  1. Tattooed By Your Blood 4/23/17 Sunday 10:03am-10:58am Turning left to right, Each day and each night, I know why I fight, For you’ve shown me your light, For you’ve given me life. My spirit has lifetime insurance, It’s given me a reason to dance, It’s a never ending abundance, A never ending life that still comes to overflood, For that night, I was tattooed by your blood. My spirit will never face death, No, not again, One day, I will take my last breath, Though I don’t know when, It’s your love and life that I’ll have left. Though each day my flesh shows it’s ways, And each day demons remind me of my worst days, I remember that after I was tattooed by your blood, I am a new creature and forgiven by your grace, For me you gave up your life & washed all my sins away. No matter how much blood I shed, It’s not like the blood you have shed. For my body may lose it’s life, But yours has brought me to life from death. For when I was tattooed by your blood that night, For when I was brought up from darkness to light, My heart has completely transformed, And now my spirit is reborn! It’s a miracle only you can perform!! I’m thankful that you’ve shown me eternal grace, I’m so glad that one day I may see your face. For something so priceless and grand, It will be a privilege to hold your hand. I could spend all my life thanking you forever, For a life with you cannot get any better. It’s sad to see the world doesn’t know you, It’s sad to see how much they need you, too. It’s sad to see they don’t know it’s you they need, It’s sad to see they refuse you for their own greed. I’m glad to see there’s at least a few you will save, I’m glad to know it’s not based on how we behave. I’m glad to see how you have changed who we are, I’m glad to know you take the deepest place in my heart. I hope others will understand it’s you they need, And the reason that day your body would bleed. I could see after you gave me a tattoo and covered my eyes with mud, And the same for them, they just need the same exact tattoo by your blood. I understand all this because… That is the way I once was, Before I was tattooed by your blood.
  2. It's not possible to believe in nothing. To say if I claim that I believe in nothing, then I am claiming that I believe in my belief of believing nothing- therefore, I actually am believing something. We all must believe either a lie or truth. The only way to stop that is to keep your brain from being active to even realize you exist. Like passing out from a seizure or being in a coma. But it's funny, because Atheists do believe in something, even if they are claiming they don't believe anything. That's believing that you believe nothing, heh, which contradicts itself.
  3. just asking, because people told me they believe in these few basic views. Not everyone views God's love the same. I'm curious what people mostly believe here. Some said yes and no just here on this site on other forums, and they were spread out, so i was wondering if the majority or not believes God loves all or just certain people. Of course not all these answers are correct, but some believe the false answers.
  4. I think I will mostly get yes answers for this question, but I did get a no just a little bit ago. I'm wondering how many others here would also say no. Just curious.
  5. That means He never built a relationship with those people. He doesn't know them personally. There's love God has for all in His image, and I believe there's another sense of love He has with those whom He has saved and made as His adopted children. To say that God doesn't love them is adding to the words in this context. The Bible clearly says God loved the world. Who do you think that includes? Only the saved?
  6. I see. Thank you for your responses.
  7. Again, that doesn't claim God doesn't love someone. That just claims the person doesn't have love in themselves. Does God not love everyone, only some? And why?
  8. That's okay. I'm not like other people, and there are no laws or sin in what I did. It's simply an easier way to do it. Plus, it is for everyone, that includes you. So it's not like you were excluded and i just used you for something else not involving you.
  9. That doesn't claim that God's "doesn't" love anyone. That just claims if you are of God, then you'll be hated, if you weren't, then the world would love you. This doesn't claim God "won't" or "doesn't" love anyone. So where do you get that part where God won't love someone? Or have I somehow misunderstood you?
  10. I know what you believe in this subject. You've told me many times. I'm just saying on another subject with you still using that, I am telling them what I believe and know is the truth. It's not for you, but I'm replying with what verse you quoted and they will know who believes otherwise about this verse. I know you don't claim to be saved by yourself- that's not the debate we have. The debate is did you choose to be saved by accepting Christ, or did the Lord convince you and give you the faith to accept Him for He has chosen to save you. You say it is you who made the choice to accept Christ on your own. I say, and I know because this is my own reality and salvation, I hated God and I despised and rejected God until He let me know He has chosen me and wants to save me because He loves me and He wants to have me for His glory, and to build a relationship with me forevermore- so He gave me faith by His grace to believe- for without that, I would keep on rejecting Him. I know I didn't choose Him on my own. I was pure evil and would never desire such a thing. It's not possible for something so evil to make such a good choice all on it's own just because it hears about Jesus Christ. It takes much more than that to turn a sinful heart to God. The Bible teaches man cannot come to God on their own. But God brings them to Him and gives them to Jesus Christ.
