I think it's a really good idea to support George and how he is trying to further the kingdom. His job isn't an easy one. Let's have faith that our God is big enough to overcome the dissention and that we as His children will be small enough to get out of His way.

And with that, we have to support all involved. We all have been affected to one degree or another.

I can't think of a better way to show the Spirit in us than to keep all in Prayer.

Amen.

I certainly don't serve George. In fact, I was shocked that I would be asked to help out around the boards, as I am not afraid to speak up about what I am concerned about and, as was pointed out, even agreed with some points of those who also had concerns. In fact, the fact that I was asked to help shows how George isn't trying to hide anything. He obviously didn't ask "lapdogs", because I've openly shown my concerns and frustrations.

I don't serve George, but, after sticking it out and working through the concerns I have had, and the frustrations that I felt, I certainly have faith in and respect him. Perfect? No, of course not. But he has integrity. I wouldn't even be here anymore if he didn't.

No one has rights in the Kingdom of God! We are all to be servants of one another.

Christian Bill of Rights

The Christian Bill of Rights

by Steve Camp

1. As believers in the Lord Jesus Christ we have only one right: and that is to give up all rights to ourselves (Phil. 2:1-5).

2. We have the right to deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Him (Mt. 16:24-26).

3. We have the right to esteem others more highly than ourselves; and love our neighbor as ourselves (Mt. 22:39, Phil. 2:1-5).

4. We have the right to fulfill the law of Christ in bearing one another's burdens of sin (Gal. 6:2).

5. We have the right to be wronged and to maintain a faithful testimony (1 Cor. 6:7).

6. We have the right to live in unreciprocated self-sacrificial love (Eph. 5:1-2).

7. We have the right to forgive others the smaller debt, as God in Christ has forgiven us the larger debt (Eph. 4:32).

8.We have the right to suffer for the gospel and to take the blows for the One who took the blows for us (1 Pt. 2:23).

9. We have the right to be "subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good deed, to malign no one, to be uncontentious, gentle, showing every consideration for all men" (Titus 3:1-2).

10. We have the right to not be political agitators trading the truth of His Word to play politics with men's souls; thinking that true spiritual change occurs through legislation rather than the transforming power of the gospel of grace.

"Accept His worthiness for my unworthiness, His sinlessness for my transgressions, His purity for my uncleanness, His sincerity for my guile, His truth for my deceits, His meekness for my pride, His constancy for my backslidings, His love for my enmity, His fullness for my emptiness, His faithfulness for my treachery, His obedience for my lawlessness, His glory for my shame, His devotedness for my waywardness, His holy life for my unchaste ways, His righteousness for my dead works, His death for my life!"

-A Puritan Prayer-

11. We have the right to turn the other cheek (Mt. 5:39).

12. We have the right to be stripped of all earthly things (Mt. 5:40-42).

13. We have the right to not repay evil for evil and to be at peace with all men as much as it depends on you (Roms. 12:17-18).

14. We have the right to love our enemies, do good to them that hate us, bless those who curse us and pray for those that despitefully use us (Mt. 5:44-45).

15. We have the right to pursue holiness-not personal happiness (1 Pt. 1:13-16).

16. We have the right not to be ashamed of the gospel (2 Tim. 1:6-14).

17. We have the right not to harbor revenge, anger, bitterness, clamoring, wrath, malice and slander (Eph. 4:31).

18. We have the right not to quench or grieve the Holy Spirit. (Eph. 4:30, 1 Thess. 5:19).

19. We have the right to repent of and not cherish our sins (Psalm 66:18).

20. We have the right to guard the trust; to contend for the once for all delivered to the saints faith (1 Tim. 6:20, Jude 3).

21. We have the right to train our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Eph. 6:1-3).

22. We have the right to reflect God's covenantal relationship with us by honoring our vows in the covenant of marriage (Mt. 19:6).

23. We have the right to worship Christ Jesus as God of very God; Creator; Redeemer; Sovereign Lord and Ruler of all (Col. 1:15-19, Heb. 1:8, Phil. 2:5-11).

24. We have the right to present our bodies as living sacrifices, holy, acceptable pleasing unto God (Roms. 12:1).

25. We have the right to live in the expectancy and hope of the Lord's return by which we purify ourselves (1 John 3:3).

26. We have the right to march daily on our knees in prayer; praying for our leaders in government; our church leaders; our fellow believers; our families; and the lost (Lk 18:1).

27. We have the right to praise and glorify God according to how He has revealed Himself through the pages of His Word (Col. 3:16-17).

28. We have the right to the accountability of the local church; to obey our leaders and submit to them, for they keep watch over our souls, as those who will give an account (Heb. 13:17).

29. We have the right to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:18-20).

30. We have the right to have no rights apart from Christ Himself; "for whoever wishes to save his life shall lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake shall find it" (Mt. 16:25, John 15:5).

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
