Republicans just can't rule- It is not in their genetic make up!

Well, I don't like his attitude, it certainly does come across as nasty, and oftentimes, his bias against trump blinds him to the facts.

However, he's not wrong here. The Republican parties biggest problem, and it has been for some time, is it's lack of unity. Their infighting, made worse by all the RINOs amongst their midst, makes it difficult to accomplish even simple tasks. And this isn't anything new, their lack of unity was likely a big factor in why Romney lost to Obama.

If the Republican party wants to actually accomplish anything this next 4 years they're going to have to unify, and they're going to have to unify under Trump, like it or not, or they're going to lose it all come mid terms when the people who voted them in figure out they're acting more like Democrats them the conservatives they wanted.

And the downside is, if that happens, it won't be Republicans that get voted in but Democrats, turning Congress blue again.

Interesting commentary in that I don't remember calling  anyone here nasty  for having opinions and outlooks different from my own. I do not  make personal attacks on members here. I do  share of a view that is often a minority view, least is  amongst the Trump loyalists on  WCF as of today.

HOWEVER only 38 Republicans elected by  USA voters, went with the latest Musk -Trump financial plan for this country. More Republicans agreed with the Democrats than with  Musk-Trump.

This is going to be interesting to say the least.  What a contrast in perceptions. The world leaders lining up to kiss  Musk-Trump's ring, thinking he is the power the man that will lead them out of the wilderness. Meantime he is shot down  by his own political party at home in the USA.

Looks like Trump's  strategy of trying to be president before he is in office has given all the so called RINOs a clean shot at politically decapitating him before he takes  office. If so the Republicans, the stupid party as  Senator Simpson used to call  us, will engage in a circular firing squad.

Going to be an interesting day, a Friday of uncertainty, going into a weekend. The financial markets could be in quite the tizzy. Though I sure hope it is not the case I expect it to be just that. The Republicans snatching defeat from the jaws of victory yet again. Seems it is what we are good at.

" The markets hate uncertainty" Could things be more uncertain than they are  ending up looking like going into a weekend? And it isn't even day one yet.

I never said you did, I said you have been nasty towards others. For example, what you just did in intentionally misquoting me.

Democrats and Republicans are two wings of the same corrupt bird.

Or two heads of the same hydra.

The wing/hydra Republican party is the controlled opposition.

Once in a while there will be Republicans who aren't compromised and try to actually do what they were elected to do.

But for the most part, they are all talk and no action. 

It is by design.
