As to the Moon god stuff it's absolute nonsense and if you start spouting it whilst witnessing to a Muslim you will lose all your credibility immediately.

What you say here has no credence because the historical and archeological evidence show otherwise. Islam 101 reveals that:

Muslims claiming that allah is the God of the Bible and that islam arose from the religion of the prophets and apostles and that Christians and Jews worship the same god as muslims is disproven by solid archeological evidence and islam is nothing but a revival of the ancient moon god cult that Muhammad was raised in and created. In our local language from before the white missionaries came to Africa we had a name for God and it was and still is Mulungu. This was before the bible was even translated. From some of the posting this means that some of us that insist on Mulungu worship a false God. I'm not sure what you are supposing we are "fearing"?

As for Mulungu, I would say it all depends on Mulungu's character and nature. Is Mulungu another name for YHVH/Eloheim/Adonai/Jehovah? Or is he a different being entirely? Did Mulungu make Israel his chosen people? Send his Son to die on the cross for our sins? etc.

In part it is a semantics issue, and in part it is a concept issue. Semantically. The Hebrew "El" has been translated into English as "God" which comes fromt he German "Gott." One can argue that "Gott" was a bad word to translate "El" with. But by our time, the origin of the words has lost its meaning and been replaced by the concept of the God of the Bible.

"Allah" in the same vein is the translated word fo the Hebrew "El." But, if you read what the Koran says about "Allah," you should see quite clearly that the Allah of the Koran is a different being than Jehovah.

("Jehovah" by the way is a made-up name for God . . . it takes the Hebrew YHVH and adds some vowels - due to changes in language over time the Y became a J. No one knows how YHVH is supposed to be pronounced.)

true, one can be anointed by God to minister his judgment. King Nebuchadnezzar was likewise anointed.

The Koran considers Allah to be the God of Abraham, but not the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The Koran does not consider Allah to be the God of Israel. In the Koran, Abraham sacrificed Ishmael on the altar, not Isaac. The Koran calls Jesus a great Prophet, but no the Son of God, not the Messiah of Israel, not King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The Koran denies that Jesus actually died on the cross, thus He did not rise from the dead.

this is a really silly argument. There is a "Jesus Tire Shop" in west Dallas owned a mexican who happens to be named Jesus. It's not the same Jesus of the bible though they use the same grammatical word as their name.
