Is America Missing in Prophecy?

It says became rich with excessive luxuries. It doesn't give a yard stick on the luxury, it just says rich with excessive. False religion does seem to be doing this these days. It doesn't say which religion and is probably a combination of all of them because well, we know that false religion is just that, a false religion and there are so many movements today, even in the Christian churches.

And yes, I agree with the "who can make war with the beast?" part but it doesn't actually say that nobody can make war with the beast right? or am I thinking too deeply?

Aren't there 7 continents total? If the beast is referred to as a man right? Wouldn't the 8th beast be the antichrist who will come out of America and rise up? I don't know, just throwing out suggestions. I'm new to Revelations in reading. Sorry if they sound dumb and unfounded.

Maybe people don't think America is mentioned because it has the most pride, money loving, false religion, etc there is around. Maybe that's the exact reason why it will be the 8th beast?

The 8th beast comes up out of the water -

Re 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

This is a nation, empire, governmental entity.

The second beast is a man from the earth, like Adam -

another beast coming up out of the earth

; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

This man is the leader of the 8th beast, nation, empire, governmental entity.

Oh I'm really understanding your logic in this now. May I inform you though that there are a multitudes of people in a lot of places today, not just America with many different tongues. Look at all the dialects in India today. There are different races there too right? Also, a lot of our people are moving to Europe too. Things are definitely more acceptable there than in the US. Look at their fashion magazines, nudity all over the place and it's accepted. Even the drug use there has been accepted way longer than it has been here right? Interesting I think.

How do we know the wound isn't the terrorist attacks we suffered on 9/11 years ago? This is all very interesting. Thank you for sharing. I will consider this prayerfully.

World War II brought about the the decline of the British Empire, the rebirth of Israel and catapulted America into global supremacy. The attack on Pearl Harbor brought us into the war and bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki for all intents and purposes it ended it.

Re 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

Re 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.

Couldn't Germany be one that was wounded to death, like for instance the holocaust? If this could be a possibility, what dragon gave power to Germany during this time? I don't know, just thinking. But then in vs 18, that leads me to believe it's America again lol

Germany started the first 2 world wars and I believe will be instrumental in initiating the final world war. Last I heard (I'm not current on it) was that a German general was the head of the European military, (the ten horns).

Hm well, what about trade? That can open up a whole other country being the beast in that sense I suppose. Given China. Don't they have the most powerful militia now in the word? I think that talks about it in prophecy the 300 million or something like that?

A lot of different people live in China. It's one of the fastest growing in technology and all kinds of stuff is it not? So, they would be at least one of the largest consumers if not the largest correct?

Do they have a serious influence with Israel? Well, I don't know but we could research that right?

That's an interesting point. The terrorist attacks are a perfect example of this right? Is that what you mean? Or are you just considering only Pearl Harbor as the only blow to the face of America? Could the 8th beast be false religion? That could rise up and fight against us right? Oooh

What about the nations who are being somewhat quiet? Like Russia who've only recently started saying anything publicly right? The Bible says nation will rise against nation correct? So, if there are 7 continents and 7 nations in the last days, they will rise against each other and false religion will be the instigator or the initiator as you call it? And the beast that is a man, the antichrist right will be the one to usher it in by deceiving everyone at the same time? Or something? lol Are you sure I'm not thinking too deeply?

It's just that I don't think any nation can be really zeroed in on under such a microscope because all nations have personality traits as described in revelations. But the Bible doesn't say if the "one" is many or just one single entity right?

I just don't see God sitting up there going "Well, yes, America is the best country that I have created." On the contrary, "America is the ANTICHRIST!" lol

All religions nowadays seem to be excessively in luxury and becoming rich off of it, not just one. And, just because the 8th beast was mentioned as being seen rising out of the sea before the beast, man was seen, doesn't mean that's the order of it right? I mean, it was a vision and they could've risen in the same time frame as a whole and not separate. So, the man beast is the cause of the 8th beast (false religion) being risen?

God makes it easy for us to determine when different places are mentioned in the Bible but why was He unclear who the 8th beast is? Maybe He wasn't unclear, that's the point. There is debate because people aren't seeing the bigger picture that the 8th is in fact false religion?
