the old man to have faith to even believe.  That first scripture I heard was God, the word, light, that I received, that enabled me to receive more light / understanding, which lead to Faith in my savior.

I agree Wayne, the Holy Spirit that I received at Birth through my faith, that I received through the word, the Holy Spirit, has been leading me all of these years. And my father has been pruning me much also, as I have needed much pruning.....

Yes, the Holy Spirit abides in me, and I am led by the Holy Spirit. And I abide in Christ.

Very well said. Its really the whole trinity who works in us. When we pray the holy spirit intercede for us. Then christ prays for us to the father as our advocate.  Then God receives our prayer. Thats wonderful that you have the holy spirit leading you. We are not alone in our walk.

That is also well said Brother

yes the Holy Spirit can indeed read our hearts even when we don’t know what to pray for ( that’s why scripture says you don’t need to use eloquent words when praying because the Holy Spirit is like your translator 

And Yashua is like you said our High Priest in the heavenly temple that is up there mediating in our behalf for our sins to the Father

Its an Amazing thing the Lord has put together for us

Even the Bible itself is set up just like the trinity

The first part is about the Patriarchs 

( The Father)

the middle part is all about Yashua

( The Son )

the last part is about resurrection or the Spirit

( The Holy Spirit)
