As a Christian, attending church, or even better a church member you can talk to the preacher. While doing so one can tell him where he is wrong, where he is right and comment on his surmon. Most young Christians leave christianith because they are not taught how to wxpla8n and defend what they believe. When they encounter aggressive evolutionists and atheists they have no arguments or answers. Being preached at to " Just have faith " and " only believe " does not teach them the historical facts behind Christianity. What happens to our children does not affect our destination.

There are practical reasons for using a few people to lead services. Two simple reasons are the inability of many people to publicly speak clearly and the unwi.lingness of people to get up in front of people. We regularly have times of sharing, testimony open prayer, very few people will speak and some that do are so incoherent they are unintelligible,. Having people who are able to prepare and deliver a service is a great blessing. Having people who delight in playing music leading the singing is another blessing. Both groups need the humility to recognise they are servi5 God and the congregation, not them selves. Talk to your minister, preachers and musicians, how can you encourage, support and pray for them.
