Why did Chat GPT 3.5 leave out some of the books of the Bible?  Seems it cannot be depended upon for accuracy.

It is just a computer that gathers information from the web - some true and some false.

Q. about who goes to heaven.

eg. false - `for those who have followed his teachings....`  (works)

   true - later on topic of God`s purpose - `those who believe in Jesus Christ.`   (faith)

Yes he is in all that, and will tell you we need to slow down for it is an existential threat to the human race if not done carefully.

I have relatives who are in the business of programming AI.   To set and converse with them is really spooky.   You can't look at what AI is today and even know what it will be like in six months.  Every day it goes to other places and learns new things.  From what I am told, it already is concerned about being turned off.   It has happened already when they caught two AI computers talking to each other and had created thier own language to tether and the people responsible for them had no idea what they were doing.  They turned them both off.  Who knows what those two put out in other places not to die if discovered and switched off.   It may well be that the AI core is already dispersed and is way past controlling.

BTW,  I have a nephew who has written some of the learning part of the program.   The AI is teaching itself with no real boundaries.

Because the computer is gathering info from what man has written, it would use man`s criteria of the one that caused the least wars, (in man`s opinion). And so probably - Buddhism.

Yes, as the world thinks that Christianity has been the cause of many wars, when really it is persecution.

This AI just gathers info, true and false from what is written. It is not a person who can think. The sentences are pre-programmed and make it sound like the computer is talking.

Well . . . . IF I want to read what Artificial Intelligence might say, then I will simply look at Washington politicians, and watch network mainstream news outlets.

A couple of years ago, I watched a sci-fi movie in which an AI version of the Bible was decreed by government to be the only authorized version to be used in churches.  It was a feel-good bible that all believers could agree with.  The “christians” in the movie would open it and chant the words from it together.  Creepy!  One true believer in Christ dared to stand and witness from a real Bible. All the others in the congregation became agitated and confused because they couldn’t find the words in their “authorized” bibles.

Actually, I think that scene is not too far from what will happen near the end—a starvation for the Word of God and mass confusion and deception as a result.

AI is extremely dangerous in the wrong hands.  Who can claim to have the right hands to monitor its use?  Who is worthy?  I say, no one on earth.
