So is it your belief based on that scripture that people are actually born saved? When I read that verse,  it looks to me like God was saying what his destiny was.  Sanctification doesn't only mean salvation.  It can simply be " set apart " as all the prophets were.

The message is that no one goes to Hell because he dies without faith in Jesus, if he was not given the chance to hear the Gospel and decide to believe or not to believe and only if he dies in the denial that Jesus has died for the forgiveness of our sins...which means that he died in his sins.

To go to Hell someone has to die with the denial that Jesus died for the forgiveness of our sins...

That it is not possible for people who have not heard the Gospel of Jesus, because it is not possible to either believe in him or to denied to believe in him.

No one goes to Hell is he dies without faith in Jesus if he was not given the chance to hear the Gospel and believe.

Saying that, I did not say that they will go to Heaven...

What is said, it is that they are not ready to be judged according to their faith or their denial in Jesus...they would have to wait till that can be made possible. Till they are in a position for that to be possible.

Greetings @TrueFollowerOfChrist   Yes, I believe that the Elect are chosen and set apart:

KJV Dictionary Definition: elect

ELECT', v.t. L. electus, from eligo; e or ex and lego; Gr. to choose.

1. Properly, to pick out; to select from among two or more, that which is preferred. Hence,

2. To select or take for an office or employment; to choose from among a number; to select or manifest preference by vote or designation; as, to elect a representative by ballot or viva voce; to elect a president or governor.

3. In theology, to designate, choose or select as an object of mercy or favor.

4. To choose; to prefer; to determine in favor of.

ELECT', a. Chosen, taken by preference from among two or more. Hence,

1. In theology, chosen as the object of mercy; chosen, selected or designated to eternal life; predestinated in the divine counsels.

2. Chosen, but no inaugurated, consecrated or invested with office; as bishop elect; emperor elect; governor or mayor elect. But in the scriptures, and in theology, this word is generally used as a noun.

ELECT', n. One chosen or set apart; applied to Christ.

Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth. Is. 42.

1. Chosen or designated by God to salvation; predestinated to glory as the end, and to sanctification as the means; usually with a plural signification, the elect.

Shall not God avenge his own elect? Luke 18.

If it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Matt.24.

He shall send his angels--and they shall gather his elect from the four winds. Matt.24.

2. Chosen; selected; set apart as a peculiar church and people; applied to the Israelites. Is.45.

The elect in the beginning of the Gospel after the Cross are those who can have their sins forgiveness in Jesus, or by the blood of Jesus.

That it was said to Judge those of the Jews who refused to believe in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins.

Or to warn the  believers not to go back to the Law and seek forgiveness of their sins in the Atonements in the Law.

Then the infamous saying that it was predetermined from the beginning of the world or before the foundation of the world that the Heavenly Father will have children only Justified and sanctified in the blood of Jesus Christ...

A simple reading it says that the Heavenly Father will have children in Heaven only justified and sanctified by the blood of Jesus..having their sins forgiven in the sacrifice of Jesus.

For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies.

Everyone has a choice if they want to follow God's plan for them and their life. This is a problem with abortion. Babies and children before the age of consent go to Heaven. This means if the parents killed their own child, they are going to need to be reconciled with them in Heaven.

Psalm 139:16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

I had a dream about my daughter in Heaven. One of her angels was reading the book of her life, so the angel could help her to become the person God wants her to be.

All of our gifts, talents and abilities are given to us at or before conception. Some say all was determined from the beginning, from the foundation of the world.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
