Scripture is clear, that God puts in office who He wants. This is not a favor based on deserving merit but Divine purpose. He will allow people in power not for righteousness but tension to bring about righteousness in his people. But Scripture also says that we are to pray for those in power. At the moment the next man or woman is elected and takes the oath of office will you pray for or against the new president? It could be Hillary you know?

It is a possibility and if Hillary is elected we should be prepared for same very hard times. Because she wants to do away with our support for Israel and give it to the enemies of Israel and we all know what the bible says about the nations who support Israel and those that don't.

As someone pointed out, believers have responsibility to our nation - "2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

I voted for Bush but I think that any leader who tries to cause Israel to give away land is making a very bad mistake in the eyes of God because the land belongs to God and Israel is supposed to have that land. In the end the borders of Israel will extend from where the country is to day all the way to the Euphrates river. And the land will no longer be desert but lush and green and healed.
