Child Sexual Abuse...

I forgive all things described above done to me...

However, I hate myself due to a condition of being in sexual trauma. If I hate myself and don't forgive myself, does that = Hell for me?

Hell is reserved for those who refuse God's free gift of salvation, and would rather pay for their sins themselves. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Saviour and want to make Him Lord of your life, then you have a home with Jesus--no matter what trials you are going through. We are all damaged goods, Amaan! But Jesus and His extreme love and compassion raises us out of that pit of despair and up onto the solid rock, the high ground of the Kingdom of God! It is a life for overcoming, and Jesus gives us the strength and fortitude to overcome!

There is no need to turn your traumatic experiences against yourself in self-loathing. Knowing Jesus will help you view your situation with His perfectly right perspective. You will discover just who you really are in Christ! Seek Him, press into Him by reading His Word and find Him faithful!

Blessings! :24:

Not at all.

Some things take more time to heal then others.

No, i don't believe so, not if you are truly a child of God. But I want to ask you to ask God to help you in self forgiveness. Ask me I know. I was molested as a child up to teenage stage and couldn't forgive. Firstly I asked God to help me forgive those who sinned against me and when He did help me with that, He helped me to forgive myself. There is alot of other placed God had to help me with self forgiveness...a LOT of bad things. And believe me, He did. It took a very long time to get to that point, but it did.

Everytime I got the sick feeling of hate for myself, I tell satan to take it and buzz off, cause God forgave me, so who am I not to forgive myself.

Im sorry to hear about your abused past.

Have you had counseling for your trauma? It will help you.

Pray and ask Him to help you heal, to help you get past the hate and see yourself as He sees you. To love yourself. You may have to make this a daily prayer and it may take time. The hurts run very deep.

high

i have been were you are at and i can tell you no you will not go to hell

god will walk you threw this amaan and he wil put the right people around you to help you

have you tried christian counsling dont go to a secular counsler christian counsling is more better and the counsler will help you and guide you and it stays confident nothing goes out the door to the people the christian counsler knows

i am a 40 yr old male i am nearly 41 yrs old and at the age of 37 i was finaley able to forgive my own father amaan it was not easy it was hard i had a lot of trust issues i found it hard to trust authority figures and i could not trust a male i had more female freinds then i had male friends and for a man it was hard to seek the right help as i thought no man goes threw this and as a man it was shame on my part amaan i was

doing an emmause walk he died at the age of 51 were i wanted to face him forgive him and try to rebuild the relation ship that i never had with him i never got the chance to do this instead i wil be sitting on his grave when i come back from the philippines on the 7th of jan 2009 telling him that i forgive him i had no contac with my father from the age of 14yrs old

give it time pray for the right person amaan and dont tell those around you in your church no one needs to know its between you and god we have what you call gossipers amaan

we are human beings amaan and part of our flaw we love to gossip i am not comming down on the body of christ i had this happen to me and i had to rebuke the person were things were said in confidence it was going around the church and i dont know how much off it went into the community i had to come before god and i had to seek his guidance first before i confronted this person i thought i could trust

let the guilt go let the shame go and what ever is going on in your own thoughts let god heal you if you can amaan he knows what has been done to you he sees everything from above he is not a silley old man he sees what goes on from above

this is something you wil have to decide i cant force you to do this you are your own person

for me when i finaly let everything go it was like a weight that was lifted off me from the age of 7 to the age of 37 i hated my father i wished nothing but trouble over his life i wanted him dead amaan when the holy spirit would bring this to the surface for me to deal with and hand over to god i would block his convictions i would avoid discussing this with my own pastor and the people god had put in my path

my relation ship with women suffered the ones i had fallen for the relationships never really lasted long i could not love a women the way she should be loved amaan i could not open up to the women i had allowed into my life all i wanted was one thing and at times i could see my old man comming out in me i found it even hard to love my own child amaan i would push him towards his own mother i would never shower him even when i was asked to change his nappy and put clean clothes on him i struggled i had to call out to my first wife were our son started to ask questions when he would shower or bath with his mother i could not respond to his questions i refused to bath or shower with my own child

so i know were you are comming from and what you wil be dealing with and what will be going threw your thoughts dont beat your self up or feel bad for the questions going threw your own head

only you are the one who decides amaan and god will walk you threw this he wil not force him self on you or wil he throw what happend to you back at you right now he stands knocking and it is up to you if you open the door amaan and let him help you

also forgive your self you are not to blame even though this is eating at you forgive your self

God bless from damo :emot-hug:

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
