  1. Ephesians 1: 9,10 - "Having made known unto us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He hath purposed in Himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times He might GATHER TOGETHER IN ONE ALL THINGS IN CHRIST, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in Him." THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OF GOD IS THAT ALL THINGS WILL BE SUMMED UP IN HIS SON. Observation: IF I DO NOT KEEP THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OF GOD AS THE FOCUS OF MY LIFE, AND ASSURE THAT ALL I DO IS FOUNDED IN JESUS I WILL BE CONTINUALLY DISTRACTED FROM THE RIVER OF LIFE. John 6:63 - "It is the spirit that quickeneth (or makes alive) ; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." Jesus described the words that He spoke as "spirit and life" -- Jesus' words were an investment into others revealing the heart of His Father to them. When He opened His mouth, word-shaped containers of God's grace would bring Heaven to earth in the hearts of the hungry that heard Him. They still do today through the mouths of believers advancing His kingdom. Affirmation: EVERY TIME I TAKE THE WORD INTO MY HEART, BELIEVE IT AND ACT ON IT, THAT LIFE OF WHICH JESUS SPOKE, THE VERY LIFE OF GOD HIMSELF, IS RELEASED IN ME. 2 Corinthians 6:14,15 - "Do not try to work together as equals with unbelievers, for it cannot be done. How can right and wrong be partners? How can light and darkness live together? How can Christ and the Devil agree?" Observation: EVERY RELATIONSHIP TAKES ME TOWARDS MY DREAMS OR AWAY FROM THEM. 2. "For we are HIS workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." - Ephesians 2:10 Whether or not you feel you are fulfilling your destiny, you are being prepared by the King of kings for His good purposes. You were chosen by God and have been given a divine DESTINYin eternities past. Why? The Lord is CALLING you to partner with Him to shape the future of the Kingdom of God (see 2 Corinthians 6:1,2: "And working together with Him......now is the acceptable time.")! This seems almost too marvelous to be true, but it is the Word of God. What does it mean to be "HIS workmanship"? The Greek term translated workmanship is"poiema", from which we derive the English word poem. Indeed, we are God's poem, written in ages past to be a living testimony of His presence on earth (see Psalm 139:16-17). Without exception, every Believer has been created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God has ordained for us. REVELATION OF ANOINTING The desperate cry of many Believers is: "Oh, Lord, let Your works appear unto Your people" (see Psalm 90:16-17). The good news is that God's anointing rests upon upright followers of Jesus, and we will fulfill His purposes on earth. God has not only ordained good works for us, but He has also provided the grace we need to perform these works (see Philippians 4:13). We all have "an unction to function." Each one of us is anointed to fulfill the purposes of God (see Acts 1:8). As we move deeper into this season of sensitivity and revelatory enlightenment, we must step into our CALLING and DESTINY -- fixing our eyes on Jesus and Him alone. Only in His light do we see light (see Psalm 36:9). Only in His presence do we obtain a happy, holy heart (see Psalm 16:11). LEADERS WITH PURE HEARTS Divinely appointed leaders are emerging who have a single heart's goal to establish the King in His Kingdom on earth. Christ Jesus will have for Himself a people prepared to do greater works (see John 14:12). This is not a time for any Believer or leader in the Body of Christ to be humdrum, expecting only what we have seen and experienced before. We have never been where we are going now (see Joshua 3:4). We all must prepare for what is ahead: The call to embrace the awe of Almighty God. A wonderful, reverential fear of the Lord is returning to the people of God, releasing the wisdom of God (see Psalm 111:10). The hearts and lives of millions are going to be touched and transformed by the power of God during these days, as God's people return to a radical love for Christ and action regarding God's PURPOSE for their life supported by that love. REVELATION AND STRATEGIES The Spirit of Truth is releasing revelatory insights for all who are willing to hear Him with a heart set to obey what He is requesting (see James 1:22). Prepare to see an acceleration of the advancing of God's plans and purposes. God will have a people of purity and power, who live, move (initiating action instead of complacency), and have a revelation of their DESTINY in Christ. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  3. 1 Timothy 2:1 - "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men." We can bear the burdens of others and we are the go-between for them before God. We identify with the weak, helpless, fear-filled, unborn, sick, poverty stricken, homeless, hungry, depressed, and spiritually destitute. We ask on their behalf, in faith, believing. Then, as the Father gives direction, we GO and minister to them and His power becomes available to set them free. AFFIRMATION: I inwardly ask for the joy of the Lord and a deeper awareness of His presence to rise up within every person I meet. 1 Corinthians 15:34 - "Awake to righteousness, and sin not: for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame." AFFIRMATIONS: I press-in to and become conscious of the reality of the righteousness God birthed in me the moment I received Jesus as Lord. As that righteousness consciousness grows and develops within me, it will eventually become bigger and more powerful than all the problems that surround me as I seek God's purpose for my life. I am becoming more skillful in "the word of righteousness." Hebrews 5:13 - "For every one that useth milk is unskillful in the Word of righteousness; for he is a babe." Matthew 5:8 - "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God." Affirmations: I CANNOT HAVE A GREAT LIFE UNLESS I HAVE A PURPOSE CENTERED LIFE. I CANNOT HAVE A GOD'S PURPOSE FILLED LIFE UNLESS I HAVE A PURE MIND. I CANNOT HAVE A PURE MIND UNLESS I WASH IT DAILY WITH THE WORD OF GOD. 2 Timothy 2:16 - "Keep away from godless and foolish discussions, which only drive people farther away from God." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  4. I am sorry, that this is 45 minutes long, some of you will not even watch it for that reason. However, I am puting this here, because it think there is something in it for everone, it could even change your life or the life of someone you know. I know that that also describes the Gospel, but I think you will find the uniqueness of this man's message and testimony, is very powerful.
