Are you sleeping with a pharisee

the spirit gives life the law kills what god wants to do in our lives

something the lord has been showing me i am not putting my self in a teaching role or am i looking down on the members hear who belong to diffrent denominations

i was not going to set up a new topic in this forum due to what i have been threw i was just going to spend time reading the new topics its been a long time since i have posted in this forum so its going to take me time to get to know the new members hear as i am seeing ther are new members hear and a lot of the older members i had gotten to know are no longer hear

i have only just came back from the philippines what i saw god do has not left me yet what hurts is the reaction i get when i share what i saw god do either we believe what we read or we doubt what we read

the way jesus encouraged his disciples i have not come across a teacher like jesus he kept it real he took care of his disciples he believed in his disciples he was also tuff on his disciples often jesus rebuked peter teling peter get behind me satan telling peter three times the roster will crow and you wil disown me teling peter do you love me feed my flock do you love me peter feed my flock

what i saw while i was with my new fiance shocked me soon as you get off the bus at the terminal in ormoc the poor come up to you begging for money the terminal were the buses and jepnees park in ormoc is big its close to the ferry terminal were the ferrys come from cebu their are little shop fronts set up filapinos seling meat fried pork fried chicken rice cakes cooked rice fruit stalls and the main market were we brought our fish and vegtables and fruit is not far from the terminal in ormoc

the jepnee drivers have their conductors yelling out come on our jepnee we have room while my fiance cusin who owns a moter bike that is decked out fights for buisness nothing like what you or i are use to they run at you saying sir come with me we will take you were ever you go sir come hear to my jepnee or motor bike they even fight each other i saw sevral fights braking out in front off me 9 to 10 filapino males fighting for your buisnes even wanting to grab your baggage of you so you go with them

the jepnees can fit 14 skinny filapinos and on a motor bike you can fit up to 5 filapinos hanging out side sitting on the roof and in the compartments they have built and welded to gain more money

un road worthy vehicals some times they will even change a tyre with customers weighting to get to their provinances they live in jepnees will not leave until they are full when i say ful in side and people sitting on the roof and hanging out side i hang out side as i cant sit inside the small jepnees my head hits the roof and if i sit in side my fiance has to pay double as i have taken a skinny filapinos spot

the police dont pull the multi cab drivers up or the motor bike drivers up

the heat hits you so do the flys its hot al year round

this is the verse i was lead to read while i spent time with my new fiance and her family

Matthew 11 English standard version

10 this is he off whom it is written Behold i send my messenger before your face who will prepare your way before you

11 Truely i say to you among those born of women there has been no one greater than john the baptist yet the one who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater then he

12 from the days of john the baptist until know the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence and the violent take it by force

16 But to what shall i compare this generation it is like children sitting in the market place and calling to their playmates

17 we played the flute for you and you did not dance we sang a dirge and you did not mourn

18 for john came neither eating or drinking and they say he has a demon

19 the son of man came eating and drinking and they say look at him a glutton and a drunkard a friend of tax collectors and sinners yet wisdom is justified by her deeds

some would rather sleep with a pharisee then putting what they hear into action and when some one hurting or suffering comes to a place he or she is not known in and shares what god has done you get told to your face leave our forum leave our country leave our church you are not like us you are like jesus and john the baptist who has a demon

christians being attacked violently for doing the right thing pastors being told they cant hold bible studys in their homes but the sinner can hold partys and play his loud music until 5 am the weak dont bother standing up for them selves they dont want to rock the boat they alow others to tell them how to behave how to function in society what to believe in to even who they are to date and what clothes they should wear and what jobs they should apply for

if we are praying asking christ to have his way in our lives and touch those around us why do we sleep with the pharisees why do we violently attack a brother or sister we know nothing about ?

i can see know why jesus was tuff with the pharisees of his time and i can see also why paul rebuked peter and why paul was also tuff on the pharisees who were spying on him and the churches he had planted

what puzzles me why so many so called christians are having an affair with the pharisees they know in the communitys and villages they live in

if you want to see the gospel and what you have read and the scripture passages that have spoken to you come alive go to a poor country such as India or the philippines offer to help the pastors who are in need of support in these countrys they wil take you into ther home they wil look after you you wil get the chance to share what you hear preached in your churches you belong to and even pray over there members you wil be taken out of your comfort zones god will brake you you will cry like i cried i wept for the 2 months i was with my new fiance they are a very poor family and i had to ask god also to forgive me

i could not hide i was the only white guy in her provinance

i am still hurting i am a sinner i sin every day and every day i come before the lord asking him to forgive me

please pray for this priest father peter kenedy and st marys father peter kenedy is an australian priest who has been excomunicated for doing nothing wrong a lot of his members are at a new site i did not know that they have special police that pry on priests and catholics and catholic churches

this man needs to hear that he has support from us the pope has evicted peter kenedy and his assistant priest who fathered a child father peter kenedy ecouraged the young priest to be responsible and not reject his child like so many priests who have fathered kids have been told to seperate them selves from their kids they have fathered

father peter kenedy is a good man he got into trouble for not wearing the religous clothes priests wear during mass he got into trouble for encouraging women to preach and lead in his church he got into trouble for embracing diffrent cultured groups he also got into trouble for reaching out to gays and lesbians

he has been evicted from st marys in brisbane and from his home he shared with his assistant priest they are a little un orthadox in how they do mass on sundays like a normal penticostal charasmatic service father peter kenedy wears his normal clothes and for being jesus to the lost and his members who are right behind him and have left and are know calling them selves st marys in exile he is being violently attacked he had sevral bomb threats a catholic even threatend to kill him for leading his flock astray

sevral men took photos of a baptism father peter kenedy did and recorded the service this went to rome and the vatican bullies are coming down on father peter kenedy

why do we violently attack each other if we are supose to be jesus followers

what i have shared is from the heart and what i am dealing with know i am still hurting and to be honest i am angry but i am not letting my flesh have its way

god bless from damo1

i am glad for this man to not be a part of that system anyway. As for the children it says if you have children and you have children and dont take care of them you deny the faith

1Ti 5:8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially his family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.

How odd! I just finished reading about the 29 year old man in Knoxville, Tn who has 21 children by 11 different women... and he's giving each of them approximately $1.50 a week... so sad... and it makes me a bit perplexed and angry, too. Praying!!!

Did your friend's father support his children - feed them, cloth them, educate and love them? Or did he just know how to procreate.....?

damo1 it's really good to see you back, and seeing and reading your heart for the lost people in your missionary work... :noidea:

I'll be praying for you and those who evangalize with you.

May God move mightily in your ministry.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
