Hi everyone this is my first post on this board. I have lost my zeal for being here on earth. Don't worry this isn't a suicide post. I am just saying that I can't wait to be with my father in heaven. On my job a while back we were discussing if we were ready to go and I said I was ready to go yesterday.

More and more everyday I find myself wishing I could just be in heaven already. This earth has nothing I want to stick around for. Truth is if I wasn't a christian and knew the consequences I would have removed myself from this earth a long time ago.

God made this wonderful beautiful planet filled with daily natural miracles and the people he on this earth just make it all into a living hell. Adam was meant to take care of this planet not make it a rotten ball twirling in the heavens.

I know lots of people say there are still so many things I want to do, I am not ready to go yet. There are things I would still like to do as well but I would give it all up in a second if I was given the option of staying here to be able to fufill all my dreams or go to heaven right now.

Why can't he Jesus just come back now so this earth can be restored to what it was meant to be, so that I can be in heaven were nothing will be negative. Heaven my hearts true desire. :a: Earth Blah!!

Tulip,

I completely understand! By the way, Welcome to WB! If I could go now... no hesitation baby - I would be gone!

However, no matter how much I would like it to be now... the rapture, think of how many might not be included. If it was put off maybe one more day, one more person could come to know Jesus and be included in our family.

I know the time we spend here is at times extreamly painful and quite unpleasent... but Jesus suffered much more then us for even just that one last person. (I say this to even encourage myself... not just you sweet sister)

Sometimes, I ache inside just longing to go home. To just cuddle up in Jesus' arms and know that I am finally home safe and sound with my first love. That day will be a great one!

I also long to see/meet all of my brothers and sisters, where there are no hinderances of our flesh to get in the way.

Chin up sweet sis - your not alone! Maybe we can race on the way up... hehehe!

I will meet you there!

YSIC,

Alison

Tulip,

Nice to meet ya!!!! :P And welcome to Worthy!

I think that longing that you're feeling inside of wanting Jesus to come back is something that a lot of us Christians are feeling nowadays. I really believe that it won't be that much longer before our Lord Jesus will come back and get his kids.

There are so many prophecies of the last days that have been fulfilled, that He could come anytime.

I myself want the Lord to come too, because of how awful this world is. Like you said God created a beautiful world for us, but it has become like the pits of hell here now. Today was especially hard on so many people because of the execution of that innocent soldier and that may be one of the reasons that you're feeling this way, I don't know, but I do know that incident affected me terribly as it did many others and made me wish Jesus would come and get us too.

Just remember what Jesus said, "when you see all these things come to pass, look up for your redemption draweth nigh". So it won't be long til he'll come and take us out of this world and out of the mess this world has made.

I know what you're saying and I know how you feel. As the time for our Lord's return gets closer, there will be more and more Christians wanting and even praying for his return. I see that happening with many of my Brother's and Sister's in Christ, so we can rest assured that He will return soon.

Just keep praying and I'll pray for you too, that God will help you with these feelings and that he'll give you peace, where it is needed and comfort and help you to face each new day, with the world like it is now.

Til He comes, take comfort in knowing that Jesus cares and just cast all your cares on Him.

With Jesus Love,

Kitkat

Tulip: I'm with you...and the Apostle Paul indicated he felt torn between being with the Lord and staying behind because of the church(es) he'd established and the love he had for the brethren.

It's hard...but you're right. We don't get a choice. I want to go, too. I feel discouraged when I see the garbage going on here...it's getting worse and worse and the sadness of it is, those who know the Lord are keenly aware of what "time it is"...

The time is drawing near...so near. Hang in there...there's plenty here that sympathize with you.

We were created to be with our Father in heaven forever...so our longing for Him is only natural.

Hi and welcome Tulip!!! :il:

I, like you and many others, wish we could go home right now. What a glorious day that will be. The good news Tulip is that it "could" be today. Look around and see that the signs Jesus gave us to look for are all around us in full blossom. We are in the season. It is close I really believe. Very close!

This world is not my home, I'm just passin' through.

Come soon Lord Jesus, come soon!!!!!!!!!!!

In His Love,

Bro John

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