  5. Isaiah 60:1-2 "Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee...the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee." A central role of us being here on earth is to establish the Throne of God where we are. Whenever we worship, pray, preach or engage in any activity of God's Kingdom, it is so that God's authority and rule would be established in the hearts of people, cities, regions and nations. Our role is to manifest His glory so that everything around us is affected by His Kingdom glory. EXPANDING THE BORDERS Numbers 14:24 "But My servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed Me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it." Through our persistence and consistency in worship and SPIRITUAL ACTION TAKEN ON BEHALF OF OTHERS, we expand the borders of what is currently established concerning the realm of Heaven on earth. If we lose sight of OUR PURPOSE that God has for us being here we will drift aimlessly into things that are not fulfilling, but leave us empty and confused as to why we are here. Like Caleb, we need a "different spirit" that is exemplary in faith. For he who is born of God"overcomes" the world, possessing and inheriting the promises. (1 John 5:4) AFFECTING YOUR ATMOSPHERE Daniel 7:25 "And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High..." It is absolutely needed for us to keep our eyes on the intentional PURPOSES of God for US being on the planet. Every day is an occasion to affect the atmosphere of where we are. Don't allow the enemy to weary you, causing you to lose focus and bring you into an oppressive state of mind. Jesus gave His life so that we, first of all, would find freedom and then be able to be the conduits of His glory in the earth. He has given us His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the most powerful weapon that we have because He is the very Person of God inside of us! We, therefore, live out our privilege of being a dwelling place of God. The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in THE HOLY GHOST. This is a basic foundation of Kingdom living. Romans 14:17 "For the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost." The Church should put much more emphasis on the Holy Spirit, because we cannot overcome or glorify Jesus without Him. It is an awful pride to think we can live without this intimate communion with the Spirit. We are to be completely dependent upon Him. BE ON COURSE Our lives cannot be like "teeter-totters" that shift one way, then go the other way. We have aDESTINY! Divine focus is an essential element that steers us like the rudder does a ship into the place of consistent lives before His Presence. Imagine a ship that is constantly going off course. It may get back on course over and over again but so much time is wasted. That is why Paul tells us to run the race "to win". 1 Corinthians 9:24 "Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain." There is a way that we run that causes us to have victory. It is not enough to be on the course, we must be ON course the entire way. To the level that we maintain our FOCUS, we will also maintain consistency establishing the Throne of God in the earth through that CALLING of God on our life. HIS THRONE Revelation 4:2-3 "Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in Heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald." Wherever we are, we are to be establishing His Throne. This is not our personal throne, our ministry or whatever would have to do with personal agenda. This is Heaven on earth where God's glory, THROUGH US, is changing atmospheres and the heart's of men. When His Throne is established, Heaven invades earth, His power is demonstrated and lives are changed. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. Exodus 23:30 - "Little by little I will drive them out before you, until you have increased enough to take possession of the land." God is unleashing something fresh from Heaven for you. Break out of your Great Depression of the past. It is a new season of provision and vision! God is blasting you into your future. His dream for you is greater than yours. Not one person in the Scriptures was mentally ready to step into what God told them, outside of Jesus. Each had to be blasted into their future, by His words and presence. There Will Be Resistance, But Angelic Assistance Will Prevail! Get ready to leave with the wealth of Egypt for your future! They received what had been robbed from their generations! There is a generational payback coming to those who will rise up and break the bondage. The giants are larger, and so are the victories! GOD HAS PREPARED A DESTINY FOR US Exodus 23:20 - "See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared." There is a DESTINY God has prepared for you. God is sending angels to guard your journey. There will be resistance, but angelic assistance will prevail! It will take an angel to get you there. The word given to the Israelites to increase was to prepare them to receive their Promised Land. They did not increase and they missed what God had prepared for them. We must increase to participate in what God has for us. The anointing for increase is on you. You must increase to possess what is yours! What is waiting for you is awesome! The INCREASE of men and women in the Bible ignited in encounters with God: They saw Him larger. They saw themselves larger in God. They believed what God said and acted on it. They went past their past. Increase! KEY STRATEGIES TO ENTER THE PROMISED LAND 1. Get rid of everything that causes spiritual decrease: a. Fear. b. Unbelief. c. Doubt. d. Break through the limitations that you have accepted. 2. Obedience/Discipline: a. Every champion knows the work/discipline involved in victory. 3. Find the scriptures that show you who you are in Him -- Declare those scriptures out loud putting your name in them. 4. Ask God to show you what is your Promised Land. 5. Identify the giants. Identify yourself as a Joshua. 6. Get past the greatness of the past season and those who are no longer there to make it happen for you. Like Joshua, it is your turn. 7. Get past every dead issue and grief. 8. Believe what God has said about you and start acting on it NOW! 9. Keep His presence strong in your life. 10. Let the next breakthrough be a stepping stone, not a stopping place. 11. Plan as if you could not fail. Press the plan. 12. Pray with the expectation that you will receive. 13. Realize it is the Father's pleasure to give you the Kingdom, and you're part of it. 14. Be thankful for every step of the way and watch Him make a way where there is none. 15. Believe in the gifts and anointing God has placed in your life which will cause you to reach your DESTINY. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  7. 1 Corinthians 9:24 - "Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but only one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain." Our lives cannot be like "teeter-totters" that shift one way, then go the other way. We have a DESTINY! Divine focus is an essential element that steers us like the rudder does a ship into the place of consistent lives before His Presence. Imagine a ship that is constantly going off course. It may get back on course over and over again but so much time is wasted. That is why Paul tells us to run the race "to win". There is a way that we run that causes us to have victory. It is not enough to be on the course, we must be ON course the entire way. To the level that we maintain our FOCUS, we will also maintain consistency establishing the Throne of God in the earth through that CALLING of God on our life. Affirmations: I MUST OBTAIN THE PRIZE. I MUST FULFILL THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH I WAS BORN. I MUST ACHIEVE THE PLAN OF GOD FOR MY LIFE. Romans 8:37 - "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." Affirmations: I EXPECT TO CONQUER AND MASTER ANY OBSTACLE I FACE TODAY. JESUS MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. I NEVER SAY ANYTHING I DON’T WANT SATAN TO BELIEVE. Romans 5:3,4 - "And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope." Jesus did not come to deliver us from our problems, but from ourselves. He did not come to change our circumstances - He came to change us. