What kind of weapons can be used as farming tools?

Or are the verses symbolic and if so, of what?

Yes, but when does this event of transforming weapons of war into agricultural tools  happen.  Can't be in the New Heaven or on the New Earth, for everything is new, old things are gone.  Must be during the 1000 reign of Christ here on earth.  When rain comes, crops flourish;  When rain is denied, crops fail. The time is now in/for every indivdual, because it is a reality played out in us ... the (your mouth/tongue/words) sword and plowshare is where you are at in the process of the Son being revealed in you, as you ... there is a gathering and scattering in every senario that plays out in the Bible (God's day begins in the night); the wilderness depicts the choose you this day as does rain, no rain, and assoicates itself with the view from the holy place (whether this view is from a rest unto death, or a rest unto life (which is a truth walked out).

A bit odd.

Zech 14:16-19 says:  Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the Lord God Almighty, and to celebrated the Feast of Tabernacles.  If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, they will have no rain.  If the Egyptian people do not go up and take part, they will have no rain. The Lord will bring on them the plague he inflicts on the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles.  This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all nations that do not go up to worship the Feast of Tabernacles.

Did you even read the passage?

I am not agreeable because you did not stay in the same context.

The context is the follow. They came over to war with the Christ of God and his people and along the way at some time there after they turned their weapons into tools to work the fields . And they joined the people who came to fight in their work in the field of Jesus Christ.

Who are you Lord. It's me, It's

In other words they were introduced to the Gospel from the people they came to fight against and at some time later they became their co-workers in the field of the Gospel.

Nothing to do with my quote.

Please read the passage in question. Isa. 2: 4 - He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many people'sThey will beat their swords into plowshears, and their spears into pruning hooks.  Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.

It is about war between nations, when the war ends, what do they do with their swords and spears?  It becomes a time of peace on earth.  Even the animals follow; no more aggressive activity.  Isa 11:6-9 - the wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the cow will feed with the bear.....

Zechariah 14:16 Who Will Be Left Of The Nations?

You will closely note, Zechariah 14:16 & Isaiah 4:3-4 are "Parallel" readings of the same event, as Isaiah gives a clear account of those who are left, those who are found in the book of life, the final judgement has passed, eternity has begun "After" The Day Of The Lord

You will closely note in Isaiah 4:4 below, Jerusalem will be purged by the spirit of (Judgement) & (Burning)

Zechariah 14:12KJV

12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

Only The Righteous Are Left, The Book Of Life "Was" Opened (Every One That Is Written Among The Living)

Zechariah 14:16KJV

16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Isaiah 4:3-4KJV

3 And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem:

4 When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.

Revelation 21:24-27KJV

24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Isaiah Chapters 11 & 65 Is The Eternal Kingdom, The New Heaven And Earth, Not A Millennial Kingdom On This Earth As Claimed

Isaiah Chapters 11 & 65 Is The Very Same Place, The Eternal Kingdom, In The New Heaven And Earth, Don't Be Deceived By Claims This Represents A Millennial Kingdom On This Earth

Same Wolf & Lamb Together, And Lion Eating Straw Like The Bullock/Ox, In The Eternal Kingdom, In The New Heaven And Earth

(For, Behold, I Create New Heavens And A New Earth)

Isaiah 65:17-18 & 25KJV

17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.

25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.

Isaiah 11:6-7KJV

6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.

7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.

It says that "He will Judge amongs the Nations".

When the prophet said that the Lord did not Judge amongs the Nations.

He was the Lord of the Jews and he was judging the Nation of Israel. He was the Lord and God of the Jews only.

It is not about their time in the Sinai Covenant. In the Sinai Covenant He was the Lord and God of the Jews only. And He sat in Judgement of the Jews only, his people only year after year according to the terms of their Covenant with him.

According to their religious Calendar and their obedience to the Law and the book of Leviticus regarding clean and unclean.

The prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 2:4 and Micah in 4:2 described those events taken place in the New Covenant.

When they spoke those words every make born in the Nation of Israel and the sourounding nations was train in the arts of War from very young age. They were all soldiers.  Are we not living in the time of Micah 4:3.

In the time the prophetic was written there were wars continuely. The men were born to be soldiers all of them. They were trained from very young to fight for their existence.

But we are not in their position for quite some time.

As we grow up we are given books and we learn trades. We given the tools to make a living and we live our lives in peace without a war. We do not know how to fight a war. And Jesus Christ is the judge of All. This you cannot deny?

4:3 He will judge between many peoples
and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide.
They will beat their swords into plowshares
and their spears into pruning hooks.
Nation will not take up sword against nation,
nor will they train for war anymore.

These passages like any other must be taken in the light of the whole of scripture and with the understanding that God's word is spirit, and when cast down becomes a serpent (sensual/devilish).

I would ask firstly why only the feast of tabernacles ... there are three feasts one is called up to every year ... are the other two feasts done away with or are they no longer important to God ... Is the law of Moses now something that the gentiles now need to keep and bring sacrifices for ... as you know if you keep one your debtor to the whole ...

Spiritually what do the feasts depict of the process of a seed in the form of a son that has been planted in us ...

"and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite (a cursed son) in the house of the LORD of hosts."

That's what Scripture says.  No other interpretation needed.  They must travel to Jerusalem.  They Must observe the Feast of Tabernacles, or no rain form them.  It is not the Law of Moses; it is the command of the King, the Lord God Almighty.

The Law of Moses was for Jews, those of Israel.  This is for the Gentile nations.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
