I see very distinct revelation of God being pleased with what mankind chooses.

How one can accept parts of Calvinism and not the others is beyond me!

I really don't see any resemblence of Calvinism posted here. What I do see however, is the outward manifestation of incomplete doctrinal teachings by pastors. Which is void of a full understanding of repentance and the Power of the Lord Jesus Christ dwelling "within us", and what the Power accomplishes in the matter of sin.

It has to do with the false teachings that deny Christ coming "in the flesh".

Yea, I was talking about eternal security.

If one really studies Calvinism, they will find it to be a complete and orginazied form of systematic theology--fully complamentary within itself. The same can be said for Armenianism (I REALLY can't spell, huh?)...it is complete and non-contradictory.

Each point of Calvinism is dependant on the others being equally as true so that there is no holes or contradictions. If you take out one point (letter), the rest crumbles (some call it the 'domino effect theology').

But there are a whole lot of people that hold to a few points of Calvinism and a few points of Armenism (my spelling is getting worse--I can't even spell it incorrect the same way twice! ).

But like I said, in order to believe in eternal security, logically (if taken to its logical conclusion) one must believe in all 5 points of Calvinism. But most people are not too willing to accept this.

I have no idea! I just think that none of us should follow the teachings of a man (or an institution), but should follow Jesus and His Word.

That's right. Strangely most Arminians have no idea who the guy was or even how to spell his name. ( I just learned.) What about Calvinists?