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  8. Philippians 1:28 - "Don't be afraid of your enemies; always be corageous, and this will prove to them that they will lose, and that you will win because it is God who gives you the victory." Peace is Spirit power. Your peace, your immovable stand upon the Word of God is a sign that you are positioned correctly in perfect submission to the will of God. The very fact that you are not frightened by your adversary is a sign that you have authority over him. Isaiah 26:3 - "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee." PEACE IS NOT THE ABSENCE OF CONFLICT, IT IS THE ABSENCE OF INNER CONFLICT. Romans 8:6 - "For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace." Galatians 5:22 - "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith" UNDERSTANDING OUR SPECIFIC CALLING Ephesians 1:4 - "He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love." MAN IS CALLED TO REST IN GOD, BUT WE MUST ALSO LABOR WITH GOD. IN THIS LABOR, WE MUST FIND WHAT HE CREATED US TO DO. Man is called to rest in God, but we must also labor with God. In this labor, we must find what He created us to do. God who is so particular and specific knew what He was creating us for before the world was even created. We each have a very specific job to do -- a very specific CALLING. We will never know a true peace and fulfillment in our hearts until we are doing our CALLING in Christ. THE PEACE OF CHRIST IN OUR SPIRIT IS OUR GUIDE Colossians 3:15 - "And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from the Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts to which as members of Christs one body you were also called to live. And be thankful, giving praise to God always." If we are irritated and upset about things in our life it is very hard to receive quiet guidance from the Holy Spirit. Sometimes a certain action is in question; so we let the peace of Christ be our guide. Through the subtle inward witness of the Holy Spirit He guides us to the action we need to take. Revelation 4:6 - "And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal." The source of God's Peace is God Himself. The glass sea is a symbol: there are no ripples, no waves, no anxieties troubling God. The Lord is never worried never in a hurry nor without an answer. The sea around Him is perfectly still and totally calm. All our victories flow out from being seated here with Him. 2 Peter 3:14 - "With this to look forward to, do your utmost to be found at peace with Him, unblemished and above reproach in his sight." CHALLENGED AND CHANGED We want a peace that temporarily comforts and coddles because we do not like to be challenged or changed. The peace that flows into us from the Lord satisfies the soul with full assurance that He is still for us, even as we are being taken through fire -- in which we can be changed into His likeness. 2 Corinthians 3:18 - "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord." Galatians 5:16 - "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and do not gratify the desires of the flesh." Affirmations: I AM DEVELOPING MY OWN HUMAN SPIRIT, AND I AM BECOMING MORE SENSITIVE TO THE SPIRIT OF GOD. I HAVE ACCEPTED THE CALL OF GOD TO LEAVE THE LOW LIFE BEHIND, AND I AM FOLLOWING THE SPIRIT OF GOD TO A HIGHER REALM, WHERE I WILL LIVE IN CONTINUAL PEACE, JOY, AND VICTORY. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  9. John 3:21 - "He that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God." Affirmation: I stay alive to His Word and keep His Word bright by keeping it first in my life, regardless of what happens. When people fail, it doesn't mean the word failed, it means someone failed the Word. John 17:17 - "Sanctify them through thy truth; thy Word is truth." 1 Timothy 4:7,8 - "Discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness; for bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come." You are divinely prepared to accomplish the task God has assigned you. You can do something no other human being can do. You have been chosen by Christ, for Christ; the choice was made before the foundation of the world (see Ephesians 1:4). Knowing this promise will release you from rejection and depression. Power is released through discipline. The goal is to finish the course and to be able to say with all confidence, "I've kept the faith and stayed on course, accomplishing the task set before me." It is to that individual Christ will say, "Well done, good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:21). Affirmation: I DISCIPLINE MYSELF IN CHRIST SO THAT I WILL ACCOMPLISH THINGS THAT WILL BEAR ETERNAL FRUIT. Romans 4:17 - "Even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were." Affirmation: I CANNOT BE WHAT I AM NOT BUT I CAN BECOME WHAT I AM NOT. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  10. Psalm 91:1 -- "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the almighty." Jesus lived a life of of prayer, and when He needed dedicated prayer time He would send crowds and, most likely, potential resources away so that He could be with the Father. As a result He would not move, speak, or do anything that the Father did not ask Him to do. Our talking and listening to the Father should be a continuum or seamless activity. When we are in conversation with anyone we should ask the Lord, "Father, what do you want me to hear?" and "Father, how would you desire me to respond?" When we are consciously doing this the Lord will do astounding things and we are giving God glory in many more conversations and releasing His love more abundantly to others. Prayer is really for us to connect with Him, His nature, and for a conduit of His peace, love and joy to flow through us, but we must participate and engage relationally with Him in order for His presence to manifest through our lives in power. Psalm 62:1,5 -- "Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from Him cometh my salvation. My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from Him." Prayer is tuning everything else out so we can hear from Him. When prayer is foundational and we allow His will to supersede our will we begin to develop vision -- as vision expands we commence to see our DESTINY (the purpose of God for our life). PRAYER PRINCIPLES TO CONNECT WITH OUR DESTINY: 1. To be successful in our vision, we must have a daily, dynamic prayer life with God. 2. We will never achieve our destiny without prayer because prayer is what keeps us connected to the Vision-Giver. 3. Prayer encourages us to get back in the fight of faith. 