The horn that rises is still part of the 4th beast, Rome.

The Little Horn and Man of SIN and the Beast (when applied to the AC and not the one-world system in ch. 13 of Rev.) is none other than the dragon who is the devil who is Satan.

I disagree that (The Beast) is Satan, however I personally believe that Satan "a spirit being" will actually inhabit/possess the body of the future human man  (Little Horn/Man Of Sin/The Beast )

The Vatican recognized the State of Palestine in 2013 and signed the Vatican/Iran treaty in 2015.

Yes, the gospel kingdom of salvation is now. It began on Pentecost in 33 AD.

It ends when Jesus comes for the kingdom, Rev 20:9, 1 Cor 15:23-24.

Satan, the dragon Rev 20:2, returns from the abyss at the 5th trumpet, 5th vial, and Rev 20:7. (1929)

The 6th trumpet/vial shows the deception of the kings of the east in the Euphrates region, Iran.

We are past the point where the Roman Vatican beast deceives the kings of the east, that happened in 2013-2015.

Ok, So the dragon of Rev 20:2 is seen being thrown into the abyss for a symbolic one thousand years.

Then he is in the abyss for that time.

After the time is expired, the dragon returns from being in the abyss, to deceive the nations Magog into surrounding Jerusalem restored.
