A good friend compared the Christian life to a journey down a tunnel. God gives us "headlamps" that don't let us see more than we can handle. Also, the world is damaged and people can`t make it through without turning to the Lord. God is not dishing out troubles or hiding troubles but helping us, supporting us as we turn to Him daily. Hi mm, `If we did know? ` It is all there in God`s word wars, rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes, volcanoes, etc etc. The World bank has recently said there are famines and getting worse. The West is in a war with Russia, spending billions on arms but not looking after the homeless, the sick, (hospitals in crisis), the poor, (inflation getting worse), etc etc and of course we needed that war to have some one to blame. It is all there on your TV screen and in our daily lives. Do we trust Satan`s world system that he has sway over? (1 John 5: 19) (of course they`re not telling the truth, for they are of their father the devil, the father of lies). Or do we read God`s warnings in His word and trust Him as we prepare getting extra food, not only for ourselves but to help others as things are quickly progressing to great inflation? Next year the system will be made to collapse and then ID`s and ration cards for food brought in. The black horse, (Rev. 6: 5) is already galloping across the world.