4. As prayer is the essential resource of vision, we remain connected to our Source for the renewal of our purpose, faith, strength, and PERSEVERANCE. 5. God is the One who planted our life's PURPOSE within us in the beginning. He has invested Himself in our dream and as we are obedient and stay committed He will bring our DESTINY to pass. Matthew 7:7,8 -- "Keep on asking and it will be given to you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, the door will be opened."(NAS) Hebrews 12:1 -- "(We must) run with patience the particular race that God has set before us." Philippians 3:14 -- "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  11. 1 Samuel 3:1 -- "In those days the word of the Lord was rare; there were not many visions." If Eli could not hear from God, the people would not receive messages from Him. The only words that we receive that are of help to people are words from God. If we don't spend time LISTENING to Him, then we will not receive words by which we will bless and encourage His people. 1 Samuel 3:7 -- "Samuel did not yet know the Lord: The word of the Lord had not yet been revealed to him." He'd never heard God speak, but he still enjoyed His presence. We need to hear from God; we need to hear the word of the Lord. We can only hear from God if we spend time with Him. We can only hear from Him if we have a relationship with Him. Our relationship to God is the most important thing in our lives, therefore we need to give it the utmost care. Psalm 91:1 -- "He that dwells in the secret place of the Most High God, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." EXPERIENCING EVIDENCE OF HIS PRESENCE There is a secret place inside us where God dwells, where we abide with Him in the Spirit. In that secret place, we will experience the evidence of His presence with us. We have the greatest calling to fulfill in the universe: to live out our DESTINY in Christ with God's power living and working through us. The secret place is not a physical place like it was in Samuel's day. Our secret place is in our own hearts. We can go anywhere and still focus on Him in our spirit and be in the secret place of the Most High. We might be at work, yet we can enter into the presence of the Lord by simply going to the quiet place in our spirit and find Him there waiting for us. It is in this place where the Lord speaks and we listen. In the secret place is where we will find God's earthly purpose (DESTINY) for our life. Samuel had never heard God until he spent time in His presence. They developed a relationship with each other. Samuel became one with God; they became friends. As we develop friendship with God, then He can show us how to love others. As we are first filled with the power to truly love others by loving Him and by receiving His love for us we will come to realize our need to DISCIPLE other believers. This only comes through our communion with Christ. We need to hear the voice of the Lord! We need to hear His voice now more distinctly than ever before, because we need a personal revelation of our CALLING in Christ. SEEKING "OUT OF THE BOX" Eli had gotten used to residing in his "usual place" in the house of God. We, too, can get too used to our relationship with God the way it is. But God wants us to come out away from our "usual place" and seek Him afresh and anew -- to turn from all else and seek only Him. He wants to infuse us with His love in a new way. AFFIRMATIONS: I resolve to get to know Him in a fresh way and experience new aspects of His character -- to experience new facets of His love. As I abide in the secret place in silence I lift up my heart to Him in love and experience the communion of His presence. As I receive His love in my heart my capacity to love others is enlarged. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  12. Proverbs 20:27 - "The spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord." Luke 17:20,21 - "The kingdom of God comes not with observation. For behold, the kingdom of God is within you." If we wait quietly before God and learn to turn the eyes of our soul to the inward parts of our being -- our spirits -- we will encounter Him in the deep levels, as that is where His Spirit dwells. Matthew 25:30 - "And cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Affirmation: THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GIVING ME WISDOM AND COURAGE TO STEP OUT AND BEGIN TO FULFILL THE DREAM HE AS BIRTHED SO DEEPLY INSIDE ME. Jude 22 - "And of some have compassion, making a difference." Affirmation: MY HEART RELEASES THE COMPASSION OF JESUS CHRIST TO HELP DELIVER PEOPLE CAUGHT IN THE DECEPTION OF SIN AND DARKNESS AND SET THEM FREE. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  13. Ephesians 5:14-18 - "Wake up from your sleep, and arise from the dead, And Christ shall shine upon you. Live life with a due sense of responsibility, not as men who do not know the meaning of life but as those who do. Make the best use of your time, despite all the evils of these days. Don't be vague but grasp firmly what you know to be the will of the Lord." As believers, we are instructed to live our daily lives with a sense of our unique divine DESTINY supported by goals and aims. YIELDING OUR WILL 2 Corinthians 12:9 - "And he said unto me, "my grace is sufficient for thee; for my strength is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." As we yield our wills and ways to the control of God's Holy Spirit, we begin to experience the walk of grace, as Jesus lives His life through us. The fire of passion burns brightly with this deposit of grace. Luke 3:2 - "The word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness." The word of God came to John the Baptist while he was alone in the wilderness, thus giving him clear direction for the days ahead. As a result of his being alone with the Lord, John came into a ONENESS with the Lord that could not have been accomplished in any other way. "I AM THE VOICE OF ONE" John 1:23 - "John replied in the words of Isaiah the prophet, 'I am the voice of one calling in the wilderness, 'Make straight the way for the Lord'." Each one of us should come to the place where we also could make this statement, "I am the voice of One." There is an immediate need for this voice to cry out in the midst of the frustrations and perils of our present day. We need to stand in the manifest presence of the Lord to be prepared as the "voice of one crying in the wilderness" of our day. May it be stated of us, as it was of the disciples of old, that it is apparent we have been with Jesus. This, and only this, will make the changes that must occur if we are to reach this hurting world with the message of God's redemptive, transforming grace. Affirmations: AS I RECOGNIZE HIS PRESENCE AND TURN ASIDE TO STAND BEFORE HIM, I BECOME THE EXPRESSION OF HIS VOICE CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS OF TODAY. AS I EXPERIENCE SPIRITUAL HUNGER AND SEEK FOR SOMETHING MORE, I AM CALLED APART TO BE ALONE WITH THE LORD FOR A TIME OF PREPARATION. AS I RECEIVE ANOINTING AND IMPARTATION OF GOD'S GRACE, I WALK A GRACE-FILLED LIFE IN ORDER TO SEE THE GLORY OF GOD FILL THE EARTH. FINCH MINISTRY
