Why can't you take the poster at his word? Who has the right to demand evidence here in order to "review"?

Prophecies are given for a reason. If a prophecy is given, and then circumstances change, the prophecy will not come to pass. If a prophecy is given, and great amonts of intercessory prayer go up, or people repent; then it will not come to pass. This is Biblical. That is why Jonah was so mad that the people of Ninevah repented. When they repented, it turned God's wrath. It made Jonah look like a false prophet.

Jonah was mad the people of Ninevah repented because Ninevah was the capital of Assyria, Israel's enemy.

That is what the Sunday School Bible stories say. I think if you will re-read the book, you will come to the conclusion that He was mad because his prophecy did not come true. It made him look like a false prophet.

Even if this was a correct interpretation, which I don't believe it is...(aids is decay, not purging, for one thing), there are still other prophecies which have NOT come true

There was supposed to be a peace treaty with Syria and Israel, but the guy died too soon...and don't tell me God didn't know the guy was dying. In this clip Hinn repeatedly said he was prophecying and not preaching (or analysing things).

Hinn also forecasted, via prophetic dream, massive calamity on the US and the world in the year 2000 and only those who are believers and who give will be spared.

Jesus was supposed to appear on Benny Hinn's stage on a crusade in Kenya, but He didn't.

Hinn is also a false teacher.

Jesus Christ knew the only way he would stop Satan is by becoming one in nature with him. What did you say? What blasphemy is this? No, you hear this! He did not take my sin, he became my sin! Sin is the nature of hell. Sin is what made Satan. Jesus said I'll be sin, I'll go to the lowest place. I'll go to the origin of it! I won't just take part of it, I'll be the totality of it. When Jesus became sin, sir, he took it from A-Z, and said "no more." Think about this. He became flesh that flesh might become like him. He became death so dying man can live. He became sin so sinners can be righteous in him. He became one with the nature of Satan so all those who have the nature of Satan can partake of the nature of God. Heresy...Anything that changes the nature of God, the nature of man, or the nature of salvation is heresy. Titus 3:10 tells us to reject heretics.

Hinn cannot claim ignorance, he was confronted on more than one occasion. One rather public confrontation in Christianity Today had him recanting the teachings in his book, However, less than a month later he was on TBN saying the same things and threatening judgement and damnation on "heresy hunters" everywhere. His book "good morning holy spirit" has been revised since he was confronted with his heresies and he did not correct them in that book. None of his tapes have been pulled and he still says the same old stuff.

LadyRaven, the more the evidence piles up the more Hinn's confused supporters go into denial. It is as though they have completely lost any ability to discern the truth. They simply explain away his frauds. No reasonable person could possibly come to any conclusion other than Benny Hinn is a fraud, an embezzler, a heretic and a false prophet.

It is? What about those who have did nothing and still got it? I've been nothing but faithful in my marriage, but yet my wife has not been. If I were to come up with AIDS from something she has did, is that somehow judgement on me?

Unfortunately, when sin arises It also affects innocent people as well. Aids is not a profound in the Lesbian community as it is in the Male gay community. It still exists and is taking a toll on the lesbian community.

If it's affecting others, then it's not God's judgement on a group of people. That would be like saying that if the people of Nineveh didn't repent at the preaching of Jonah, God also punishing Israel for something that Nineveh did!
