If I was to say that God can't do this, I would be lying, while if I say God can do this, it would be like confirming that what is happening is of God. God can do anything He wants, but the question is would He? God tells us to live by faith, not by signs and wonders. What is happening today in some places is not of God. I would be more interested in having someone tell me why would God need gold dust to convince people He is God? Be careful what you take as being from God Brother! Remember there is a deceiver running around trying to get His children to believe in him. What better way to do this then to convince Gods children that what he is doing is from God?

Can anyone show me in scripture where God did these sort of things, outside of the Manna in the desert?

The question would be why would He put gold dust on peoples hands? What purpose would it serve, and how would it benefit anyone? I know their are many people who would not believe in a miracle of any kind, but which statement would be more believable:

"I went to a revival and God healed the arthritis in my hands."

Or:

"I went to a revival and God made gold dust appear on my hands."

Hmm. . .

Then, may I ask that because I do not believe in gold dust, gems falling from the sky, diamonds appearing in strange places, 50 foot angles and mammon found in bibles, that you feel I do not believe in the spiritual realm or miracles?