  14. John 13:8 -- Peter said to Him, "You shall never wash my feet!" Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me." Peter could not imagine Jesus wanting to wash his feet -- his shocked reaction being "Lord, how can You wash my feet!" Jesus says to him: "Peter, if I don't wash your feet, you have no part with Me." What the Lord was actually saying to Peter was, "Peter you cannot walk together with Me in ministry, in service, and in effectiveness if you don't let Me wash your feet." John 13:9,10 -- "Then, Lord, Simon Peter replied, 'not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!' Jesus answered, 'A person who has had a bath needs only to wash his feet; his whole body is clean. And your are clean.....'" Once we have received Christ as our Lord and Savior, we are bathed all over, and cleansed by His blood once and for all eternity! His blood has perfected us forever (Hebrews 10:14), and we only need to wash our feet because we walk in the world and our feet pick up dust and dirt, causing us to stumble. HOW DOES JESUS WASH OUR FEET TODAY? Ephesians 5:25-26 tells us that "Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the Word." We, the church, are cleansed with the washing of water by the Word. The more we come under anointed teaching that unveils Christ through the Word, the more the cleansing goes on. And as our feet are washed, instead of stumbling, we will be walking and even running! Affirmation: I LET JESUS WASH MY FEET WITH A DEEPER REVELATION OF HIMSELF THROUGH HIS WORD. 15. 1 Kings 19:9 - "Then he came there to a cave and lodged there; and behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and He said to him, 'What are you doing here, Elijah?'” So the word of the Lord came to him “what are you doing here Elijah”. This is one of the most important questions God will ever ask us. His questions probes the reality of our spiritual state. He is asking “how did your service to me become dry and desolate?” He wants us to know that when we fail to esteem Him as our first love, we will always find that a desert awaits us. God never intended for religion. He intended to have a people called by His name to steward, be productive, and carry His presence to those around us and to the nations. QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: 1. Does sitting in a church service each week hearing a good message and worshipping together give me all of what I need? 2. Am I living my experience of being part of the Church through two hours on Sunday and maybe a home cell group on Wednesday evening ie. is this the only thing that defines my spiritual development in the Kingdom? 3. Am I active in my thoughts and communications with the Father in my everyday life? 4. Am I being transformed by His presence? 5. Am I "asking, knocking, and seeking" to discover my destiny in Christ? 6. Am I personally discipling others to equip them for discipling new Christians in the Church body? 7. Do I believe that I can change the world? Luke 16:16 - "The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it." This realm of God’s Spirit does not come without “pressing” – without contending. The first thing about pressing is seeking. Pressing into it means there is a passionate pursuit of God in prayer. The word “to seek” means to diligently look for and search out earnestly until the object of the search is located. It is as crying out and hungering for the presence of God. AFFIRMATIONS: God is bringing my life to a new beginning. I press into and lay hold of the kingdom of heaven in an aggressive way. I have a burning heart of fiery witness and passion when it comes to exhorting others in their walk with God. I repent from trying to do God's will without abiding in His presence. 16. Stand firm and do not be moved! As believers, we are rooted and grounded in His magnificent love. Because we are established in His love, we can have a peace that passes all natural understanding. And we have COURAGE, the depth of which is confidence in the Lord. "And that Christ will make His home in your hearts, through faith. I pray that you wil have your roots and foundations in love so that.....you will have the power to understand how broad and long and deep is Christ's love. " - Ephesians 3:17 This place of trust is beyond the natural ability of a person. It comes only through a relationship with the Lord, who will lead us and bring to pass all He has purposed for us (our CALLING in Christ). As we are directed by Him, we can also be assured that He is making every path straight. As believers, we declare that we, "Trust in the LORD with all [our] heart, and lean not on [our] own understanding; in all [our] ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct [our] paths." - Proverbs 3:56 GOD-EMPOWERED BOLDNESS This creates in us PERSEVERANCE THROUGH OUR FAITH as we hear and are led by Him. Holy perseverance is God-empowered boldness or courage that enables us deep within to persevere. One way we can define perseverance is simply to stay the course. This is a powerful blessing from the Lord that enables us to believe the impossible is possible. It is a work of the Holy Spirit within that enables us to have strength to stay the course, regardless of present circumstances or situations. This is what the prophet Isaiah wrote about: "Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice." - Isaiah 41:10 AMP HERE IS THE INCREDIBLE PROMISE: You can stay the course because of the enabling of the strength of the Lord for you and in you! Believe that the Holy Spirit will release an even greater strengthening deep within so that you will stand firm for the promises of the Lord for your life and your family. As you lean into the Lord, you will go from strength to strength with deep courage to believe for the impossible to be possible. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  17. Ephesians 2:10 - "For we are God's own workmanship, recreated in Christ Jesus, that we may do those good works which God predestined for us, that we should walk in them." 2 Corinthinas 3:18 - "But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit." Seeing His glory is more than just seeing His beautiful colors and majesty of His person. The glory of the Lord is described in a number of ways in Scripture, such as: 1. His Works 2. His Nature 3. His Power By seeing His nature, we are transformed into the same nature. By seeing His works, we are empowered to do His work. By seeing His power we grow in the faith that releases His power. GENERAL RULE: IF YOU ARE DRAWN TO A CERTAIN PART OF THE LORD'S NATURE, PURSUE IT! 1. If we are called to be a pastor or shepherd, we will perceive His glory as the Good Shepherd. A shepherd will tend to see Jesus' shepherding nature in everything Jesus did and will be transformed into that aspect of His glory by this. 2. Likewise, someone who is called to be a teacher will see Jesus' glory as the Teacher in everything He did, and this will transform and impart to them His teaching nature. 