One last thing about Trump [not negative or bashing]. I hope you feel led to pray.

Donald Trump is on my prayer list.  He has been for a while.  So is Biden and Harris.  Also for a while.  I include their families when I pray.  Now Vance and his family are written down on my prayer list.

[Oh, and I have people HERE on my list]

Mostly I pray that they will gain, through God, "eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts/minds to understand the gospel truth".

I cannot judge whether someone is saved or not.  All I can do is to say I do or I do not see evidence of it.

Here is something that former President Trump said this week about heaven.  I saw it myself.  He was being interviewed with Laura Ingrahm on Fox News.

He was saying how important religion is.

She said, "Do you believe in heaven?"  He said, "I do!  And if I am good, I will go to heaven and if I am bad, I will go to the other place."  Those were his exact words a few days ago.

I don't bash him for that.  He truly doesn't have an understanding.

In 2016, and I only tell you this so that you will pray for the man who is more than likely going to be president again, in 2016, he was asked if he prayed for forgiveness.  He said, "No, I don't.  I try to make up for my wrong things by doing good things.  And I drink my little juice and eat my little cracker and that's sort of like asking for forgiveness".   I've seen the video.  Granted, that was 8 years ago and people can change, but with this week's statement about how you get to heaven, I am still burdened about this.

Will you please pray for Donald Trump to have "eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart/mind to understand the truth of the gospel"?

What would happen for our country and world if that man actually understood and responded to the gospel?  Again, I cannot judge his salvation or lack thereof.

And, it's not for us to do so.  Throughout the Bible, God used many people of varying levels of faith for His purposes.  But, yes, we should pray for him and our country.  I don't think we'll last much longer the way things are going now, whether our demise comes from internally or externally.  We need a strong hand leading us.

Yes, most certainly, we are to pray for our nation and leaders so we can lead peaceful lives.

1 Timothy 2:2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

As far as one voting their conscience and morals in elections, pay particular attention:

Romans 13:1-7 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. 6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. 7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

I have no doubt Trump is an American patriot who wants what is best for America and its people. As I have constantly harped on, we are not electing clergy but a strong leader who has at least some scruples by the process of a Constitutional Republic and the candidates placed before us. We vote for less evil, the candidate that BEST represents our Christian morals and values.

The Democratic party has no scruples: Motivation deriving logically from ethical or moral principles that govern a person's thoughts and actions.

Matthew 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

In context, the above references false prophets in sheep's clothing to disguise the fact that they are ravaging wolves masquerading as true disciples. Not secular kings, leaders, or presidents.

As we all know, only God and Trump know if he has saving faith in Jesus Christ. I think Trump has heard the Gospel message during his life and from some of those he surrounds himself with, and most likely Franklin Graham.

By his words and actions, at the very least, it appears he is not an enemy of the Cross.

Romans 10:9-11 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

This is a very common argument these days, and I've come to the place that I see it more clearly.  Neither candidate has the character and depth I'd like to see,  but the choice is between a hard turn to the left and a turn to the right (sorry @Neighbor, but that's really the bonefide choices).

It's unfortunate that in the aftermath of the election (and I hope it is quite decisive this time with no room for "They stole the election!"), half the country will be pretty daggone disappointed and upset.  And I hope it doesn't all go "south" in a violent way . . .

But regardless of the outcome, right or left, there will still be more opportunities to testify of Christ!

Hi,  The Bonafided choice. Love it, reminds me of the lines from "Oh Brother Where Art You."

https://www.youtube dot com/watch?v=OouuZzqaQbU Change the dot to a . in order to view "He's bonafided"

Seems to me Mordecai refused to choose (from) that which was then what was bonafided.  I will too today. For what do I have to do with that which is of and put forth from belial?

Reminds me of Kamali’s go-to phrase, ‘What could be, unburdened by what has been’ or something like that.

Hi and thank you for this and amen praying for them and on and on everyone else. We do tend to judge others when it comes to knowing Christ based on something said or done. In this case its wise not to. He knows Jesus Christ as lord. Each one of us are trying to do the best we can and there is always someone out there  (not you :) ) telling us its not good enough like "if you really believed in Jesus you would not talk like that or do this"  blah blah blah. To run for president, to be president.. the demonic forces all around that.. we never face this in our daily lives. Look what has been happening to him going back to just 2015. He would not still be standing if it were not for Christ and he knows this.

Now if we truly know something about President Trump we would know when it comes to personal things? Yeah he never just talks and talks about it. Anyway....

"What at this point difference does it make?" My all time favorite from H. Rodham-Clinton.

Actually it is John MacArthur that taught me the wisdom he applied of not mixing into debate with those that invite one to debate that which is all of Belial. He concluded with "For what do I have to do with Belial?"

Trump is of Belial. Harris is of Belial. What they each state is of Belial. I have no need, nor desire, to engage in assessing Satan's minions over whom between them is best of the worst of mankind.

It is indeed like the old Pysch 101 question, an example of futility and false choices; If you had to kill one or the other of your parents which one would you choose to kill? To even make a potential choice provides a reveal of the insanity of the proposition.

Trump or Harris?  Stop the Insanity!  Do not play the duopoly's  game.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
