N Korea fires on S Korea

I thought it was Iraq and Afganistan that got us into the financial mess we're in in the first place..... I thought I heard the progressives talking about that last month.....

The gentelman quoted in the story and interviewed in the video isn't stating that the Korea's got us into any of this. Just that they are a convenient vehicle out because the North is so easily agitated and provoked.

The world of the West is in the mess that's it in because they have forgotten and besmirched God, IMO.

I think what he's saying is that if war is supposed to fix a financial mess, why did the wars of Iraq and Afghanistan put us into a mess?

The fellow explains that the Korean conflict has International implications because of the possibility of drawing Japan, China, and possibly other Nations into the fray. This leads investors to the safe harbor of the United States overall presumed strength in the military area. Causing investor money to flee the Asian rim.

It actually makes a lot of sense when you examine it at face value.

I know alot of folks who believe that America will be destroyed prior to the New World Order being established. They think She's the last Beast. However, it is my opinion that her Military will be critical to the strength of the last composite beast. She will merely be absorbed in the coming financial panic and worldwide economic collapse that will cause the Beast to rise.

America will be changed from withtin. One only need look to the police state being established under the current regime to see how our Liberty and Freedom will be curtailed. They only need a catalyst because they are quickly implementing the force neccesary to pull it off and the Sheeple sleep on. That's why I've started threads on the Political nonsense going on and this supposed revival of the Tea Party and men like Glenn Beck. (Glenn's great and so is the Tea Party don't get me wrong) However, this political god isn't going to save anyone. No one is turning to God with fasting and weeping rending their hearts and not their clothes and seking His face through the One and only Door, Jesus Christ.

My great friend, the police state has been established long before this administration came along. The Obama administration has only accelerated the the pace in which the clamps are being tightened, that's all.

Also, as to why the current war (as illustrated in Iraq and Afghanistan) hasn't produced the financial results of wars gone by, one of the answers is that the US has had to foot the bill for most of it this time. In wars past, the US had help by most of the "free" world regarding the cost in terms of people and money. Once most of the world balked at helping with Iraq, the US should have scrapped their plans to go in.

This of course is looking at it from a purely financial standpoint.