3. An evangelist will tend to see Jesus' glory in the Evangelist in all that He did, and they will be likewise transformed into that part of His nature. As the Scriptures verify, we were know by God and CALLED by Him before the foundation of the world. When He made us, He made us with a purpose, and thatCALLING in Christ is over and above our secular vocation: 1. If we are called to a teaching ministry, few things will be as rewarding as seeing people receive understanding about the Lord and His ways. 2. If we are called to a healing ministry, few things will be as rewarding as seeing someone healed. 3. If we are called to prophetic ministry, receiving revelation from the Lord will be one of the most fulfilling things that can happen to us, and so on...... QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: 1. What is it about Jesus that attracts me to Him the most? 2. What is it that He did that I would love to be able to do the most? Affirmations: BY KNOWING HIM, BEHOLDING HIM, AND FOLLOWING HIM, THERE IS A TRANSFORMATION AND IMPARTATION THAT RELEASES HIS AUTHORITY IN ME. MY BASIC PURPOSE IS TO LOVE GOD, BECOME LIKE HIM, AND DO THE WORKS HE PREDESTINED FOR ME. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  18. "Delight yourself in the LORD; and He will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4 "Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son." - John 14:13 He is pulling you away from the old, and taking you under the water into the unknown for a time of being unseen and unheard, for a "deeper depth" experience with Him. LET THE HOLY SPIRIT PROPEL YOU FORWARD You will often feel like you are going backwards, but in reality you're being propelled forward into a greater spiritual growth. The tendency is to strive in a forward motion much like you've always done, but soon you realize that you're no match for the current of the Lord's strength. This is not the enemy doing this! God is asking you to let go of what you "thought" was of Him. Humble yourself and flow in the direction the Holy Spirit is drawing you into. God is asking you to not judge things by your natural eyesight. God is doing something bigger than you can see right now. Yes, He's about to blow your paradigm and expand your destiny consciousness. What's the purpose of this? He is preparing to set you up to ride on top of the next big move of His Spirit, but you have to let go of the old to receive the new. God is going to lift you up on the top of this wave with greater speed, accuracy, and impact, than the one you were previously on. Let go and receive a greater commission! See with the eyes of your spirit man, not the eyes of your flesh. It's time to graduate and go to the next level! It's time to put on the new wine skins fully and receive the infilling of new strength, vigor, and faith. God is getting ready to set you up to ride the wave of your lifetime! Isaiah 42:9,10 - " Behold the former things have come to pass, now I declare new things;......sing to the Lord a new song, sing His praise from the end of the earth! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  19. False foundations, paradigms, illegitimate structures, systems, and limitations must bow to the Father's Kingdom. His Kingdom is perpetually coming to earth, and one day will fill the earth in Father's glory, as the water covers the sea. The Kingdom of God is within us and, whether we are noticing it or not, will continue to break through on earth as it is in Heaven. The shaking must happen, and yet those who desire to live in His inheritance that Christ paid for will see His glory now, in the midst of the natural chaos that is seemingly all around them. SOME REMINDERS OF THE FATHER'S KINGDOM 1. Kingdom is within: "The Kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed, the Kingdom of God is within (or among) you." Luke 17:20-21 2. Kingdom approached through understanding: "When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, He said to him "You are not far from the Kingdom of God." Mark 12:34 3. Kingdom accepted like a child: "I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the Kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." Mark 10:15 4. Kingdom entered through spiritual rebirth: "Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit." John 3:5 5. Kingdom entered through doing the will of God: "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only those who do the will of My Father who is in Heaven." Matthew 7:21 6. Kingdom that will be inherited by the righteous: "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the Kingdom of God?" 1 Corinthians 6:9 OUR INHERITANCE IS NOW Father desires for us to live in His inheritance now, intimate and obedient to Him, accessing God's PURPOSE for our life on this planet, while eternity unfolds. One of the big reasons we have not seen the power of God through the Body of Christ is because most of the Body of Christ does not UNDERSTAND THEIR INHERITANCE THROUGH THE FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST, nor the incredible eternal seed of Father's glory that is within them. We are stuck in the idea of waiting on Jesus and Heaven, while Jesus and the substance of Heaven is waiting on us. So the shaking and awakening continues as the Lord brings us from our bankrupt paradigms and lifestyles, to Ambassadors of His Kingdom and influencers of His Heavenly Substance. EMBRACING HIS LOVE We must embrace His love on a continuum and not rely on what we see. As we seek His Kingdom, His love, His righteousness, what we need will be added, and Father will remove all fear and limitations that have kept us from His best. Healing and wholeness for the journey will come as we allow His light to dispel the darkness in our souls. Matthew 22:36-40 "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And He said to him, "'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.' This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets." Our identity is in Him, as movers and shakers of faith motivated by His love, and He has given us freedom to live, move, and have our being in His PURPOSE for our life and in His ways. By His Spirit we can choose to abandon fear and hopelessness, and embrace the DESTINY that has been deposited within each of us. AFFIRMATIONS: I am ready to expand my reality and become the destiny for which I have been predestined. I live my life with a sense of my unique devine destiny supported by goals and aims. As I look toward heaven, God is pointing me toward my destiny. I seek God for my destiny, and don't lose sight of the heavenly vision -- the advancement of His Kingdom. My promised land (my DESTINY) lies on the other side of fear. As I speak the Word over my own life and prophesy my own DESTINY in agreement with Him, I release the Holy Spirit in greater measure to bring the Word to pass. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  20. Getting in touch with God's PURPOSE for our life can have the single most powerful impact on our own life after coming to Jesus and being born again. All Christians are called to be witnesses, but we also have a CALLING in Christ that is more specific than that. The main factors that will lead to a revelation of our earthly DESTINY and being prepared for it are the following: A. Resolving to do the Lord's will as the chief pursuit of our lives. 