I don't know about in America, but in Britain, teachers are expected to be perfect ... anything less is just not good enough! That puts a lot of pressure on individual teachers and the teaching profession as a whole!

No, but I do feel like I could murder a client or two. Does that count? I'm thinking of designing voodoo dolls for that very purpose; murder from a distance, you know? One jab of a safety pin, and! I can be so evil.

my poor mother has one of the worst jobs in the universe! she works in customer service-need i say more? but what's worse, is that corporate are idiots, really and truly. they have no idea what it takes to do that job and only make it harder on the hundreds of employees there, and i'm sure the hundreds of thousands who work for them all over the country.

as for me, well, we won't get into what i do...

in my job, i get monitored frequently on my phone calls. the frustrating thing is that they only seem to choose the ones in which i leave out 1 little technical point and completely ignore the more than a few that flowed perfectly. aaargh!! they are out to make sure i miss a perfect 100 !! (for some reason, every call is not perfect - oh well, i guess it's just me )

sorry about adding some additional whining, but now they have added another requirement to the calls. now i must suggest an accessory, perhaps a handbag or some matching jewelry!! good thing i like the items we sell.

I used to feel like I "suck" at life in general until I realized just how much God loved me and has plans to prosper me, give me hope and a future (Jer. 29:11-13), that I am here to serve God. Every day, I thank God for the day when I wake up and ask Him to show me how I can be of maximum service to other people. It's the little things sis!

Job.......I don't actually have a job right now. I have been working though. Spent the last 2 days plowing through page after page of literary agents to publish my book. Looked into a writer's conference a little while ago and a little thing called moola might keep me from doing the thing I really love. I just keep pluggin away and praying that God opens doors. This is only my second day of diligently seeking an agent. Can you imagine how I'm going to act when it's 998 and no positive feedback