  11. This verse you are quoting is one that makes my point the Lord chooses us. "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves;" For by God's grace, we are saved by faith, yes. But this scripture clearly tells us, this faith that we have to believe in the Lord, "IS NOT OF OURSELVES." It is faith given to us as a gift to be saved and it is God's grace that is freely offered to us, not something we choose to have or earn. By this grace given to us, then comes faith given to us, then comes salvation which then we are renewed and given the Holy Spirit, which then being renewed and having the Holy Spirit will be the source that produces good works in our lives. See, it all comes together by the Lord Himself. We didn't do anything, we didn't even make the choice on our own, but it was the Lord who chose us and convinced us to believe and be saved. Therefore, we cannot boast and He can and He can have the glory.
  12. Whoa, buddy! Hold your horses. Did you "literally" just claim God "doesn't" love someone, for in fact, just because the world loves them or for any other reason? As if, you find God has set His love conditionally?
  13. Thank you, yet, some people just hate negativity no matter what. I've had my good times and bad times, and sometimes i was crying out to the Lord, sometimes I was upset or angry, sometimes I was suffering to do the will of God- but many other times I am just thanking and adoring the Lord. So some people, never want to hear the ones where I am upset- some people think only poems and songs of positive things and praise are appropriate. I think of some of them as times I was right and just felt bad, but sometimes i was wrong and felt bad. So, if I shared a poem where i was wrong about something or God, and I was expressing myself negatively in depression, would that be considered inappropriate? And i don't mean with curse words and such or purposely mocking God. I just mean it's not positive and maybe at that time i was wrong about what was going on in my life.
  14. That's right. Many are called, few are chosen. Even in my own salvation, I know I denied God and rejected Him on my own, but when He let me know He chose me, He also gave me the desire to choose Him. You also find Paul the Apostle going off to do things against God in scripture, and in middle of that the Lord appeared to Him and asked why He was persecuting Him, and it was like right then Paul became the Lord's. Was that Paul choosing God? No. The Lord came to Paul, and after the Lord spoke to Paul, He believed. Paul's desire just seconds or a minute before that was to kill Christians. Do you think someones desires would change so drastically that fast? Well, I would if it was the Lord changing their hearts and giving them the desire to be the opposite of what they have been. The Lord flipped Paul like a coin. Paul was chosen to do the will of God, Paul wasn't seeking the Lord on His own. Same with me, but I wouldn't say it happened the exact same way physically. I just know if it was my choice to be saved, my desires would always reject Him, but the Lord changes that on His own, and now I am saved and desire the Lord because of Him changing my desires and giving me faith to believe.
  15. This is another reason why i don't like English translations so much, when it says "ALL" it isn't always all things of all things. Sometimes, it's always all of a certain thing. Like, when it says "the world," sometimes people think it means Christians and non believers, because the world includes ALL the people on it, right? but sometimes, it just means the non believers. Like "God so loved the "world..." in John 3;16, and then you have verses telling us not to be like "the world." Does that mean don't be like a Christian or a non believer then? Like verses Romans 12;2, 1 john 2;15, James 4;4, etc. You can't "always" take scripture literally when it's English. You know that. Sometimes texting someone something simple, it actually can be misunderstood what you meant, that they took it the wrong way and got the opposite or different meaning of what you meant even though you didn't describe it wrong. We just have to understand how and why the scripture is telling us what it says. If we were reading more original and specific languages, we'd understand this much more clearly. The Lord chooses His sheep, and He gives them to Jesus, and those sheep will know His voice. That doesn't include everyone in the world.
  16. I see we have a poetry club here. So as some know, I am an author, and I have written over 400 poems, many involving Christ. I even published a book nearly 300 pages of just poems to and about Yahweh. Now, I would like to share some with you. But i question, will it be deleted or make you guys mad if it isn't always completely positive? People say my poems make them feel like they are reading Psalm, where David is talking to good through good times and the bad. Do my poems always have to sound positive, or can I share the time I was struggling and feeling awful in relation to things with the Lord?
  17. I went through all these messages so far, and I'm not entirely sure on what you are mainly trying to point out. Are you claiming salvation, being born again is only for Israelite's? Is that it? You are not Jewish you say, and you say you are saved, so are you claiming that those of Israel are saved differently than those who are not Jews or Israelites? What's the point?
