I think we are soooo THERE! The world is so oblivious!

Rememebr that the Lord said in Mat 24:7 All these are the beginning of birth pains.

As we know, the birthing process begins with contractions short, few & far between....and eventually ends with them long, frequent & little time in between.

Look at the world situation just 10 years ago, as opposed to now! Pains are more frequent! Wars & rumors of wars more frequent....pestelances....earthquakes (why, just last week, there was an 8. mag quake in japan...the next day a 7.8 mag in Taiwan...and the following day after that an 8.5 in Syberia!)...

Lk 21:36

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. (KJV)

According to some this refers to the rapture of the church, who if they are counted worthy, will escape (by the rapture) all these thing that shall come to pass as described in Luke 21. If this is true, then the earthquakes, famines, wars & rumors of wars, etc can't happen until the church is raptured. But what do we find?

Lk 21:8-9

8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. (KJV)

Mt 24:4-8

4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. (KJV)

It would appear from observation that Lk 21:36 is not referring to a rapture but safety in flight as the Greek word ekpheugo shows.

Meaning: 1) to flee out of, flee away 1a) to seek safety in flight 1b) to escape

Usage: AV - escape 5, flee 2; 7

I would like to share some Hopi understanding with you of something given by Jthreesixteen, and LA Stull in this thread.

Jthreesixteen has given Matthew 24:7-- "...All these are the beginning of birth pains..."

The translations that give these final words as "birth pains," or "birth pangs" give the meaning as it is known to the Hopi. But, this is not figurative. It is a literal description of something special that is going on deep within our Mother Earth, something which is a natural part of God's cycles of life which occurs at its appointed times. These times come at the end of each so called "World," or stage in Creator's ongoing plan for the perfecting of life in Heaven-Fifth World. These times that have come in the past are only dimly remembered in legend, and ancient records, as well as given through those appointed by God to prophesy.

The Earth is in Her birth pangs, and as they intensify there will be increasing troubles with worsening climate, weather, and other geological disturbances, all due to what is transpiring deep within the Earth. At the time of the Earth's worsening birth pangs, mankind will face very important choices that will effect all our futures. Besides living faithfully for Christ (Masau) as He has given, believing in Him, we will also face choices to leave our Earth (which we must never do), and to escape the trials of those times by means of a new discovery. To use this new discovery is to transgress a law of God. This discovery, and its setting up for use, is what is referred to as "the abomination that maketh desolate"-- to use it will truly make our Earth desolate, leading those who use it to ruin. The Hopi have kept that knowledge to themselves, for they have known that those who cause wars and bloodshed, rather then living together peacefully as brothers and sisters as we are meant to do, are not ready for such knowledge. But soon it will be discovered and set up. I can say now that it will be found that Time is Direction.

We must not seek to escape our trials, our Earth's natural birth pangs, but endure with Her faithfully unto the Fifth World, receiving all the promises God has long given to us.

Neither must we ever abandon our Earth, for it is only with Her that we can reach Heaven. You might ask why we would leave our world. When the Earth is in Her heaviest birth pangs, many will be very fearful and confused. At that time there will be those the Hopi know as the qalolma or bad katsinam, known by many other names by the peoples and religions of the world. They will seek to use the fear and confusion of the times to ensnare as many as possible away with them for their own needs-- they need us, we do not need them! They are ungodly, and capable of saying or doing anything to lure people away with them. Those who go with them face a terrible fate, and will lose God's great gift awaiting them with the Earth in the Fifth and forever World, where we receive our perfected, imperishable life.

All of the signs given in Luke 21 speak of what occurs at the end of our Mother Earth's birth pangs, just before She becomes the New Heaven, which includes Luke 21:35, which warns of the snare we will all face, as I have shared above:

"...For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth..."

I am here as your brother, and hope that you will pray sincerely upon the words I have shared with you, even as JA Stull gave it in Luke 21:36: "....Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man..."

Joel, I hope that you will visit here again, I , for one, am very interested in what you have to say. I am so excited to see the indigenous nations proclaiming Christ. So many of the tribal peoples recognize Him and honor Him in their traditions. Every tribe and tongue and people and nation......

In my last post I spoke to you as a Hopi, greeting you in the traditional Hopi way; now I will speak to you as Joel, who is also an Hopi, and your brother.

My Hopi father was an elder and holy man, keeper of the most sacred knowledge held by his people, originally given to them by Masau. I spent the last two years of my Hopi father's life sharing sacred knowledge, as his dreams and visions, and the prophetic signs now around us in the world, told him to do. He died past age 100, not uncommon for traditional Hopi.

To me, with the knowledge I have as a Hopi, these quotes have great meaning. They speak to me of Creator's plan to bring life to its perfected state as Sons of God in Heaven. All of Creation is seen in dynamic movement, filled with this great purpose, groaning and laboring toward revealing-making sons of God. To the Hopi, as aalso given by the signs in the Judeo-Christian bible, we are very near to this completion. But, we can only accomplish this by remaining and enduring with our God given Mother Earth. And, as I shared in my previous post, there will be temptations-dangers to us before we can reach Heaven, as known to the Hopi, and others. Those who are His sheep will receive warnings and guidance, even as I now share these matters with you, preparing you for what will come.

If you would like me to speak of these matters in this thread, or another room, where they would probably be more appropriate, let me know, rather than answering your pm with another pm. I am happy to speak of these matters in any way that you think is best. I do not wish to disturb the peace of this or any other room, yet it is important that these things be shared with you for your consideration. I will do my best to answer the biblical quotes that are given, as I know that this is way of test for those who visit this website.

I would add that I have continued sharing these sacred matters following my Hopi father's death, on many message boards, and in local talks, but this is the first time that I have come to a Christian board. I felt drawn to visit a Christian Message Board, and did a search which led me here.
