a young boy of 7 years old, was taking swimming lessons forthe first time,

the first day, they took roll, and went thru some of the rules and stuff....

the class did some bobs, and then had some free time.....

after a bit the young boy, seen that the kids at the other end of the pool looked like they was having more fun, at this point the whistle blew for everyone to get out of the pool and go to the bath house to leave....

the little boy, thought he would walk ( not suppose to run ) to the other end of the pool and jump in and then go across and get out......

as he was jumping in he was the last one in the water, but the teachers and lifeguards seen that their class was no longer in the water in their area, went to the bath house to keep the kids in order, and to count the kids leaving.....

the boy, had just entered the water, and found he could not reach the bottom. He also found out that he could not get back to the surface..... being he was trying to hurry to get in and get across, he had jumped further out towards the middle and thus he could not reach the side of the pool either.....

this boy was alone...

or was he?

he continued to try and get to the surface, but not knowing how to swim, was only sinking......

his lungs began to ache from the CO2 building up in them,

fear began to take hold of him....

and he continued to struggle....

this seemed to go on for an eternity....

about the time he was about ready to release the air in his lungs, to releave the pain that was building, he saw a hand in front of his face, just a hand.....

The young boy grabbed the hand and pulled it tight....

at that moment the boy was no longer in the water struggling to keep from loosing his lung full of air that was burning to be released, rather, he was on the side of the pool with a warm comforting feeling and fully able to breath. He heard the comforting words " you are ok "

This young boy, looked around and did not see anyone there. there was no one else around him. so he went and got his towel, and headed for the bath house.

as he got close to the door of the bath house, one of the teacher/lifeguards was coming out, and made the comment " There you are "......

you see, the teachers/lifeguards had taken a body count as the children arrived, and then as they were leaving they took another body count, and one was missing,

that one missing child from the count leaving was none other then me..........

there has never been a question as to whether or not there is supernatural beings, for I know first hand that I have some one that cares for me, no matter how young I am or how old I get, no matter where I am, or what I am doing, some one cares for me...... whether that hand belonged to Christ Himself, or to one of His angels, it matters not, that hand is what I see, that hand is what I long to hold everyday.....

I thought I did about six years ago. I woke up one night and saw a pale women hovering next to my bed. She had on a long white dress that almost touched the floor even though her head was only inches from ceiling. She had long blonde hair and was really pretty except her eyes. She had black eyes and she looked pissed off. When I woke up the next morning I told my family that I'd seen my angel and she looked as if she'd given up on me. They as well as I thought it was funny. I don't think it's funny any more and I know that that thing in my room that night was not the angel sent to look out for me. You see I've seen her eyes before not to long ago on a little boy who use to scare me really bad at night. When I first started seeing him I remember her. So I guess I haven't seen mine.

God Bless You

I met my angel in the hallway of a holiday inn. We ere having a business luncheon and meeting. During a break, I went out in the hall and headed for the outside patio door to smoke. I saw two people in the hallway. A man in a red flannel lumberjack type shirt and blue jeans. The other guy was a telephone repairman working on the circuits in the wall in front of and across from the other dude.

The dude says,

I was five years old and my mother and her best friend took all of us kids to the beach; not an unusual thing. There were 3 of us and 5 of her friends; a total of 8 kids. We crunched into the big station wagon

Well when it was time to go home my mom sent me to the bathroom to find my older sister and 2 others. I got there and they were gone. I ran back to the table where we had our picnic and my mom was gone. I went to where the car was parked and it was gone.

Crying, I went back to the table and an older couple was sitting there. They gave me koolaid and half of a sandwich, telling me that they needed to walk to their car and that they would be right back.

McDonald's had just opened up (I know it shows my age) and my mom and her friend were doing a count of hamburgers or cheeseburgers. They were one short. SO they called out names and guess who was missing ME

Well, needless to say mom turned around and went back to the beach. She came to the table, I was sitting and waiting. I told her about the couple and they were no where to be found. We waited for a few minutes but the older couple never returned.

I just LOVED reading all of your encounters. ISN"T GOD GOOD ALL THE TIME! :il:

AWESOME STORIES!!!

Well, I'm not so sure if it was my angel or my sisters angel.. or what.. but this is what happened:

It was June of 1988, my father had passed away in January that year.. my sister who was a senior in highschool and I, who was about 22 or so., had driven my sisters boyfriend to JFK airport in NYC .. neither one of us at that time really new to much about the city.. we ended up getting really lost after we left the airport and we were not sure which way to go.. it was beginning to get dark and we really had no clue which way to go...we were pretty frightened..we had pulled over to the side of the road.. we were near some bridge, I'm not sure which one now..anyway.. we were just really nervous, lost and truthfully had no clue where to go... just then a man knocked on our window, and to our amazment the man resemebled our father so closely!! My sister rolled down the window and before we could say anything, he just blurted out correct instructions to get back upstate..

He left our car, and my sister and I just started to cry..at that time, we thought it was like our father or something..

we never saw this man get in or out of a car.. he just showed up and was gone just as quick...

To this day neither one of us really know who it was.. but we both knew, he was God sent..

and one more thing to add.. is that I may not seen my angel or angels..but I know they exsist.. just the fact that I'm sitting here typing this .. is proof!!!

I was 13 and it was evening in the summer. I was home alone. It was after dark and the door bell rang. There were 3 men standing at the door. I answered the door and stepped outside to talk to the men. The men said they were from the local Baptist church and they were out making calls. I did not believe them and I was concerned for my safety. I gave them my testimony and confessed my Christianity to them. Surprisingly, they made no comment and left.

Because I stepped outside to speak to them on the porch I left the door open and they could see inside the house. To this day, I believe they saw a person or persons behind me that represented some form of physical threat to the visitors that caused them to leave me alone. I believe the person behind me was an angel.

I've only told this to two other people and now to you (since I don't have to see the odd looks on your faces). One night a few years back I awakened bolt upright, fully awake, and at the foot of my bed (a bunk house at work) stood an old man with a beard fully dressed in white. I looked, blinked, and said "I don't need any of this ......." and lay back down and promptly fell back to sleep. In the same week in a different bed ( my own bed at home) the same white man stood by the side of my bed looking down at me. At the time I wasn't scared but the more I think about this to this day, I don't know what it was. weird eh!

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