  18. I spoke about this with other people this week, and it became such a debate, authorities even deleted the subject. But I agree with you here, but apparently, from what i have seen, most people here won't agree with you. If they did, then they would agree with me. But the majority here thinks it is of their own will, their own desires, their own work, that they have accepted Christ. And that is not so. All of it is the work of Christ, in no way can we say it was us, or else I find that we could boast. Scripture teaches we are not to boast, and rather God has made salvation in a way that we cannot say we did anything to be saved. That includes accepting Christ. We accepted Christ, but not because of our own personal thoughts, emotions, knowledge, power, belief, or anything while we were yet sinners. A sinner cannot save Himself, a sinner doesn't have a desire for God, but I believe God gives us the faith to believe and the desire to want to accept Him. Therefore, it is all by his works. Would you agree or have I misunderstood you?
  19. Well, I was going to say the exact same thing overall. But I'll just compliment this response! There can be a reality to a answer what truly is a better age to marry for people, but if that becomes your goal, then you will be doing your will and not God's. Yes, seek Him and his kingdom and all things will be added to you- as in a house, spouse, job, skills, health, etc. That is, added what God wants you to have, I believe, no added just what you want. Because if you are seeking God and his kingdom, you will be wanting what he wants, and doing so, he will gladly add to your life to be glorified through everything in your life. I did this, and God gave me a better spouse than the one i fantasized about! heh
  20. The bible tells us we are not against each other, we are not against ourselves or this world, but we are against Demonic, evil, dark principalities. To get them out of you from demon possession is different then how you get them away from you or you from them. My demons left my body when i was saved, but till this day, I still wrestle against them with the thoughts they whisper to me, but it is different now that i am familiar with knowing the Holy Spirit and the word of God, that I know when it is a demon telling me those things. We need to be ready for anything and have the knowledge and correct understanding of scripture to stand on for anything. Get into the word, pray and don't give in if it doesn't match with God's will and scripture.
  21. In my experience, when it's a demon, you "KNOW" it's a demon. when you aren't sure, it's either overthinking, anxiety, or it is hallucinations.
  22. I mainly use it to just sell and advertise my books. Other than that, once in awhile i post things about God and truth. Less than that, some people i know refuse not to contact me any other way, so i talk to them there. But it is not used to put out personal things about myself. I don't show pictures of anything there except for my books, i dont put my birthday or my favorite things or my age, i cant put where i graduated because i didnt grow up in school anyway, -it's just for business. Other than that, Facebook is a popular tool they may use one day on us christians to persecute us, going back on old comments and such to know we believed in God. They check what you say. Facebook is easy for people to hack as well. I stay out of it personally.
  23. This year, I was going through a rough time and looking for some uplifting music. And i thought, what could be more uplifting than to have God pick you up and carry you on his shoulders while he leads the way and does the work, and like a child, you just hold on to your father and trust him. Thinking of the shoulders, I found this song from a few years ago, it also has a very nice music video; Shoulders for KING & COUNTRY I look up to the mountains Does my strength come from the mountains? No, my strength comes from God Who made heaven, and earth, and the mountains When confusion's my companion And despair holds me for ransom I will feel no fear I know that You are near When I'm caught deep in the valley With chaos for my company I'll find my comfort here ‘Cause I know that You are near My help comes from You You're right here, pulling me through You carry my weakness, my sickness, my brokenness all on Your shoulders Your shoulders My help comes from You You are my rest, my rescue I don't have to see to believe that You're lifting me up on Your shoulders Your shoulders You mend what once was shattered And You turn my tears to laughter Your forgiveness is my fortress Oh Your mercy is relentless My help comes from You You're right here, pulling me through You carry my weakness, my sickness, my brokenness all on Your shoulders Your shoulders My help comes from You You are my rest, my rescue I don't have to see to believe that You're lifting me up on Your shoulders Your shoulders My help is from You Don't have to see it to believe it My help is from you Don't have to see it, ‘cause I know, ‘cause I know it's true My help is from You Don't have to see it to believe it My help is from you Don't have to see it, ‘cause I know, ‘cause I know it's true My help comes from You You're right here, pulling me through You carry my weakness, my sickness, my brokenness all on Your shoulders Your shoulders My help comes from You You are my rest, my rescue I don't have to see to believe that You're lifting me up on Your shoulders Your shoulders My help is from You Don't have to see it to believe it My help is from you Don't have to see it, ‘cause I know, ‘cause I know it's true My help is from You Don't have to see it to believe it My help is from you Don't have to see it, ‘cause I know, ‘cause I know it's true My help is from You Don't have to see it to believe it My help is from you Don't have to see it, ‘cause I know, ‘cause I know it's true My help is from You Don't have to see it to believe it My help is from you Don't have to see it, ‘cause I know, ‘cause I know it's true
