From the "Comments" section?? These must have been the comments of a lunatic then. They were acting on the orders of the United States Government, as such they will not be prosecuted for their actions. These criminals were given ample time to surrender the hostage. When that didn't happen, the US Gov't took action to rescue him before the criminals could get the victim to land where it would be harder to extract him safely.
