Do you have scriptures as your foundation, because no where in the bible I have find anything like wise, only to the contrary.

Paul never said that he is looking forwards to have a body like Jesus and live on earth.

John never said that also.

Jesus never said that also.

No one of the disciples said that...

So why you want the impossible to have your earthly body back, you want to have children?

We Disagree, the future "Glorified" bodily resurrection, is a foundational pillar in Christian orthodoxy and faith

PS: The Glorified body received, will be in the New Heaven and Earth, after this earth is dissolved by fire in final judgement at the Lord's return, 2 Peter 3:10-13, Revelation 21:1-5

1 John 3:2KJV

2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Luke 24:39KJV

39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

1 Corinthians 15:12-20KJV

12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:

14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.

15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.

16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:

17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.

18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.

19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

Jesus Christ said I am also the resurrection and he kept his word and he took them out from the place of the dead and to their knew home, the Heavenly one.

Thank you.  I have not been on this site for a long time as I have not been able to post until just a few days ago.  All in God's hands.  Plenty of time to study, excercise self control and take notice of the state of the world which has gone mad.  Can't help but feel we are in the end times as prophesied at the stage of the black horse where food is going scarce and prices rising, ...it will only get worse, and then we have the pale horse coming, the False Prophet who will carry out his mission exactly as prophesied.  I have not read all 34 pages of this thread.  Obviously the OP has not found her answer or else the thread would of finished a long time ago, but then again, people like to argue forever and when pride is lifted up it spits out poison.  All this knowledge and wisdom in understanding the scriptures means nothing if the inside of the cup is not clean.  Now I answered the OP's question based on exactly what she asked.  Did I do wrong?  did I answer not in truth?  Obviously there is more to her question, so I guess I will have to read the whole 34 pages to understand the whole argument.  No thanks.

Sometimes, it helps if we give reference to a scripture so any new comers can know exactly what is being discussed. You have not given scripture either, so I could answer you something different to what you are talking about.  Please give scripture to that last quote if it's pertaining to this thread.  That's all I ask.  Have a blessed day.

It appears you deny a future "bodily resurrection" of those that have "physically Died" in faith

As in a 'last day for SAVED believers who never die being part of the  'DEAD resurrecting'?  yes I do deny.

I started this thread.  You commented, I responded.   You commented again, I responded.   You commented again, I responded.

IF you have some sort of WISH to make a LAST COMMENT and NOT have me respond, THEN you would need to make those wishes known.  Otherwise, I will keep responding.  I'm pretty sure that how a thread is supposed to work.  :5:

John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on Me hath everlasting life.

John 6:48 I am that bread of life.

John 6:49 Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.

(but SOON the graves will be opening and they will be dead no longer, having heard the GOOD NEWS and will ascend with Him)

John 6:50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

John 6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

John 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

John 6:54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

(WHEN is it would would need to be 'raised up'?  on the last day in an earthen veseel?  That is the subject being discussed, is it not?  Has the END OF THE WORLD been mentioned?  The end of the age?  NO. The end of tribulation?  NO.  The ending of life in the flesh body?  YES.  CAN WE HERE ASSIGN AN END OF AGE 'LAST DAY' OR WOULD THAT BE COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTEXT?)

John 6:55 For My flesh is meat indeed, and My blood is drink indeed.

John 6:56 He that eateth My flesh, and drinketh My blood, dwelleth in Me, and I in him.

IF JESUS DWELL IN US AND WE ARE 'OUR FLESH', then wouldn't that be like saying Jesus dies and goes into the grave again?

John 6:57 As the living Father hath sent Me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by Me.

John 6:58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing:

the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

John 7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto Me, and drink.

John 7:38 He that believeth on Me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

John 7:39 (But this spake He of the Spirit, which they that believe on Him should receive: for the Holy SPIRIT was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

John 8:19 Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known Me, ye should have known my Father also.

John 8:20 These words spake Jesus in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.

John 8:21 Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.

John 8:23 And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

John 8:49 Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.

John 8:50 And I seek not mine own glory: there is one that seeketh and judgeth.

John 8:51 Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
