Yes - in Genesis

Genesis 49:1  Then Jacob called his sons and said, “Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you what shall happen to you in days to come. 
49:2  “Assemble and listen, O sons of Jacob, listen to Israel your father.

Genesis 49:16  “Dan shall judge his people as one of the tribes of Israel. 
49:17  Dan shall be a serpent in the way, a viper by the path, that bites the horse's heels so that his rider falls backward.

Dan as one of the "lost" tribes of the northern kingdom of Israel would be used in an attempt to thwart God's plan for the restoration of Israel as a modern nation for the Jews [Judah]. And the Jews were indeed judged as being semitic and of Judah.

And yet the holocaust itself was the major stimulus for Jews fleeing to British Palestine with the intention of setting up a homeland for Jews (which is another prophecy realized).

God is never thwarted by the Adversary.

Perhaps you cannot see the forest for all the trees. The whole theme of the Old Testament is the attempt to destroy God people. We esp see this with Esther and how she saved the people. We see this in the Psalms, although this deals with Israel more than Judah her younger sister. 

Psalm 83

    O God, do not keep silence;
    do not hold your peace or be still, O God!
2 For behold, your enemies make an uproar;
    those who hate you have raised their heads.
3 They lay crafty plans against your people;
    they consult together against your treasured ones.
4 They say, “Come, let us wipe them out as a nation;
    let the name of Israel be remembered no more!”

The principal of my high school was a holocaust survivor educated in Germany. His message was to keep up with the news and be aware of what is going on around you. He was able to escape before the Holocaust. He lived to be 100. 

This has always been the opinion - that the "Jewish" people were under attack because they were God's people.

God's family consists of children by adoption through the indwelling Holy Spirit (Romans 8 and elsewhere)

I’m sure it is, its to significant in the return of Israel. The world Zionists were preaching return to Israel to the Jews for 40 years before the night of the broken glass in Germany in 1938. Then for, note this, the next 7 years the Jews in Europe and eastern Europe from France to Ukraine and Czechoslovakia suffered probably the worst tribulation of their long history until 1945.

Its not well known but Hitler made a radio broadcast warning the Jews that they had one year to leave Germany. And then all the Jews to the north, note to the north of Jerusalem were subjected to captured and killed on sight.

The scriptures including the book of revelation is written by a Jew to the Jews. Almost all prophesy of the like are from the view of temple in Jerusalem, or at the least Jerusalem itself.

I think the holocaust is a type depiction of the great tribulation to come. So in itself, I think it is prophetic.