1. All Christians are called to be "soldiers of the Cross". All soldiers know that they can be called upon to pay the ultimate price for their cause. For this reason, the soldiers of the Cross are called to take up their crosses and commit to die daily to their own interests in order to serve the interests of Christ: "If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his Cross daily, and follow Me." (Luke 9:23). "For whoever wishes to save his life shall lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, he is the one who will save it." (Luke 9:23,24) "You therefore must suffer hardship as a good soldier of Christ Jesus." (2 Timothy 2:3) "No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier." (2 Timothy 2:4) "And he died for all, that they who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf." (2 Corinthians 5:15) B. Beholding the glory of the Lord. C. Finding and becoming a committed part of the body of Believers we are called to be with. D. Receiving the ministry of the five equipping ministries listed in Ephesians chapter 4. E. Being discipled by someone other than the pastor. 1. Regular one-on-one meetings 2. Keeps us focused on the prize and off of the many opportunities in the Church and elsewhere that will take us away from what God has called us to do -- our DESTINY. 3. Receiving weekly assignments, will help us grow in knowledge and understanding that will eventually equip us to disciple others and move to higher spiritual attainments. F. Engaging in our calling in Christ. QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: 1. Am I totally sold out to the Lord Jesus Christ? 2. Am I willing to agressively pursue the services of someone in the Body of Christ to disciple me in my Christian walk? 3. Name 3 reasons why I need someone to disciple me in addition to my participation in church services, sunday school, bible study clases, Christ encounters etc. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  21. What is it going to take to get us to apprehend God's purpose for our life?
  22. Now is the time to dig deeper depths! A country may possess a plethora of natural resources, but if they are not INTENTIONAL about tapping in and developing those resources they will remain in poverty. The same is true in the Kingdom of God: We have been given an abundance of grace for every good work (2 Corinthians 9:8). We have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). All things pertaining to life and godliness are ours (2 Peter 1:3). On the Cross, Jesus cried out, "It is finished!" (John 19:30). HIDDEN TREASURE There is an intriguing concept taught in the Bible regarding God. Isaiah the prophet received revelation into this mystery and cried out in awe, "Truly You are a God who hides Himself, O God and Savior of Israel" (Isaiah 45:15 The Bible instructs that spiritual treasures are hidden in Christ, "...in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge" (Colossians 2:3). Hidden in the original Greek language literally means hidden to be discovered. We see this same truth taught by Jesus Himself: "For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light" (Mark 4:22). We need to understand that God is not hiding His riches from us; He is hiding them for us! DIGGING DEEP If we are to experience all that Christ has made available to us, we must dig to deeper depths where the treasure is found, "and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God." (Proverbs 2:4-5). If you were made aware that a veritable fortune was buried on your land, how would you respond? Would you say, "One of these days, when I have time, I will search for the treasure?" No! Your response would be to immediately begin searching. In fact, all other events in your life would be placed on hold until the treasure was in your possession. In Christ, we have a treasure that is of greater worth than all the riches of this world. Many have neglected this treasure and left it buried in the ground of their lives because they have failed to discern the value of what they possess. How was it that for the cause of Christ, Moses so willingly walked away from the power and prestige (to pursue God's CALLING on his life) that was his as one of the most powerful leaders on the earth? It was because of the revelation he possessed of the worth of Christ. "By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter, choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he looked to the reward." - Hebrews 11:24-26 Without Holy Spirit's help it is so easy to underestimate the profound worth of the spiritual riches that are ours in Christ. For this reason Paul prays for the saints:"that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints." - Ephesians 1:17-18 WHAT ARE WE WILLING TO GIVE UP TO PURSUE GOD'S PURPOSE FOR OUR LIFE? When you truly come to value what you have been given in Christ (God's CALLING on your life) you will gladly forsake and discard everything else in order to safeguard your inheritance. "Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For His sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ and become one with Him..." - Philippians 3:8-9 NLT Our tendency is to invest in that which is truly of value to us. How we need a revelation of the riches of glory we possess in Christ Jesus! He is our Pearl of Great Price, our all sufficiency. "Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant on the lookout for choice pearls. When he discovered a pearl of great value, he sold everything he owned and bought it!" - Matthew 13:45-46 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  23. l Chronicles 14:2 - "And David perceived that the Lord had confirmed him king over Israel, for his kingdom was lifted up on high, because of his people Israel." David had been anointed king by the prophet Samuel when he was just a teenager. He'd known for years that someday he'd rule over Israel. Yet somehow, it hadn't really sunk in. Finally it dawned on him - he was actually king! At that moment, being king ceased to be something David had only thought about. It became something he really was. He could see himself king. Revelation 1:6 - "And hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father.." QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF: 1. What has God anointed me to be. 2. What is the revelation of my royalty telling me. Affirmations: I STEP OVER THE LINE FROM TRYING TO BELIEVE TO ACTUALLY KNOWING BY DWELLING ON THE WORD OF GOD. I READ ABOUT IT, AFFIRM IT, AND THINK ABOUT IT. I PRACTICE SEEING MYSELF THROUGH THE EYES OF THE WORD UNTIL THE REALITY OF MY ROYALTY IN CHRIST RISES UP IN ME! