No I have not used these exact recipes but I have made:
Green tomato salsa
Green tomato pickles
If you seed the fresh green tomatoes, and mince them thin, they are great when added to chili or to top tacos.
To keep for winter... wash, seed and chop in small pieces, lay out on a baking sheet in a thin layer to freeze, after frozen bag them in small freezer bags to use as you need them for salsas, chili, sauces, omelets, etc
