I thought as we continue to think of more names and titles of our Lord, that we would need a list of those already posted every now and then.

The Lord Jesus Christ.

Excellent name.

Lord, King, High Priest, Prince,

The last Adam,

Apostle, Teacher,

Shepherd and door of the sheep.

The implications of the meaning of `Amen,` `so be it,` is only fulfilled in Christ as He is the only One that fully comprehended the mind of God, faithfully conformed to the will of God and finally confirmed the Word of God.

The Alpha & Omega  - His Omniscience.

Christ is the whole alphabet, from whom the entire vocabulary for expressing revealed truth is derived. All the treasures of wisdom & knowledge are in Him. (Col.2:3) There is no such thing as knowledge before Him & there cannot be any beyond Him.

Christ, as the Alpha & Omega, is the only way to spiritual secrets, (Rev.2:17) He is the key to unlock the treasures of truth, Himself the interpreter of the invisible, (Rev. 3: 7) & the Door of entrance to eternal enjoyment.    (Ps. 16:11     John 10:9)

The Beginning and the End - His Omnipresence. (Rev. 1: 8)

Christ commenced & will conclude all time periods. He conceived the duration of the ages & will yet crown & consummate the ages to come. Everything is under His control. And no event came before the exercise of His will & none will come after His counsel.

                                                                                                                                             (1 Cor. 15: 28)

In Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; therefore outside of Christ there is no wider, broader, deeper, higher, greater or vaster measure or authority known.

                                                                                                                                               (Col. 2: 9 & 10)

`Which is, was and is to come, the Almighty` - His Omnipotence.  (Rev. 1: 8)

The strength of Christ`s might & majesty transcend all others in ability & authority.  He is the competent & self-sufficient One in His almightiness.

When we pause to ponder His enormous energy, His great power, His awesome strength & might, these qualities with their tremendous potential causes us to tremble. But, when we turn & learn of the blended qualities of goodness, gracious care, glorious love which are lavished so freely, our fears depart for we view His heart.      (Eph. 2: 4 – 8)

So the Amen HAS NOT spoken there?

When he says thus saith the Amen?

Your first post has The LORD JEHOVAH as both shepherd and the good shepherd (Jesus Christ) doesn't it?

Because I think this is pretty cool, it says (as you have it quoted it)

Psalm 23:1 [[A Psalm of David.]] The LORD (JEHOVAH) is my shepherd; I shall not want.

And yet here is the LORD (JEHOVAH) Awakening a sword against the good shepherd Jesus Christ(John 10:14)

Zech 3:7 Awake, O sword, against MY shepherd, and against the man that is MY fellow, saith the LORD (JEHOVAH) of hosts:
smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.

Mark 14:27 And Jesus saith unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written,
I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.

And this is cool, the words of the wise are given from one shepherd is spoken of here

Ecc 12:11 The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd.

And Jesus said his words were given to him of his Father

John 7:18 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

And we know the LORD is his Father

Psalm 110:1 [[A Psalm of David.]] The LORD (JEHOVAH) said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies
thy footstool.

And

Isaiah 53:10 Yet it pleased the LORD (JEHOVAH) to bruise him (Jesus Christ); he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul
an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD (JEHOVAH) shall prosper in his hand.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