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  24. "While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal" (2 Corinthians 4:18). THE ETERNAL IS THE UNSEEN SUBSTANCE OF HEAVEN We're not supposed to fix our eyes on what's temporal and get stuck there. The temporal things aren't going to last. Instead, we need to focus on what's eternal because what's eternal is going to last forever and it's in the Spirit realm. The eternal is the unseen substance of what's in Heaven. In fact, the eternal overrules the material or physical realm -- the physical symptoms of the sickness that are in your body, and the physical circumstances of your life. Therefore, we need to say, "Come Holy Spirit; so as it is in Heaven, it will begin to be on earth." As we invite the Kingdom of God and as we say, "Holy Spirit come," He brings the realm of God; He brings the activity of God. When the Holy Spirit shows up, a superior order shows up, and it breaks the law of science, it breaks every doctor's report and what every person has said about you concerning what you can and cannot do. It breaks the law of physics and the realm of the impossible. It begins to open up the impossible! It begins to open up the eternal! It begins to open up the supernatural! "When evening had come, they brought to Him (Jesus) many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick" (Matthew 8:16). Casting out demons with a word and healing the sick are manifestations of the Kingdom of God! Later, Jesus said, "But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the Kingdom of God has come upon you" (Matthew 12:28). Believing for a manifestation of God's Kingdom in our lives and walking in a Kingdom mindset is vital. Why? Because we were created on purpose for this purpose! We are body and we are spirit; we are born from above. Jesus told Nicodemus that no one could see the Kingdom of God unless that person is born again or born from above. Jesus said, "I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the Kingdom of God" (John 3:3). AS IT IS IN HEAVEN, SO LET IT BE DONE ON EARTH Being born from above opens up a whole new world to us! It means that you're not just supposed to experience life on the earth with our natural senses and it all ends there. No! But as a spirit being born from above and born again, we're to experience the Heavenly realm with our spiritual senses. To live in that Heavenly realm and to walk in the spirit is to live and believe as it is in Heaven so let it be done on earth (Matthew 6:10). The whole ministry of Jesus Christ was a demonstration, picture, and manifestation of the Kingdom of God. His whole ministry of the Kingdom of God involved bringing creative power out of the Heavens to override the natural and the impossible in the earth, and to release the supernatural of God. For those who believe in Jesus and who are born again, we will do the same works that Jesus did, and greater works than that (John 14:12). God wants us to know that all believers can lay hands on the sick, because He opened it up for all believers to have the ministry and the function of the Kingdom of Heaven. He opened it up for the saints to be released in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us (Romans 8:11). The very Holy Spirit that was hovering over the face of the deep in the beginning, before the manifestation of the world as we know it -- He is the release of creative power. THE GOSPEL OF GOD IS THE POWER OF GOD It's time to receive a revelation about God's creative power--the power that goes hand in hand with the gospel of the Kingdom and the release of miracles. The sick cannot NOT be healed! Do you believe that God wants to release you into a ministry of miracles and give you an impartation of that anointing? Romans 1:16 - "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek." When we get a revelation of what the apostle Paul is saying, we will see miracles happen. For the gospel of God is the power of God. It's very important that we understand, that the gospel without power is not the gospel of Jesus Christ the way He meant it to be proclaimed. A gospel without people being saved and healed, and without people being delivered and radically changed, is not the gospel of Jesus Christ! Jesus never said the gospel was just a message you share with people so they can be saved. Paul said, "For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power...." (1 Thessalonians 1:5). And Paul also said, "And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power" (1 Corinthians 2:4). Paul had a radical revelation of the gospel in the ministry of Jesus and what that looked like. Jesus always connected the Kingdom of God and the gospel together. The Kingdom is the creative power of God taken out of the Heavens onto an earthly scene for supernatural miracles to be released. The gospel, in a nutshell, is the message that God so loved the world that He came to seek and save those who were lost, and that you need to be born again. Yes, that is the gospel. But the gospel is more than a message. It's also a demonstration of the power of God. WE MUST BELIEVE IN THE DEMONSTRATABLE POWER OF GOD If we believe that you can be a Christian without power or you can be a Christian without miracles, signs, and wonders (believing that miracles passed away with the age of the disciples), then we actually believe that the gospel is powerless. Our mind is saying that Jesus didn't really die and rise again, and the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead really doesn't live inside of us. To say that Jesus doesn't still do miracles today, is like saying that the gospel is just having to convince someone enough until they can have an emotional experience; or we can argue them into the Kingdom if we can just convince them by facts and theology. If we are living in the high CALLING of God's PURPOSE for our life, it doesn't matter what the natural world says. It doesn't matter what we feel. It doesn't matter what we see. It doesn't matter what we think. We are living by another set of rules. We are living by a superior order. We are in the realm of God. We are in the activity of God. So we need to begin to believe that. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  25. John 15:5 - "I am the vine; your are the branches......apart from Me you can do nothing." We were born to consult God to find out His PURPOSE for our lives so that we can discover our vision. Revelation 1:8 - "I am the Alpha and the Omega." God is not only the Author of our vision, but also our continuing Support as we progress toward its fulfillment. Prayer is what keeps us connected to the Vision-Giver. Prayer is where we receive the ability to continue the fight. Isaiah 40:31 - "Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." When you have been pressed, ciriticized, and opposed, you can become weak in faith. When people attack your dream, you go to God. You don't try to explain and give an answer for everything because you can't explain anything to critics. Their motives are already contaminated, and they'll use your words against you. Through prayer, God encourages us to get back out in the fight of faith. Psalm 27:1 - "The Lord is my light and my salvation - who shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life - of whom shall I be afraid?" Affirmations: SINCE I STAY CONNECTED TO GOD FOR THE RENEWAL OF MY PURPOSE, FAITH, AND STRENGTH -- I PERSEVERE TO VICTORY. I BASE MY PRAYERS ON GOD'S WORD TO BRING ME THROUGH DIFFICULTIES AND GIVE ME THE VICTORY THAT IS MINE. I STAY IN TOUCH WITH GOD SO THAT I AM NOURISHED IN BOTH LIFE AND VISION. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
