So a woman can not be a Sunday School teacher or if she is in charge of the nursery she can not teach children about the Gospel.

Children and their upbringing is one of the roles God assigned to women when he created them.

I understand that; seems that takes place at home. But a woman can not teach anyone at church right?

No, a woman can, and probably should, be the teachers children at church.

This raises up godly men who can fulfill their role as leaders and teachers of the Word to adults in Church without whom there is no Church.

There used to be a saying that behind every successful man there is a woman.  That means that Men need the Support of Women to fulfill their role as  men and without it they fail.  Likewise for Women, they need the support of Men to successfully fulfill their God assigned role, it's a two way street and one on level ground with both being equally important, even though different, to bring about God's plan for Mankind.

The farther away from this we move, the farther away from God we move.

They shouldn't have authority over the church and teach from t the pulpit,just not scriptural,teaching children is a different story..

It is a women's challenge,  duty, and high privilege, to manage to "push on a rope".

Push on a rope? Yes to accomplish that which honors God while tending to family , house hold and community needs. Those needs all being to honor God in all that is done is like pushing on a rope hoping the far end of that rope will move along what needs moving.

To pick at specifics of what  woman is allowed and not allowed may not be as profitable to men, in general, as will be cherishing their every effort at a most difficult role given each of them by their creator; each woman having been given their own unique ability and skillset.

Can a woman teach a man? Of course she can, -if she learns, and then knows how to apply the knowledge and skill needed to  "push on a rope". She ( wo-man) will do so very successfully. Praise God for  all that do such difficult ministry in the name of our Lord and savior Jesus.

The goal, the need , is not to lead, but for each  to do all that is done to the glory of God, to shine or reflect that light which is our Lord.

If all the sheep scatter this way and that, no leader has purpose and is left to flap in the wind words without useful consequence. It is wo-man, especially as described as the Proverb 31 wo-man, that is the glue that holds their mate, their family, workplaces and community  together. The wo-man is strong because she can lead; leading by example of following God's declared will for each of them individually, most often sacrificing greatly in that cause.

Ha, I just thought yet again of something I knew, experienced,  have and appreciated for  years. Having been an employee of a church and school for  some 14 years, one with 12 elders ( males), 12 deacons (Males), and numerous deaconesses (female); all having their set order within the church body of some many hundreds of people. I  remember that I found through experience that it is the church secretary that has the knowledge and the skill to push on a rope successfully.

 Those female church secretaries know what needs be known and done, including  good counsel on how to do it in the local body. The secretary(s) do so without a bit of leader authority, nor any praise to speak of, yet they do well, doing all to the glory of God in the name of Jesus our lord and savior. They were my strongest asset in the years of my own dealing  with all the facets of church life nearly 24/7  for 14 years as a fellow employee within the ministry that is the local church body.
