End time deception by Dan Brown

I was in the prayer and God told me to read the book The Da Vinci Code authored by Dan Brown and watch the film The Da Vinci Code, directed by Ron Howard. When I read the book and watched the film I realise how Dan Brown's book is not only a novel, but also a messenger of end days deception. The results of my study I present in this writing.

The Da Vinci Code is a fantastic novel and I loved it; it is, however, just a novel. It's fiction and is put forth as such. It's not an attempt by Dan Brown to influence religion or anything else. It's just fiction.

I agree with MorningGlory here it is just a book. I liked the movie better than the book. It could be true that some may read the book or watch the movie and think there are truths there. But as people who read and study God's word we should be able to see the through all the crap and for those that don't the disclaimer put forth that the book is ficition should be enough. As far as the under tones of the movie with conspriacy theories, goddess worship and all that well it just strengthens my faith in God. After all if someone is going to go to all the trouble trying to make a parallel story rearrange things or something along those lines they must be trying to hide something or change someones perception.

Even the History channel has done some specials "ripping" the book and movie, and oddly enough, I remember the star Tom Hanks issuing a statement as the controversy was coming to head before the release, saying the there was a lot of "hooey" in the movie......the same one he should have been promoting.

Reminded me of the old imagery of a politician being run out of town so gets in front to make it look like a parade that he's leading.
